Waited for 30 minutes while being ignored by a White lady only to be turned away. She looked like she was doing her friends hair long before the store had opened. I tried booking online and calling with no response. The nice Black woman with the pretty braids came in, clocked in and helped me right away. She also apologized. I wont be going back.

I had an appointment for 3:30pm with Sheena I was taken back in a timely manner, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told her what my hair needs were and she NAILED IT!!! I love my hair and I will surely return. Sheena is my new stylist!!!!

They got me right in. And they looked at the pictures I wanted to specify what I wanted and were very accommodating, very nice. I got exactly what I wanted. Myrl was very helpful, it was even offered to me to come back for a little free tweaking if I felt I needed it in a day or two after I styled my hair. I left happy and satisfied with my cut.
