Rude and not helpful. Before I even told the rep everything I wanted, I was told to go online to buy my phones. Didnt want to answer any questions! I left feeling that I was just a bother to the staff. I am not sure who the RSM is but this store needs some surprise visits and some good secret shops.

I really like the people that work there but being closed on Monday- Wednesday makes no sense. Also the info on their doors say they are open. Not everyone reads on line for hours. People were waiting for 30 minutes. I finally looked on line.

Trent and Jenifer are the most knowable professional sales representatives that i deal with. They and the management at this particular location are an order of magnitude better than any other Verizon store i have needed during the time I have been with Verizon, 3-3/4 years. Ask for no other!

I called the HATTIESBURG Hardy location of Verizon on the Anniversary of Katrina, because....dead Pixel 3. Panicked; but having IT chops from Southern Miss daysz I knew someone there would be of some assistance. A young woman who I will not name, deserves a vacation, and a raise, for aiding me. She helped raise this phone from doorstop to SAILING again, when its maker was 000.1% helpful! She knows who she is. If I am able to visit, I will buy her coffee for her time!!! (No joke!). Customer service at that level SHOULD be the NORMAL. Thank Goodness for KIND People!!

I went into the Verizon store to get a tablet pro 12.9 inch. Before I went to the store I asked the agent the price of a 12.9 pro tablet. He gave me a price that was unbelievable but I took his word. I met with this agent at the store and he quoted me the same price. I thought it was on sell. The agent told me he had ordered a 10 inch for me. . .quoted me a price that was not the correct price. And then I was told if I wanted the pro I would have to pay around $500.00 more. I canceled the order. I hot a new phone paid for it and told him I didnt want my payments to go higher than what I was paying. He told us that it wouldnt go up. . .that it would be lower. I got a bill for $660.74 and I cant even get through to them to find out what is going on. I am madder than a hatter. I was so sick I actually threw up.

Went to Verizon today to swap carriers after this store has been quarantined and closed for two weeks. Before I enter the store I ask the salesperson if they have the iPhone pro 128gb in-stock. He said he wasn’t sure they even made a 128 but knew that they had the 256gb in gold. I told him that the do make the 128gb and I guess I would like to order one. Once I was allowed into the store, since it’s one customer per team member the employee brought me to the counter and began the process. I explained to him that there were previous issues with my account but the corporate office sent me instructions for the salesperson to handle this problem. The salesman looked over it said it’s no problem & he could take care of it. The salesman then went to the back and came out with a phone and said we do have a 128gb in stock so it’s yours. We then began the process to activating the account and ran into a porting issue with porting my line over from existing carrier. Employee called the 1-800# for help which took 45+ mins. After getting no results he asked me to call the 1800 number as well to see if I could get answers. I tried and informed the employee that I requested a call back with the 1800# because it had a 20 to 30 min hold time. The 1800# called me back promptly and fixed my issue in no time. The woman I spoke to from corporate was very nice and helpful and insisted to stay on the phone with me until the transaction was completed in case another issue arose. So after telling the salesman what was done on the corporate side and her stating everything was good to go the salesman started completing the process. As we were nearing the completion, after 3+ hours I might add the manager came from the back and took the phone from the employee telling him he can not sell the phone and walked off in which my salesman followed her to the back. In shock and disbelief I asked the other employees if that was the manager in which they replied yes. My sales person returned from the back saying that he could not sell me the phone and that he would order me one which would arrive Nov 18th. I asked the employee why he could not sell me the phone after this 3 plus hour process, that if I wanted to order the phone I could of done it at home much fast and in a much more relaxed environment. He said he did not know why but he just can’t. I asked him is it because the manager is holding it for a family member or friend or even herself in which he did not know. I then asked him to get the manager for me. He went to the back and was back there for 10 mins. I apologized to the corporate member on the phone and explained to her the situation in which she apologized for the unprofessionalism because she could hear everything. The manager Stephanie Cogar then came out and again told me that they could not sell me the phone because it was marked to be put on display and was set in a separate location. I told her if I had not had the technical issue hours ago he would of sold the phone and you would of not been around to stop him. She rudely stated that no he would not have. I informed her again that I did not believe that he would not of sold it prior to her coming out if it had not been for earlier issues and that it’s pretty disappointing that I wasted 3.5 hours for something I could of done at home in which she responded that it wasn’t wasted because my problem was resolved and it’s not her fault that the phone was placed in the sale pile. I told Stephanie as a manger it is her fault that someone rather it being her or an employee placed it for sale and did not check before bringing it to me otherwise. She said no it was not. I asked Stephanie for the district managers number or the manger above her contact information. She rudely responded no. The information was online. Luckily for me corporate was still on the phone and heard everything and how it went down. She was very apologetic and gave me all the information I needed and said she would be emailing her higher up managers about the situation and reassured me that her actions were unacceptable

Verizon has always given us great service and their people are retained, you can deal with the same person over a long period of time. I value their employees as much as they do. It is refreshing to see that difference when so many companies can not retain their talent. Great service, thank you friends!

Just visited Verizon store Hattiesburg Mississippi hardly get anyservice and they lie for some reason their employees have a reason to lie and can charge you whatever they feel like for me I really think Im going to change my service my wifes got metro and she has no problem with service or no problem with her account for people is getting Verizon there are not the best there is to me they seem like theyre a second-rate phone company

Thank you Londi !! You are the definition of customer service. I purchase a lot of tech devices online and decided to look in the store this weekend. I purchased the Google home hub, Google home Max and tried to buy the newest Galaxy smart watch. Unfortunately Samsung blocked the watch from working with Pixel phone. She treated me so great. Im a happy Verizon customer.

The customer service representatives are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. I have been to the store on Hwy 98 west in Hattiesburg, MS enough that they know my name and greet me by my name and know that I have to have a hug from them. I would recommend this store to anyone that is wanting to choose Verizon.

I love my service when speaking about the coverage and speeds. But Im rating 2 stars because the employee who originally setup my account lied to me about pricing of my phone and plan. Took 4 months for their customer service to make it right, but they did. That same employee still works there, not happy.

Lady who helped was super nice, very laid back and patient, helped me with every last thing I needed. Setup new service, switched to a new upgraded phone and she stayed with me the whole time while the new phone updated and was loading and installing everything from iCloud.

Had one or 2 Decent experiences there, until this last one. The female employee out right lied to me to get me to sign up on a new program, after I asked her to help me lower my bill. She offered incentives to get on the plan, a free tablet. Now I know there is no such thing as free, she said absolutely no strings. Tablets are being given away to get people on the plan. I asked all the right questions, I dont want any data, no roaming, no number. I dont want anything with it. Needless to say, I have been charged repeatedly .

Absolute horrible service. Had to buy a new phone while traveling. Got home that evening and phone wouldnt work, called Verizon to find out that I was sold a refurbished phone as a new phone and I could go to this store to have issue corrected. Once I arrived at this store I was told that I would have to drive back to where I bought the phone which was over a hundred miles away. I would not do business with this Verizon and will be changing providers as soon as possible.
