My first time using this place and the manager had a Very unprofessional attitude towards me and another customer and my husband maybe the guy just had a bad day or whatever !! But personal and work life shouldn’t mix together and shouldn’t be expressed out on the customers at all !!! First impressions matter I will never refer or recommend anyone going there again while that manager is there. But as far as the company it’s a great place to go and the owner is a very great respectable person. I’m only giving stars because the owner is GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES!!!

DO NOT SEND YOUR ELECTRONICS THERE! If I could give a negative star I would! My toddler broke my iPad (5th generation) screen (I get that, that was my fault for having it in their reach). So I thought the logical thing was to take it to the place where they literally deal with technology for a living. So I take it here, they have it for about three or four days before letting me know that it was finished. I thought that was great! The screen was $200 (Which is perfectly fine, thats the cost I pay for my mistake. I was cool with that). When I got it back it was dead. As I was heading back home I charged it in the vehicle, and when it came back on I stopped to check everything out on it. MY HOME BUTTON DID NOT WORK. So I immediately take it back, and they seemed annoyed that I had brought it back. They kept it for a couple of days, and when I returned to get it, the top of the screen DID NOT REGISTER that I was even touching it. So after taking it back AGAIN they tell me this, look, this is the last time we are going to look at this. like what?! They called back after a week to tell me that they could not fix the touch of the screen after about a week. They got the screen unlocked so I can rotate the screen around to click on what I need. And when they called me to let me know they couldnt fix it they said, But we could fix this issue if you would like to purchase another screen. HAHA, absolutely not. so I pick the iPad back up and guess what??? The home button is messed up again. So I am buying a new iPad because I would rather spend $700-$1,000 on a new one than give that place one more dollar. Absolutely horrible. If I would have known from the beginning that this would have been the outcome I would have just left the screen cracked because at least it was functioning properly with a cracked screen.

I was very happy with the friendly, professional, and fast service that CPR Hattiesburg provided. My cell phone screen replacement was finished within a hour and the customer service was excellent.

Called in to this location today spoke with Rick (repair tech). I didnt call asking for quote or about there services. My call was regarding my own repair services that I attempted on my own. Rick took my call with customer first mindset. Being in the professional business career myself I found Rick to be very easy going and not forcing me to buy from there business. Instead he gave me valuable knowledge of the repair I was doing myself on cellular which is why I called to begin with. I would recommend anybody that is wanting a repair done go see these guys. I came here to get my phone screen fixed from whenever I shattered it. The man put it on in about 30 minutes and I got my phone back. About two weeks later the phone started moving itself pretty much but I was on vacation. While there I asked a cell phone repair company what the issue was and they said in the most probable cause was the original person who put the screen on did not align the cables.When I got back I called And they said I would have to buy a whole new screen after just doing that.

I brought my Iphone8+ to CPR to fix the charging port. They fixed my port but didn’t line the mic up properly so my calls sounded muffled. I came back twice to get it fixed but they weren’t able to line it up so I went elsewhere to get it fixed. When I complained, the owner, Dave Lowery, called me personally within 30 min of my complaint and offered to refund my full repair cost even though they did fix the original problem. I have used them in the past and had no problems, so I figure everyone can have a bad day once in awhile. I’m very impressed with Mr. Lowery’s concern for my happiness and his great customer service!

Awesome service. Fixed my iPhones shaky camera quickly. Another time was very honest about the battery not being the problem, it was the internal chip and had great recommendations of what phones to get next. I will always go here for any phone issues and recommend to all of my friends.

Had a cracked screen. The replacement screen arrived ended up having a problem with the LCD display. The manager ordered a new one with next day shipping, and got it installed the same day it arrived so I wouldnt have to wait any longer to get my phone up and going. Will use them for any future phone needs!!

They replaced the screen of my Samsung phone. It works quite well. It was somewhat pricey due to the fact I chose OEM instead of the off brand screen, but it was still cheaper than another phone. They were nice and professional. Its best to let them have more than hour to replace the screen.

I would recommend highly. I feel like I have new devices. The front desk was super nice. I was told they would be ready at a certain time and it happened. The devices that were fixed are working great!

Replaced a failing battery on a 2-yr old Galaxy S8. The phone was ready a day sooner than promised (battery had to be ordered) and the new battery holds a charge as good as the original did when new. Great experience.

The sad news at the end of the day was that my tech was irreparable, but at CPR they did everything they could, kept me updated about the process, worked with me as we tried to figure out how to proceed, and were very fair about priciing. Next time a I or a friend have issues I’m definitely coming here again. The customer service was fantastic, even if my gear was too banged up to fix in the end. (Disclaimer, it was a PS4 so damaged I was skeptical anyone could fix it so that’s definitely not their fault. They sure tried anyways though.)

I had 3 separate devices repaired with CPR a few weeks ago. I have waited to see how the repairs would hold up, and I am very pleased to report that they have held up well. The staff was attentive and courteous. The repairs were not only speedy, but they have a warranty (which is impressive). I highly recommend this business! They provided same-day service for my iPhone 5 and iPad Mini. I was able to pick up my iPad 2 the next morning.

They destroyed my husbands iphone. He took it in to get a battery, the guy for some reason cut the cables on the inside of the phone. At this point it would be cheaper to buy a new phone. And the manager is very rude, refused to acknowledge that they caused cut the cables, and even had the police come and remove my husband from the store. And the owner is unreachable.

Took my wifes phone in for a new screen protector and was in and out within 10 mins with the protector perfectly placed on her Note 9.

These Guys are THIEVES! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO THE APPLE STORE!!!!!!!!!!!They replaced my cracked screen with a new one however, they ruined my ipad doing it. They bent the frame and dislodged the home key it now rests halfway under the screen at all times. It is completely unusable, however they said it was like that when they got it, as most cracked screens are the result of dropping the device, something fell on mine so the damage on the corners were not there before but probably looking at the knife scratches incurred from trying to pry off the cracked screen.They are the WORST. They LIE and take no responsibility when they mess up. They became Rude and Aggressive with me when I asked them about the damage. The screen doesnt even sit right on the device and the calibration again renders it useless. If I could give them no stars I would.

I wish I could give them less than one star for the rating. They repaired my screen but caused my home button to not work and turned my front camera orientation side ways. This was an absolute waste of money, never going back again!

Just went there today to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong with my iPhone XR. It was stuck on power down mode for an hour with the back heating up as well. Was there maybe 5 minutes and they had it figured out! Thank you guys so much!

They repaired my screen and it fell out of my phone. The screen began separating 2 weeks after the repair. The manager was rude cutting me off when I was trying to explain. He said would not replace the screen and it was warranted. He lied about explaining the chances of the screen. The cost was $124 which is much more than the apple store. I would not recommend this company to an enemy!

I needed my iPhone screen replaced and they charged a few dollars less than everyone else so I went with them. They replaced it with a screen that was nonresponsive, completely ruining a phone that previously worked. Do not use them.

They told us and a few other people that they couldnt fix our water damaged phones, brought them to Phone Repair next to Wasabi Sushi & they fixed them no problem!! I would never go here. Useless!!

It didnt take long for them to fix my cracked screen on my LG g3 ive had no problems out of it and its backed by a lifetime warranty. The price was the only problem I had with them but it was cheaper than buying another phone thankx cpr

Terrible service! I got my screen fixed and my phone screen LCD went out three days later and they wouldnt let me use my so called warranty. Will not be going back and do not recommend anybody else waste their time!

They were friendly and helping. I wouldnt say they are cheap (granted Im no expert on pricing when it comes to this stuff), but I will say I dont feel like a penny was wasted.
