Brad was so helpful when he replaced my T-Mobile SIM card with a Sprint SIM card so I can use my phone while visiting family in the 39168 zip code this week. The T-Mobile service is horrible in this area, but Ive never had a problem with Sprint. A T-Mobile representative suggested switching SIM cards after several calls to them complaining I couldnt call or text. He called this store and they had a Sprint card.Brad was very patient making sure everything worked with the new Sprint SIM card and helped me figure out a couple of other things related to the T-Mobile merger.It started raining really hard while I was in the store, so Kim very kindly gave me a rain poncho and an umbrella! Very unexpected and nice!In my excitement of having a working phone again, I left my charging cable and plug there that Brad had plugged in at my request because I was driving another hour away and my portable charger was out of a charge and I wanted to make sure the phone had enough. I called the store and Kim said they can mail it to me, so thats more great customer service!So, if you are a happy Sprint customer who has to switch to TMobile, or a T-Mobile customer who just needs help, I recommend Brad or Kim at this store to help you!A satisfied customer from Austin, TX!
Brad has the best customer service hands down. We came down from Meridian with four phones needing SIM cards installed. During the 45 min process we enjoyed his conversation and his patience. Thanks Brad.

Unfortunately, I only gave 2 stars due to the fact that there was, most of the time, no signal at the majority of places I would go. The only time I had signal was within the center of Hattiesburg. I’m sure not everyone had my experience but this company is not for me and my location.
LIES and DECEIT! PRO CON ARTIST ALERT!!!! Much thought went into switching to T- Mobile, before we changed carriers to The Nations Largest 5g Carrier! My address was on the map to have great reception, even with a tower down on some road nearby that Ive never heard of! Their deals are to good to be true! With their unlimited plans, the more lines you get, the lower the price is per line, so why not? Trade your phone for a new, fancier phone, why not? They DEFINITELY had us convinced! We kept our two old phones (SamsungS9+), but traded a brand new Iphone 11 (that was literally paid off the same day- worth at least 700 bucks!) for an iPhone 12 Pro Max. We also, purchased another iPhone 12 Pro Max on installments. We were told our old phones may not work as well as the new phones on their service, but the new phones would be perfect and the old ones may be spotty at times! Of course, if they dont work the way we expect, we could return them within 14 days and get everything we paid up front back, except for the phone we traded. We couldnt get it back, but would get the promotional value is what we were told! Their service NEVER worked! It was VERY spotty to say the least, if it worked at all!Here are the LIES: Upon canceling our service, we didnt get back what we paid up front. We had to pay a restocking fee that took $140! We also didnt get the trade in value of our phone. They told us it was valued at $800, but only gave us $195 in value. We cant even get that because they prorated our bill for service that DIDNT WORK! Instead, they will use that for the final bill!DECEIT: We were going to actually go back, and purchase two new phones for ourselves (They PROMISED it would make all the difference), but with there ridiculous store credit policy I was going to have to come out of pocket 800 dollars! They promised the entire time it would help me get better service to have these new phones, KNOWING they wouldnt work and KNOWING we would lose alot that money if we returned them!!! They get you to sign all of these agreements on a tiny iPad and barely go over what you are signing! TRICKY little devils! UNTIL, of course, you try to get out of their service agreement! Then they kindly remind you that you signed the agreement, and then explain it to you in grave detail! The service representative on the phone out of Birmingham told me my iPhone 11 was worth the promotional trade in price and was going to memo the account about that price! That NEVER happened either!In the end, we LOST a brand new phone, and didnt even get back half of what we paid up front! Service was so BAD that I couldnt even had called 911, if I wanted to, half the time that I had the phone for ONE week! And, because we signed a hundred agreements in five minutes we got DUPED! There slogan is a LIE and their sales reps dont even understand the policies themselves! They definitely dont care if you opt out of service on buyers remorse, because they know they will still make money one way or the other! TOTAL RIP OFF! STAY AWAY from T-mobile! They will ROB you blind!
