I bought my Cadillac a little over a year ago (and had a very nice experience with my salesperson at that time). A month or so ago I noticed my bumper’s paint was peeling. I reached out to Ryan at Valenti and he offered to get my car in within a few days to fix the bumper! I dropped it off, was given a very nice and clean rental, and had my car back within a few days looking even better than when I bought it! Highly recommend Valenti Cadillac. Richard Gadomski will treat you fairly. It might not be what you want to hear. He is a straight shooter. A customer shouldnt expert any more or less. He is a great example of what a service manager should be. Im glad I met him. Not overjoyed with the final results but I am convinced he will do everything he can to help you so thats the guy you want to work with. All a customer should want is to be treated fairly. He gets a 5 from guy who hates to deal with dealerships. My 1st time ever giving a 5 to any dealership so you might want to frame this. People shouldnt have to bend over backwards to get a 5. Just do everything they can possibly do for you without loosing their job. Hopefully, I will continue to feel this way.

I had an excellent experience through out my car purchase. Joe and Randy were extremely helpful. I was provided with personalized A+ treatment from the time that I decided to purchase my car until the end and amazingly I am still being checked on. It’s hard to find people who are willing and anxious to help, that’s why I sincerely recommend this dealership and these guys.
We had been looking for a CT5 V-6 on line for a few months. We finally found the car we wanted at Valenti Cadillac. We live in upstate NY so we had to drive about 2.5 hours to pick the car up. It is absolutely beautiful and it has all the bells and whistles you can possibly get. Unfortunately I am not fully aware of them all nor do I know how to really operate the ones I am aware of. Our salesman told us after we were done signing the paperwork that it was his last day because he was retiring and that is probably the reason we did not get the full walk through of the vehicle that we would normally receive from a Cadillac dealer. I will need to spend more time with the manual to figure it out.
Went in to look at an SUV and was excited we were able to test drive one. When I asked if I can take the paperwork home with the breakdown of lease and purchase options I was told it was going to be emailed to me that same day. I was also told by the salesman that I would be getting information on a vehicle I inquired about that was not on the lot due to a staff member having it at the time, the Monday after we went. I never received anything. We were also not given the different options on cost for the 3 different models of the car. We were only quoted for one of the most expensive ones. We ended up going elsewhere and were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted.
I had a very unusual experience after purchasing a new Cadillac from Valenti recently. The car I bought did not have all the features I had expected from Cadillac (this is my 6th Cadillac ). So when I brought it in for service after one week, thinking I didnt know how to turn on the feature, I was informed this car didnt have the adaptive cruise control that we use on our many long distance trips. Bummer! But..Ryan, the general manager, came to the rescue. He explained that my husband and I had a miscommunication with our salesman. I assumed all Cadillacs had it and the salesman assumed I was okay with the features on the car. Bottom line is Ryan found us the car we needed with all the features PLUS more and took my car back, only charging us for the some of the new features to include the adaptive cruise control. My husband couldnt believe that Valenti did this. Randy patiently handled the return and took my many calls to verify the new purchase. We just picked it up today and couldnt be more pleased. Randy gave us a thorough orientation and we both learned how to use the parking assist feature. So much fun. We highly recommend Valenti for your next Caddy purchase. Love these cars!

I bought a beautiful used ATS with 50,000 miles from them. 4 days after it started making a crazy rattle which I don’t blame them for but the car has been there a few times trying to fix the noise. I’ve had mechanics and service guys tell me my car is fine and walk away from me. I also broke my garage door button and taped it in the inside, I asked them to fix it and they told me it’s not broken. That being said, the service manager John made the experience a lot better. He spent the time to talk to me and then he took the problems I was having into his own hands and got everything fixed before sending me off. In the end, I was taken care of and that’s what matters. Thanks John, Valenti needs some more people like you
I got an oil change for my CTS-V and it was done in a quick manner and the waiting area is very nice. Not many options around this area for a Cadillac getting serviced. I still think the prices could be a little cheaper. I think thats what most people complain about it when it comes to Valenti.

Everything seem to go well until I reviewed the paper work after the purchase (big mistake). They did not keep their word on any of the negotiations we made. I found it very dishonest and made the experience distasteful. The negotiations we made would have been a $700 difference, not a lot money but it’s the principle. They also picked a warranty for me without attempting to go over my options, until I said something. Other than that they was polite and went out there way to deliver the car to my house. They also do great job bargaining with the banks (for those who don’t have the best credit).
Quick and efficient service, clean waiting area, got an appointment same week.
The only reason i gave a 3 star review is because the parts department is not inside Cadillac (its at the other dealership next door) which doesnt make sense to me. Other than that, my review would have been 5 stars.
This our second Caddy from Valenti. My 17 XT5 was confiscated by my wife. So this year I purchased an ATS sedan for myself from Will Randolph. I stopped in to drool over the V series cars on the lot. Will knew where my budget was and found The Perfect Car for me, not a V but almost as fun. WHAT A FUN CAR TO DRIVE! Will is an outstanding professional and knows the cars bumper to bumper. He and Brian, the GM, treated my wife and I wonderfully. They even remembered my son and asked about his health. Will drove 35 minutes to deliver my registration at my office. Every time we bring in the car for service, Justin in service is always organized and ready to take my vehicles. It always comes back clean and promptly. Even though he was the furthest away, it was worth the drive! We worked together through text and email all before I made the trip to finish the deal and pick up my car. Called 3 times and left voice mails to get an appointment for oil change . its been a week no one answer and no one called me back . not sure who is running this place. its a Cadillac dealer, I get a better service from ford when I take my work truck.

My wife recently came to Valenti to look at a used Cadillac SRX. We ended up working with Will and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was also upfront about pricing and thats HUGE for me. I hate shopping for cars because of the mind games that typically accompany the process. While ultimately we did not buy a Cadillac, we would absolutely use Valenti again when we look for our next car!
My husband and I were in this evening to purchase an XT5. The salesman probably didnt take us serious since he never asked for any contact information. I really wanted that vehicle. Guess I will be looking elsewhere. P.S.I was paying cash.I went to another dealer got a way nicer XT5, more options, less money. They were happy to have my business. My money was just as green there.
As a former employee, and current customer, I can honestly tell you that the entire staff at Valenti Cadillac just wants to to help you, and is are not the kind of people to take advantage of you. I refer my friends and family there, and wrote this review because they took good care of another one of my friends, and I appreciate having a dealer that I can trust to send my people too.
Was at the VW section but I did speak with the Cadillac office to get directions. Very friendly and party of the Valenti group so Im sure the service is in par with Valenti VW
I won’t recommended this dealer to anyone if you are looking to buy Cadillac try Scranton Motors in Vernon CT. Unfortunately my BF didn’t find the truck He was looking for at Scranton . Very rude salesman, drove my BF truck for 170 miles without his knowledge. He is working with GM motor to resolve the problem but I want everyone on google to know the truth about this dealer. I am sure other people had better luck with them but just be careful. My BF want to upgrade his rims. They bought the “ old “ rims back from him for 2k he had only 11 miles on those rims and they told him they are used on a brand new truck. He didn’t even drive the truck outside their lot. They are reselling those rims for $3800. Almost 100% profit. Worse experience... hopefully you have a better luck.

We recently experienced a medical situation that resulted in the loss of one of our incomes. Our credit card debt went up and hurt our credit score. Joe and Steve did everything they could to get us in a great car. It was a year older than our lease turn in but it is a beautiful car, exactly what we wanted. They worked hard to get us a loan at rates we could afford. They treated us like family. I will never buy a car anywhere else. They are family to us and we will always support them.

Worst service department ever!!! My vehicle is under bumper to bumper warranty and they still won’t repair it. My backup camera goes black, my ac blows hot air intermittent and they claim to not be able to hear a blown speaker in my car. They replaced my rack and pinon and yet it still makes the same clicking sound. So tired of the run around from these people they are a joke and FYI the cost of repairs do not come out of there pocket yet they act like it. Should of stayed with Acura

2008 CTS BASE 88150 miles. CEL for P0008. Was totally awed by this experience. Purchased this vehicle used and was hesitant about bringing to Dealer for Diagnosis and service. At the present time I am totally impressed by the Dealership Valenti Cadillac. To sum it all up in one word... AWESOME!!!
The staff at this location are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I have a Saturn Ion which came with many recalls and Valenti Cadillac staff always treat me with respect and have high standards for service/auto repair. What a fair dealership in Hartford I have ever seen in my entire life. One of manger really suck on his customer, extremely bad behavior, Services are procrastinator, and theres a lot more to describe about. Im so done and wrong.... and really regret for being Valenti Cadillac customer in Hartford. My recommend is.... if you are a normal person LIKE ME, please dont go to these dealership, only higher rank people can go. No support, no service, no body shop, no nothing, but only in the last minute, know what I mean!! I hope this message will also helps other people.
