Working with Locust motors has been the best experience that I’ve had with purchasing a new car. Amel really worked with me and offered the best trade in value for my car while making sure my wants and needs for a new car were also met. They honestly put you before anything and that is very prevalent in their customer service. You can just feel how the entire staff are very caring and understanding. Just overall a great experience. I highly recommend to check out Locust Motors before you go anywhere else.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Locust Motors, Not only did I not feel pressured I was not rushed! Communication was clear and the response was fast. I gave them my budget they were able to show me cars & suvs in my price range. The Final price was what we agreed on out the door with no surprises. The whole process was quick and painless. Needless to say I didnt spend my whole day at the dealership per prior experience with other dealers. I would recommend to friends & family as staff was polite as well!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a car dealer and that can say alot! Firstly I was on car gurus where I thought I would be getting a great car and all the details. I asked car gurus to get me in contact with the owner of the car and Lorenzo who I believe to be the owner of this establishment spoke with me over the phone and I specifically asked about any body damage other than the few small nicks I seen in the pictures and he told me no the car is very clean and that I would absolutely love it! Fast forward to me driving 2 hours to get here and pick the car up! I get there and am greeted instantly and shown the car inside the garage which I instantly noticed a giant scratch down the entire side of the car. I then asked them if I could look at it outside because I thought maybe it was just dark and it was a reflection but no notat all there was in fact 2 giant scratches like it had been keyed down the entire side and they tried to paint pen it to look good as if they were going to pull a fast one in me . Not only that but Lorenzo was absolutely horribly rude towards not only me but my friend who was helping me. I am disgusted and I dont recommend anyone buying a car here. They are liars and con artist and some of the rudest people Ive encountered!

They are absolutely a phenomenal dealership to buy from. I recently bought a truck and they made the entire process extremely easy. Have had a couple small issues but thanks to the warranty they offer, they were solved immediately. I definitely will be referring anyone I know who needs a vehicle here

I bought a car from Locust Motors last year and the car was perfect! I was in an accident and had to purchase another car and I decided to buy the same car from them again. This car had some issues but they went well out of the way to make sure they fixed all of the issues. Most used car dealers would not go above and beyond as they have. The owner and his nephews are truly good people and always make the car buying experience great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

It’s 10 months since I bought a car from Locust and I have no issues with my car. During my purchase the staff was very receptive to my questions ...take the time to assist me in finding a car within my budget. I will definitely return should I need another vehicle and would refer family/friends to Locust.

Do not buy a car from this dealership, they sell a lot of lemon cars. And then do not take responsibility after the fact.

Based on my awesome experience with Locust Motors I’d give these guys a six start rating if possible! I flew from NC to potentially purchase a vehicle. These guys went for me to the airport, once at the dealership we looked at the vehicle I asked them for a quick service they agreed and while that was taking place they let me borrow a car to go eat, they recommended me places to go eat and when I came back we did the paperwork in the most smoothest way I ever done when I have purchased a car. Then, they gave me the best directions to head back home to avoid deep-dense traffic. They are great people and they are very conscious with their customers. I hope I can come see them again one day! I recently bought my suv from locust 6 months ago, so so happy. GREAT price and GREAT customer service. Recently needed a repair, they were quick, helpful and definitely reasonable.I would definitely refer them to anybody!

As soon as I drove in, I was warmly greeted by the owners. I knew what I wanted, an Audi A6. Staff and service was exceptional! I drove off with the car the next day and have not had any issues. They also do my maintenance, very fast! There are plenty of car choices, for a good deal too. 10/10 recommend.

I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey from Locust Motors in Hartford CT.I had shopped previously for the best value and found Locust to beat the competition on both price and quality. The car was prepared well by the locust staff with new brakes, tires, and detailing. The staff was of high integrity and delivered on all aspects of the transaction. My take is this company purchases high quality used vehicles and passes their expertise on to their customers in providing outstanding quality and low prices. As a totally satisfied customer I highly recommend Locust !
