They watch you like a hawk. Its super irritating and makes u not want to patronize this business. However the store is very organized the workers(other than the owners) are very helpful. They offer a wide selection of hair and other products.

I was going to this store for years but it seems they look at African Americans all the same. I was followed around the store and the black female employee had the audacity to say they think you trying to steal. I didnt even get mad nor spend my money but i walked out.. There prices are too high ( you can go to Walmart or Target and get the same products for 5 or 10 dollars less) and products are old when you open the jar. Nail polishes are old too( tops falling off bottles) Im not returning to this store.

Most definitely five stars due to wide selection decent prices and Cleanliness employees are informed and professional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and yes you will be followed around

I like coming and shopping at this store location. They have so much variety of items to shop and choose from. Their prices are reasonable, also they give discounts to licensed barber and beauticians. Ask for Zion when you go there she will help you tremendously.

If I could give a zero that would be more appropriate. 1. The owners wife is rude and obnoxious. I actually saw her fussing with an elderly woman and refusing to help her. I went and got one of the young workers who resolved the issue. The customer was 80 years old and could not understand the owners wife due to the language barrier and her yelling, pointing, and walking away. This customer wanted a wig because she was starting chemo and was told her hair may fall out. The little old lady was literally in tears. 2. The owners wife also told another customer she didn’t need her money and to go to the other store; after a customer asked if they would possibly carry certain products that she saw in another location. A sales associate disclosed that the wife is now at this location after having to close down her own store that was once on hardy street. She will eventually run the customers off at this location as well.I wouldn’t spend your money at this store, so definitely not my own.

Time I walked in, I was greeted by staff and felt very welcomed by them.. They all had great attitudes, were professional, very helpful. You can honestly tell that they love what they do..the store was very neat and well organized.. The prices are unbeatable.. I think Ive found a new place to get my hair and beauty supplies.. I walked out with a smile on my face

I love dis place, the little middle aged Asian lady is so sweet n helpful but everyone else is rude m pushy especially ANY black female that works there and the younger fat Asian guy who works the register. He HATES his job.

Great discounted wigs and hair

Great prices and a variety of things to choose from as far as hair care products, wigs, extensions, etc.

They are very unprofessional. One of their employees was helping me, the owner asked her to wait on another customer. The owner did not say when you are finish with your customer can you please help the next customer. I told the owner that was rude. So I will be reporting Beauty Land to the Better Business Bureau.

Never going here again. I purchased a wig,1) the girl assisting me was on her phone not paying attention2)Id ask to try on a wig and didnt even see which ones i was talking about because she was all in her phone3)She grabbed the wrong one. then sold it to me.4)I get home open my bag and see its wrong! i call the store and tell the manager its the wrong wig, she tells me its not. and she goes back and forth with me! i tell her the wig i picked was a whole 7 inches longer. she tells me it seemed longer when i tried it on because customers brush through it and stretch it, like Im stupid.finally another employee gets on tells me it got switched at the register and to come in and theyll change it. i get there and the girl that sold it to me is like i didnt sell it to her, i have no idea what happend at this point im like whatever i just want to get out of here.... so they messed up, i had to waste gas going home then back, then back home and they still made me pay the ten dollar difference. they were very unprofessional and rude

I purchased a pack of Senegal box braids at 13.99. The length was SUPPOSE TO BE 16161818. After the stylist opened it and put it in my baby hair we noticed that it was 12. They will rip you off and will not refund or fix the issue. DONT BUY HAIR FROM THEM!
