Wonderful experience on Hwy 49 location! Richard King took great care of my wife. He was so helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was a full inventory of phones to choose from. We will certainly be supporting this location. I highly recommend!

Good Customer Service. We were able to get in, purchase our device, add it to our account and we were ready to go, after a good couple if laughs with our Associate from Cspire, who was very friendly.

For the past 6 months my texting service has been terrible. Both myself and the person Im texting receive multiple copies of texts, they arrive all out of order, its been a huge mess. The first time I contacted customer service they wanted my friends phone numbers to run a trace and then said it was because I had an android phone.The second time I contacted them my texts had stopped going through and my friends and family were concerned. Important messages were getting missed, etc. I was told Id have to go into the store Monday and get a new SIM card.Anything but admit its their service. This phone is only 2 years old and I paid $700.00 for it. Im either going to have to go in to get the SIM card during a pandemic, upgrade, or switch services. Very disappointing after sinking a lot of money into this company.
Rude service, they lie to your face about your bill. Tell you once price and then it’s almost double the amount they said. If you disagree with them they get a manager. Looking into changing companies ASAP if I could start giving negative stars I would!
Because of Covid-19 we had to wait outdoors or in our car...just to pay a bill. They closed our store in Wiggins, MS so we had to drive nearly 70 mi. round trip.

Thats where I started my phone service. Been with them for years. I wouldnt change to another service. Their great.
They wanted me to down grade my phone when porting over. The price I was quoted online and over the phone was NOT what they wanted to charge my in the store. I ended up taking my business somewhere else.
They need to do something for their local customers who have been with them for years. Especially when they have several other people on their contracts.

Had an excellent day at cspire just getting my phone checked out and visiting with Ma. Redeemer and, Ms. More very nice young ladies.
It will vary from person to person, but I had a less than stellar experience dealing with Cspire. The staff are nice, but I wouldnt say that this is the best place to go if you are looking for a cellular provider. I experience issues with my phone for two straight weeks, even after replacing the phone with a brand new one, the issue continued, and nobody at Cspire was able to come to a conclusion or solution to resolve my issue.

When I go to the store all but one time when I change my plan they charge a $10 charge just to do that every time I go to Hattiesburg and have something done they dont charge me I dont understand the difference its the same company

This is to be the WORST all the way around. My fiancé had been a customer since they were Cellular South he bought one of their first (6th) phones almost 20 years ago. 😢When I moved here, I left AT&T and merged my phone into my fiancés, C-Spire plan. No contract.1. The bills were always outrageously higher than told. 😱2. You cant call any of their stores. All customer service calls are routed to a central customer service center and they cant even connect you to a store. So if you dealt with someone in the store, who promised to do something for you, you best get their direct cellphone number before you exit the store to follow up bc they dont EVER get back to you. That happened to me several times. ☹️3. When I initially bought a new cellphone from them last December, I specifically asked to pay off the phone in CASH. I later discovered that they financed it to lock me in. I showed them! I sold the phones and took the $ to pay them off! 😏4. We were lied to and told none of our phones were under contract. When I dropped the first phone line they charged us an early termination fee of $180.00. They said that they couldnt confirm whether or not he had a contract still bc the tornado took all their files... Regardless, I was still stuck with the fee. 😣WHAT REALLY KILLED THE RELATIONSHIP WITH C-SPIRE:5. I requested how to change our consumer account to a business account. Was given the wrong information about what I was required to submit. Every time I submitted paperwork to corporate, it was rejected. They ran me around for two weeks when I finally called AT&T and started my business account there. AT&T appreciates my business and didnt make me jump through a million hoops to open the account. 😡I would understand if I was asking for a bunch of equipment/phones, etc but I wasnt. All I wanted was to change the account to business so I could get a good easily identifiable phone number to put on my truck and use on my website. 😩I sold both phones on eBay and went to pay them the final bill off today 6/13/17 at the location where the satellite store is set up off HWY 42. They have taken my debit card before, but since I was trying to close the account, they didnt accept my payment. Theyd only accept CASH! 😂Well the one time I paid in cash (March or April) they didnt record it and tried to double bill me with a late fee. Of course, I didnt have a receipt bc their system was down the day I paid. They know me very well and know that I always pay in person every month. So they checked their reconciliation for the day I said that I paid, and they were almost exactly over for the amount of my payment, which means whomever took my payment didnt post it to my account, but put the cash in their register. 🤷♀️So why would I ever trust payment in cash again?Im headed to another location to finalize closing this account and unlocking the final iPhone that I sold. 🏃I hope this helps at least one person make an educated decision whether or not to become a C-Spire customer. 👍Account with C-Spire officially CLOSED and phones are unlocked! Yeaaaaa! 6:00 pm today 6/13/17! 😜Thanks! ☺️
Short wait most times and the customer service isnt bad.
The automated system that C Spire has in place makes it impossible to speak to a live person. most aggravating automated system I have ever had to deal with.
They changed the app so you can only pay one phone bill. I have multiple prepaid accounts for my kids who live hours away. They should switch it back

For the last 2 months their employees have taken my payments for 2 phone plans and have failed to add 9g of data to our phones, data that we paid for.!!!
