Everyone spoke when I walked in and the atmosphere was great! I didnt get the young lady name who helped me but her customer and communication skills were on point. She helped me find everything I needed even tho the prices are high lol but its worth it for the quality hair! Experience was definitely great

I was looking for a braided wig at the last minute. Da Remix was my third stop. I really wasnt expecting to find anything I liked, based off the experience I had with the previous hair stores. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted soon as I walked in. The young lady that helped me was very patient, polite, knowledgeable & funny! I didnt feel rushed or like I was wasting their time. I left the store with EXACTLY what I was looking for! I wished I got their names before I left. But the lady that helped me had on black glasses. I hadnt visited this location in quite some time. So I was pleasantly surprised to see the total store format changed. My oy issue is prices for certain hair wasnt clearly posted. While I thought maybe it was just me and I was overlooking, but interesting enough another customer mumbled the same thing out loud to herself.. Other than that love the change.

It was my first time being there, The Atmosphere was very nice, I enjoy shopping today.

First off they done rearranged stuff so it was a time looking around. The two workers was just chit chatting like there wasnt nothing to do. They didnt try to offer to help us. Then a couple girls come in and they was talking to them at the counter. I walk up they still just a talking I had to say excuse me so the girl could go ahead and ring my stuff up. It was just ridiculous period. Owners need to start monitoring their workers.

The store is under new management not like the old remix. I asked how long have they been there and the lady said its the same store but the owner let his brother take over. Totally not the .i guess they need time to finish putting things out. The Wigs was up but some products had maybe one on the shelf becuz it look like they were setting up the store again with other products and had naked spaces. They were very helpful, but wasnt a big variety like the first pics I saw and heard about 1hr 1/2 for nuthn... well I got something becuz I was too tired to go to another store.

This is a hair store. They have great deals on there supplies. Althoufh they may need to hired more employees cuz it was hard to find someone to give you a price on items had to keep standing in line just to see how much items cost then get out of line. One employee just stood behind the counter doing nothing at all but talking to a customer while the other employee had a line full of ppl. But the products are good and the store was clean just noone to assist the customers

I had to give them at least 1 star in order to even post, but if I didnt, they would honestly get 0 stars from me! When I walked in, I spoke, they looked at me and kept talking to each other..another lady walked in right after me, one of the employees evidently knew her and proceeded to walk towards her, helped her with finding her items..I was totally lost in that store..it looks as if theyre just opening.. Stuff was everywhere, so unorganized..they have horrible attitudes and very poor customer service.. Their manager needs to be fired for even allowing this type of behavior.. I know the manager sees all the bad reviews.. I will never go there again..
