If you are looking for a great team for any of your T-Mobile or cell phone needs, go.see Brandon and Kevin at the T-Mobile on 9 mile and John R. Not only did they help solve the problems we were having changing my fiancΓ©s # from Sprint to T-Mobile they stayed 45 mins after close to make sure everything was 100% right. We were in store for almost 3 hours because Sprint and T-Mobile customer care kept giving us un-clear answers. They both got on the phone and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy.

Im not sure what it is about this specific location but the employee turnover rate is very high. Every time you go back to the store its new employees and every employee will tell you something different. Which brings me to a big issue with this location. There is a huge lack in transparency in anything you do here in regards to cost and payment which makes it very hard to commit to account changes when you dont know as a customer what the financial repercussions may be. I never have an issue with any of the other local area locations.

I’ve been coming to this t mobile for years. I’ve literally NEVER had an issue. Service has always been quick and very professional. The staff is always friendly and I always feel like family when I’m here. Today was my first time being assisted by Tony. He was very kind and enthusiastic.

I went there to pay a bill back in December and got tricked into buying not one but four different products. I was under the impression that they were free promotional gifts and they were NOT FREE! my bill is a million dollars. I went back to the store where I was informed that because the devises were used that o couldnt return them. My bill is almost the amount of my rent every month. Ive been a loyal customer for years but I am considering leaving!

Been a customer with mobile for over 13 years. this is the worst store. the new black lady was very loud and rude to the other employees. the music was way too loud to communicate with the representarice and the store was filthy. there was even a box cutter on the floor. i had my child with me. very poor service and attitude. I will NOT be coming back here ever again. and I recommend everyome else do the same.

Locked the door 20 minutes to close. I get it you wanna get out of their Ive worked in a phone store before but me and my sister both needed a replacement device and the employees just stood their shaking their head and simply replied not my problem. That was a week prior to today with me calling trying to inquire about switching a family member over. After about 4 minutes of ringing I was put directly on hold. I love how your employees can treat customers however they please it gives your company an amazing reputation.

Let me preface this by saying that I love T-Mobile, but I do not love this franchise location. Every time Ive been here before today, Ive had to wait about 20-30 minutes to be helped. Ive dealt with it because I understand some times you get busy, and the staff has always been moderately helpful, and my experiences have always been OK-ish (definitely not stellar though). Ive bought my last two phones here, because its close and convenience is a strong consumer persuader.Today I walked in looking for information about how to purchase the modules available for the LG G5. I was the only customer in the place, yet the rather obese and slightly unkempt salesman refused to help me with that and instead focused on trying to sell me a new phone - this was not the reason I walked through the door. This franchise just lost my business.

Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is cause its a cell phone provider.... They dont give their customers 5 star anything... Why should i??? However the staff works hard, helps out happily and not too full of it.

I used to love this store and the service but as of now I am extremely disappointed I have been given the run around by them. Thank you for telling me one of my devices arent in when it was there the whole time. Oh and then I go to pick it up and online it says they close at 9 and go figure they closed at 8. Change your hours online I mean really. Nothing but problems from the store and customer service

After constant dropped calls and garbled reception, customer service recommended new SIM cards for our 3 phones. My elderly mom went into this location and waited over an hour while they helped customers that came in after her. They were aware all she needed was a SIM replacement. She went to another location and was in and out within 10 minutes.

Horrible service. Not only was I interrupted numerous times while trying to describe my problem, I also was spoken to very rudely. This isnt the first time I received bad service. The service rep was also very rude to the person before me and I overheard him offer some pretty poor technical advice. Above that, as the customer left the door and before i was offered service, I heard the younger service rep with glasses (He didnt offer his name when i asked) mutter a fairly racist term to describe the previous customer.Do yourself a favor and drive past this store and take your business to a T-Mobile store that actually cares and is not racist.

Avoid this place at all costs! Take your business less than a mile away if you have too. The store manager Mark just threw me out of his store. First let me paint the picture for you. I walked into the store holding a bag which included my old phone and its accessories. I was there to pay off my phone and transfer the ownership over to the new buyer. Mark must be psychic because as Im communicating with the new buyer he gets directly behind me, arms crossed in front of his crotch like some kind of bouncer instructing me we dont do that kind of business in here. Flabbergasted I say what are you talking about? Im here to pay my phone off, unlock it and transfer it to an interested buyer. As I had just purchased a new phone and wanted to unload this one. At this point im so confused, it is then that he tells me they are not a corporate store. I read between the lines and say so youre a franchise. I say listen man i just want to pay this phone off and have it unlocked for the new buyer he responds with we dont even unlock the phones for you, you have to call a customer service line. Which from the internet articles I read on the corporate T-Mobile website isnt true at all. Of which i ask if he owns the place and he arrogantly says no but my cousin does. Oh okay so at this point Ive had enough and I say So thats why youre being a d*** and he promptly throws me out. Im pretty sure my picture is now hanging on the shell of a franchises walls next to anyone else that isnt there to just give him money. If you see Mark make sure to give him your favorite finger just for me.

Love our t-moble service...business account. Added 2 lines on existing account and upgraded one phone. Somehow my SSN wasnt carried over after the account was modified? Couldnt access help over the phone, open app. Brand new phone, less than a month old and wont keep a charge, screen freezes. Ultimately, inconviences that result in time spent rectifying the issues in store that I dont have as a biz owner and mother.
