I just wanted to shout out to the Hattiesburg, MS store for the awesome customer service experience! I have been a long time loyal customer (for decades) and one of the reasons is the amazing customer service I receive every time I have a question or issue. I usually order online and I have never exchanged anything. I visited the store to exchange for the first time and the cashier was so friendly and made it so easy! I don’t remember her name, but wanted the store to know that they are doing an excellent job. Thank you.

Oh my goodness, whats not to love here?? The lemon 🍋 sugar candle smells delicious!! We found a great sale and got some nice goodies. Im glad theres a section for men now albeit small, but baby steps. 😃

I usually love this place. I was looking forward to going into the store and shopping for new fall scents. I was stopped from even entering the store. I was told they were at 17 people above capacity. I had to wait in line for several minutes, and I ultimately just gave up and left without even being able to go in. The store was not crowded AT ALL. I would have been willing to show proof of my vaccination to ensure safety. I just think it’s poor business to physically stop people from walking into the store. I would have bought a lot of merchandise but they lost my sale due to arbitrary rules that honestly make no difference in the spread of covid 19. Very disappointing.

I liked it they had a lot of varieties but I do wish they would stop putting a fragrance out there and then once that season is gone you wont find it anywhere else or any other store like a discontinuity
