This is the best place to get your phone screen fixed. My screen was cracked and they showed me a screen that doesnt break so i got them to put one on my phone and one day I accidentally dropped it and it did not break. The workers at this place were nice and friendly and the price was affordable too. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs their phone fixed!

My iPhone 8+ was cracked front and back. I called all around Hattiesburg and iFixandRepair were the most cost efficient AND courteous company I spoke to! Other companies were either short or would’ve had to order the parts I needed. Micheal was a huge help and had my phone done in 5 hours. He explained the process to me, and left no question unanswered. They even replace your phone with Apple products so if you need, you’re able to turn your phone back into your service provider with no headache! Soooo glad I found them!

Fabulous help and service! Megan fixed two of my sons’ shattered phones (longboard crash and horseback riding). She waterproofed them and provided an ingenious liquid glass (anti-bacterial properties, perfect for a pandemic😏). When I asked, Megan suggested a wonderful case (better even than otterbox) that comes w/insurance, and walked me through the registration process. Better yet, there are multiple locations across the South and service guaranteed!

Megan troubleshooted the problem with my older iphone; she deduced that it was not a battery but that it needed a new refresh with a new operating system pushed through. Service was great like it was the others times Ive been here. This place has a great staff; one of the managers, Thomas, and I have worked together before at other businesses over the years. I brought my iPhone 8+ to Megan at iFixandRepair to repair damage done by another shop. I had my charging port repaired elsewhere and they didn’t line up the mic properly, so no one could hear me talk when I called them. Megan was able to line it up and my calls aren’t muffled anymore! The repair only cost what they charge to open it up and look at it! She noticed a problem with my battery capacity and I got a good deal on a new one, as well as liquid glass to protect my phone. Super friendly, helpful and fixed my phone when others couldn’t! I highly recommend them!!

What a wonderful experience ! To find good honest service sometimes is a rare thing these days. I had dropped my phone in my Keurig coffee maker ( genius ) so I immediately punt it in a bag of rice. Later that night I went to charge it and port wouldn’t plug in. Brought it today IFIXANDREPAIR. Girl spent time removing grain of rice 😅( I already told you I was a genius ) and wouldn’t charge me !!!! Thank goodness people like this still around. Go see these folks !

Great service! My phone was broke and wouldn’t come back on and the lady fixed it within two hours!

I brought in an iPhone 7 that was cracked on Friday. It was fixed the same day, the following day I had the phone picked up. Was only told the phone had been disabled which I was already aware of. Get the phone home and enabled it only to find out the home button didn’t work. I called and spoke with Megan. She advised me of all the “notes” she left but was not told. She OFFERED me to bring the phone back and she will replace the button. Bring the phone back today only to be told oh none of our services are free?! You would think due to the lack of communication this wouldn’t even be the topic of conversation. The only reason they get two stars from me is because of the timely manner they fixed the crack.

Awesome! Great place to fix your phones

My iPhone wasn’t charging, I thought maybe the charging port would have to be replaced. Any repair place could have easily taken it in and then charged me for the work, I wouldn’t have been the wiser. Tony was honest up front and said it was probably debris in the port, he cleaned it out using a pick and some compressed air while we were standing there and it my iPhone charging was good as new. Great customer service and honesty.

Megan is the best! She was so fast that I was able to get a new battery that was about to explode, and a new protector called the liquid glass! She explained what it does and demonstrated it by hitting a tablet with a hammer! Not a crack! Thank you Megan for saving my phone and the left side of my face!😂👌🏿✌🏾🙏🏿💯

Went In for a broken iPad screen. Got the screen replaced, but a couple of things weren’t quite right (home button and a bubble under the glass). Everything was under their warranty and they did go above and beyond to make it right. Turns out it was a lost cause because the initial break damaged more than just the screen, which wasn’t their fault. The finances didn’t make sense for me to continue throwing more money at it and they offered to refund me the charges thus far to aid in my purchase of another device. That’s top-notch service in my book.They were upfront with me and I greatly appreciate that.

The two guys in iFixandRepair gained a life customer today. So i do repairs for side gig/hobby. Recently had issues with Ipad 6 Gen that I couldnt figure out. Bought this to Tony and advised him of my issue, even though I do side repairs. Brought my phone in today initially thinking I needed a new charging port. They were running their tests prior to the repair and discovered that it only needed the port cleaned. Would rate no stars if I could Give warranty when put phone in shop but will not stand by warranty. Had screen replaced on i phone 2 weeks later screen bad want to charge again for new screen replacement. Said I must have damaged it but I was laid up with a back injury and there was no way the phone was damaged by me.
