I went into the store to inquire about getting set up for Xfinitys prepaid internet. The worker that I encountered, Hani, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire process took about ten minutes and I was done! He walked me through the process and made sure that, if I should need any help, I knew the proper channels to have any further questions answered. Customer service and dealing with the public can be difficult at times, but he is definitely an asset to the company.

I purchased an iphone from boost mobile. The phone was faulty and I was told to send it back to apple to have it repaired. Once it was returned to me, I went back to boost mobile hwy 49 because I was still having issues with the phone. I was unable to access the phone at all. The manager at the store was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. He refused to refund me my money for the monthly bill even though he knew I was unable to use the phone. He instructed the other sales associate to go into the back of the store and leave me in the front alone & to not assist me.I DO NOT recommend boost mobile to anyone. Their services are trash and their sales reps have no RESPECT or appreciation for the customers. Its better companys to spend your hard earned money with that will appreciate you and value your time.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The owners sent their lil worker bees into this store and the Hardy St store at the end of December, took all their stuff, fired my best friend and all the other employees and told them if theyd find someone to buy they business theyre closing, theyd giveem a good reference. They treat their employees like dirt and leftem out in the cold in the middle of a pandemic and at Christmas with no warning. Anyway dont try to even go to either store because theyre closed down.

They do not answer the phone. They weren’t busy because my boyfriend was there. They were rude when I did finally got a answer. The guy I spoke with act like he didn’t want to b on the phone he wouldn’t give me information about what I was calling for. Terrible services. All to find out THEY HAVE NOTHING IN STOCK!!!!
