Horrible. I went to purchase Fenty Beauty foundation and concealer. The store has changed a bit and I was unsure where the product was so I asked the store associate. She looked at me like she saw a ghost. So I had to find it myself. I went to the register and it took her a minute to proceed with my purchase because she asked me a thousand questions about do I have a membership. I said no. She continues with a thousand questions. I just wanted to get my products and go. So I notice they had 10% off on store products for healthcare workers mind you she has not rung me up yet. I asked well could I get the discount because I am a Nurse. Shen then states, I just completed your purchase. She asked did I have my I.D. badge and I told her no because I do not tote it around. I have pictures of me with my I.D. badge on my phone. She said no I would need your I.D. badge. In todays time everyone stores everything on their phone for convince because we always have it with us. If Sephora isgoing to offer a discount take that into consideration. I shop there often but after this I will take my money else where. They need to train their associates on customer service.
Her name is Olivia, but according to the receipt her Assoc # is 0737. I am a 25 y/o female that knows little to nothing about makeup. I have been struggling with anxiety/depression lately and decided it was time to take care of myself. So after getting my hair done last week I decided it was time to start using makeup again. I walked into Sephora around 1:50pm and there were about 3 ladies working (who all looked happy to be there) and I just bluntly told them I dont want to be THAT person, but I need a lot of help. The Associate happily took me around the entire store asking me tons of questions, helping me pick out literally EVERYTHING I needed. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She even helped me pick out make up brushes and walked me through what brush was used for what type of make up (and she was so patient while I took notes on my phone haha). After that she asked me about my skin care regimen which I told her honestly was non existent and then she even helped me pick out some skin care products and taught me how to use those as well. It might have been a normal day at work for her, but for me it meant the world. Im so thankful she was there and so happy to help. She even told me she had FUN helping me. Amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much!!!

Walked in and walked around..no one ever waited on me. The employees were too busy talking and laughing with one another. I went up to their “group chat” and stated, “I have been in here for 5-10 min and NO ONE even attempted to ask if I need anything...matter of fact I NEED foundation and pressed powder...BUT that is ok...you girls continue to talk while I walk to ULTA!” Worst Sephora ever!
This morning at 8:30 a.m., (it’s listed that they open at 10 a.m.) I called asking if they could do a full makeover for me today. My VIB Rouge status expires soon and I wanted to get a free one while I could. After being on hold for over 10 minutes, they told me they could only do a makeover around 1:30 or 2. I came a bit before 2 and wandered around the store for about 10 minutes shopping. I was never assisted. I then asked them about doing my makeover and was told I had to schedule an appointment at least 24 hours beforehand. Besides all of that, they’re always out of stock of lots of things. Should’ve believed the google reviews this location got of 2.8 stars.
I was extremely surprised to see that this store has such a low rating. My wife and I came in to swatch and compare a few different eyeshadows and highlighters amd pick up a few things. We were asked with a smile(a completely shade free smile might I add) if we needed any help and when we declined they let us do our thing. We had a question later and were helped out without a problem. The staff is brilliant and knows their stuff, and they never made me or my wife feel dumb for asking a question. I bypass Ulta and head right for Sephora!
Awful. The staff is extremely rude and condescending. The sections are not clean and unorganized. The manager is unintelligent. Basically, its a zoo worthy of no stars. Never shopping there again.
Awful service.....I have been in there multiple times and everytime I stand around waiting on service for over 30 minutes. The workers will assist customers who have just entered the store instead of assisting those who have been waiting!!! This is the worst location I have ever been too and I will no longer go there!!
Never have anything in stock. I Stopped going because they are always out of what I am looking for.
The store is way too small. Theres no room to look at anything and its WAY too hot every time I try to go in there. The service is so-so but most of the time you can forget trying to have any services done. This store needs MAJOR improvement.
