Got everything I needed. I was pretty upset that I couldnt use a $5 off coupon that was emailed to me from the company forcompleting a survey. The associate said she couldnt type in the coupon code that was printed on the coupon. They can only use coupons that show up in their system. So, I wont be using that coupon because I wont be shopping there again for a while after I stocked up today.

The staff was extremely rude to me over the phone. I willl NEVER buy any hair products from them again. Also if you have any questions about returning items, dont call up there and waste your time. Just go on the website because they will lie straight to your face if it means your gonna buy it.

So I wanted to turn my hair gray I walked into Sallys to get some hair dye the woman behind the counter with a tablet assist me were trying to find the right product to change my hair gray now mind you my hair is blonde and turning it gray was not a problem I told the woman that I needed to find something that would do the ends of my hair because it wasnt taking the grey this is already two days in Sallys the woman told me that maybe I needed to bleach my hair at the bottom to were the gray would attach to the blonde so would my hair would be Gray I used the product that she suggested I go home and dye my hair blonde at the bottom and I proceeded to do what she says and dyr it gray just so you know the gray never sat to my hair and now Im walking around with gray roots and blonde at the bottom I am having a extreme hair emergency if you dont know your product then maybe you dont need to be working there I go in there with confidence knowing that yall would know what youre talking about but clearly you dont

This Sallys is the nicest one Ive ever been to. They always tell me great deals going on, are very helpful, and nice. I always come here for my hair product and am never disappointed :)

Sally Beauty has lots and lots of products that you cannot get from Walmart or Dollar General! Great selection of products and friendly workers. I would definitely recommend this beauty salon to anyone! One thing though, I thought they might cut hair being a Salon, but I was wrong.. at least now I know lol Ill certainly be going back though!

They werent very helpful. They dont carry the same brand of hair toner that they used to. I knew which one I used in the old brand but didnt know how to convert to the new one. The first one I bought didnt do anything, the second one turned my hair a brownish-grey. I dont know what to do now.

Ive worked here for 4 years and I cant imagine my life without Sallys
