I had a very pleasant experience with Tiana on today. Upon arrival to the facility I was greeted warmly and was told HONESTLY the answers to all questions I presented to her. She went into the area where the phones are kept and found the one phone available. ATT sent me an advertisement for ATT fiber in the mail.. but its not available at the address they sent it to. Mr. Rob said he would look into this for me. He was unable, although, to remove the phone landline bundled into my package that I didnt ask for and never intend to use. He said I would need to call the phone line to accomplish that. Xfinity can do that in store, why cant ATT?

The signal is wonderful but the only thing I don’t like about here are the small fees and taxes added. Although it’s so small it still adds up . I will say that I’ve been with a lot of different phone companies and this has been one of my favorites!

Worse customer service ever! Literally waited 30 mins for a curbside pickup. The guy literally walked outside looked at my car and turned around. The lady who called my phone about my pickup order was rude! Really need to let someone less ghetto answer the phone. 🙄 Complete idiots.

Made a large purchase here a few months ago and the staff was very professional. However, we only noticed months later that the installment plan we were sold ridiculously overcharged us and caused us to have an extra phone number. Please thoroughly read any plans or contracts before you sign!
Shatina and Timaria handled all my concerns fast and effectively. I had not been able to fix my phone for weeks and came into this store and it was fixed within minutes! Also, I did not plan on leaving with a new phone, but Timaria sold me on the Flip Z 3.

Was lied to about hotspot service and received something different. After cancelling service of just 6 days was charged 149.47. This place is horrible, buyer beware. Imho,Place is just a money trap for the cons that work it.
Horrible experience at this location,Manager did not want to help me with a payment, that is why the kiosk is there for.Kiosk does not show the difference on data plan it only have amount to paid.So called manager (Brittany) was really rude, some other employee was the one actually help me with the correct amount for the service I needed to pay.
Excellent experience at this store !Ty went above and beyond to help and also offered other At&t services. Very professional yet down to earth and welcoming which is so important in gaining a relationship with your customers. Honestly, I dont find that very often anymore. I came in needing help with my phone, Matthew greeted me at the door with a smile and was so friendly and helpful, he knew exactly what to do to help me fix my phone. He discussed deals he could get me and helped me get a new phone and transfer all my information over. He even helped me switch TV and Internet from Comcast. (which Im loving!) Matthew is an amazing sales rep, he made me laugh and listened to me, I felt like he truly cared about me and my needs, I cant recommend him enough, Ill definitely be going back to see him again when I need anything.

Came to this store multiple times and unfortunately dealt with Tina, she was rude and unhelpful and had a nasty attitude when she found out i didnt want to buy anything, she said she didnt know how to help my phone and never seen the problem before. I came back and didnt want her to help but nobody else would help me either. I said i would rather drive to columbia than vome back and deal with her again. I called up here by accident meaning to call another store and Matthew answered, he convinced me to come back and he helped me. He fixed my phone in under 5 minutes and now my phone is working phone, ill make sure to only see him when i come in. If you want someone that cares about you and actually wants to help, come see Matt.
I came in because I was tired of Sprint, i had some questions about my phone and Matt helped me out and it was an amazing experience, he was so nice and friendly, he listened to all my questions and helped me understand things I didnt know,, he even showed me things on my phone I didnt know it could do. Im loving my new phone and watch as well as my new ATT TV service, Ill be back to see him when I need anything because I know he will get me the best deal.

I’m for the gulf coast went to att store in ocean springs and the would not help me with my issues. Came up to Hattiesburg to see if I could get some help. Andrew helped with all my issues with great communication. Even told Tina the manager they are doing a great job with customer service
I went inside the store last week to upgrade my iPad the representative name tag said Ty but I later found out his name was Bret. Bret told me he couldn’t upgrade my iPad said I need to go online.

Putting 1 star because I cant put zero!I have the Samsung S10 which has the SD card option. I have lots of pictures that are very important to me, so I put a SD card in so that I can move my important pictures to it. I went by the turtle creek location so that someone could tell me how to move the pictures to the SD card and was told they dont know how...WTH?? Shouldnt they have knowledge of their phones?? In the past, I went to the Petal location & everyone there was very knowledgeable. Maybe they should have them train the Hattiesburg people 🙄 HORRIBLE customer service!!
My experience is that it took me over an hour to be helped. Also there were at least 5 employees in the back that would pop their head out see how many people were waiting to be helped and hide again. Also the reps that were on the sales floor would keep running to the back for 5 to 10 minutes at the time. They seemed to be not trained very well at all. When calling att to help customers they could not get a representative on the phone. And it seemed that they tended to give no. Direct answers to peoples questions

Mgr, who was initially helping us, passed us off unto another worker. While working with us, his attention wasnt client focused. The person that he handed us off to was very detailed in her explanations and didnt leave us til all questions were answered.
Matt was very helpful in fixing my phone. The AT&T store in Laurel told me they could not fix it and I would have to take it to the Geek Squad..I chose the AT&T in Hattiesburg and it took Matt 5 minutes to take care of it! Thanks Matt!! Matt also helped me with my plan. He was able to save me some money by making some changes. He has been the most helpful customer service rep I have ever encountered with AT&T. Matthew said he would help and prompted me to give a review while i was in store. Account was not fixed and i call back and told by Matthew himself that he no longer works there. Please do not do business with this company! Crooks and liars! Would not let me make 0 star recommendation!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. I finally decided to upgrade from a s7 edge to a s20 5g. My retail sales consultant, Matthew Thompson, has excellent customer service skills. He sold me the phone, a phone case, and a car charger. So KUDOS TO MATTHEW !

This is in regard to the 1 star review left by T. Taber. I was at this store paying my bill when Mrs. Taber was in this store. She came in with an issue about her speaker, I heard the girl working with her (whos name I cant remember) offer her an upgrade and offer to help her with an insurance claim. Mrs Taber started yelling at the girl, telling her AT&T is a scam and that she doesnt know anything and that she was unhelpful and stupid and that she will be leaving a 1 star review and calling corporate. I came here to defend the worker and let everyone that sees this know that Mrs. Taber was one of the rudest people I have ever seen, and a liar. Do not believe her 1 star review, the workers at this store are some of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met, they are always willing to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service.
Tina was very helpful and I was waited on in less than 5 minutes. She is very knowledgeable and was able to adhere to what I needed when it came to switching phone providers.

He took the time to go over the differences of each phone as well as looked into my bill to see if he could save me some money.I would like to mention his manager however. She was less than friendly and was carrying an attitude during our interaction. You are to lead by example. Keep the sour attitude at home. But again, Matt was wonderful!!
I had a very humiliating experience with the male manager! He was super rude to every single customer and myself! I felt highly discriminated against due to the fact that I am a Latin American and he directed three other white customers to get help who arrived after me before I was even greeted! I am now going with Verizon!
The Hattiesburg AT&T store was very helpful... the young lady helped resolve 1 of 2 issues ... she was outstanding... i even brought her Shipley Donuts 🍩 to show my appreciation. However AT&T service is still having issues ...
For my financial stability during a Pandemic; I terminated my relationship with DirectTV. Asked for an RMA label and Return Kit a WEEK ago. THE ONLY helpful person I have talked to, was in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Offshore Call Centers do NOT SPEAK Business English well, or comprehend US Native Languages. I was LIVID this week.
