Great Great Customer Service. Thank you Metro by Tmobile. The lady came to the door and letting me know that theyre closing because of the weather and I didnt have a phone and my day as been a wreck. The manager stop and let us in and helped us. Thank you God for that and the manager and the lady was very very help and nice.

I have read the negative comment against this store its ashame because the staff she great I always get a good laugh and a smile coming to this location. Thank youll for the great service today. I love this store. The lady I think her name is Stephanie she always helping and shes very good at it.

I must say I didnt except the customer service experience due to the location of the store. But I was greeted as soon as I hit the door. The guy that assisted me was very knowledgeable not only that he got me to add a line and upgrade for 10 dollars extra a month. Thank you

Although, i love my metropcs service and the over the phone experience is always great... this store and the customer service is horrible. The manager has horrible customer service and the appearance and upkeep of the store is even worst... I suggest and would highly recommend over the phone experience... or another carrier... Corporate needs to remove him or shut that store down.

It is a cheap carrier so set your expectations low. Poor customer service over the phone and poor reception outside major metro areas.In store customer service is good.

Rude employees. Not to mention when I called the call center for customer service, the attitude I got was horrible. I have been with metro for years and the people have become so rude. I stayed with metro because of how nice they were. Now I cant recieve calls, which everyone seems to be having an issue with that, and the guy was so hateful. So done.

Metro pcs dealer 5891 US 49 Hattiesburg, MS 39402Went to this store to add a new phone, but didnt get the phone. Woke up this morning to suspended phone service because store clerk added a phone to bill that I did NOT GET! And the worst part, someone tried to bill my debit card for $183+. THANK GOD FOR PASSWORD PROTECTED AND FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE. ONE REASON WE ALWAYS GO TO STORE IN GULFPORT. GREAT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE ON COAST...
