Cant say enough good things about Sam. Honest, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Incredibly clean shop and his work is the same way. Our family has brought all of our cars to him for a few years now, many different makes and models.His experience is invaluable, and a bargain at any rate. No surprises or up selling here. Will be bringing our cars here as long as we can.

I ran into an issue with the 3rd gear on my 6MT BMW while driving from Boston to New York. The owner was nice enough to take a look at my car and reassured me it was safe to drive home where I can get it repaired. He didn’t even charge me anything. I really appreciate the honesty and would definitely come back if I lived in the area.

I have been seeing Sammy for over a year and he is absolutely amazing! Every time that I have brought my car into his shop, within a day he gets it back to me completely fixed of whatever problem that it had. He is very trustworthy and takes very good care of my car. He is the only mechanic I trust with my car!

Brought my Mercedes in, ck engine light on, car violently shaking. Sam diagnosed for no charge, could have charged thousands to replace plugs, coils, etc. He suggests waiting, could have been cold temps, etc. Have had NO further issues. His honesty is refreshing. My new mechanic. Should be yours!

I havent used this service yet but am definitely looking forward to it. I think my transmission is gone and did not know exactly what to do. I sent this person Sam, an email inquiring what I should do and he took the time, each and every time to write me back and address my concerns. Also I noted his price was cheaper than the other garage I called for this problem. Im not sure what Im going to do about my car but I do know that if a person could take the time and patience to address my concerns like this man did, he can fix my car any day of the week. Good people are hard to find these days.

Sam is a consummate professional and highly skilled. His experience with MB, Audi, BMW, VW, et al, is unmatched by anyone in the Hartford area. No matter what the issue - hes seen it, diagnosed it and fixed it. Uber professional, his shop is immaculate. When I went in for my first oil change and to investigate a leak, he spent well over an hour and a half going over every aspect of my vehicle and advising on cost/timing of repairs. I think he charged $115. Incredible. Do not hesitate to get your vehicle repaired here.
