Unreliable. Had an appointment at 4pm, the salon called to cancel it at 3:45pm when I’d nearly arrived. No alternative option for the event I needed to attend the next day

I just went in for information and to make an appointment...there were 2 people working, one was busy, the other was a stylist (supposedly) and when I asked for the color and style, I showed the photo on my phone, btw the style that was advertised, and was also framed on the wall, she started saying I DONT KNOW! I DONT KNOW! waving her arms and repeated it at least 5-6 times (maybe seven), then i said: never mind the style, what about the color? And she said she does not know what color is that! I asked do they have colors that I can look at, she said they do not have any hair colors!I was almost sorry I did not filmed it! It was surreal, and mind boggling, as if I went to auto mechanic! I understand it is covid time and everything, but that is not reason for slacking off, and if someone does not feel like working, they should stay at home! Terrible!

Went in for color correction and hi lites Kelly was amazing with both. I had a bad hair color done elsewhere she helped me with several color choices and listened to my concerns the finished job was amazing. Will definitely be back booked my next appointment before I left.

Had a great experience with Ivy shampooingmy hair yesterday. It was her first time. Ilive out of town but, will ask for her always.Everyone there were professional and kind.Great experience.

Just called there to try and schedule an appointment for a wash blow out and ends clipped the woman who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful put me on hold the first time for over two minutes and the second time and the system kicked her out put me on hold with out saying anything and never came back to the phone

Do not. And I mean do not get your hair cut by Nazia. She butchered my hair even after I told her what I wanted. She had to go back 3 times to fix my hair and still-in the end it came out totally uneven and not what I wanted. I called to see if I could get it fixed. The manager seemed very sincere and apologetic. I am scheduled with someone else who will hopefully fix her mistakes. I’m just super disappointed with my experience with Nazia.

I love the salon. I have locs and Sue- Ann is awesome with taking care of my natural hair. I can always count on feeling beautiful when I leave.

The lady was nice, but I had a disappointing experience here. I requested a pirm for nice big waves and ended up with way to many tiny waves and now I look like a poodle and when I brush my hair it frizzes up and I have long long hair, even when my hair relaxes more I still wont have what I wanted cuz she added way to many waves. I wasted $130 for such a mess, it wouldnt be such a big deal if my husband thought it at least was nice but he doesnt even like how it ended up.

Maybe I should have know better, I went in for a wash and Dry- what can go wrong? Omg - everything I was taught not to do when drying she did. TWO hours later and I am walking out frizzy and very displeased. I really can’t get over how bad it went- I was making eye contact with ever hairdresser that walked past screaming for someone to assist.

Just had a disappointing experience with the JCPenney salon. Ive been going to this salon since 2011 and they usually do a great job. However, today I had scheduled an appointment for after I got off of work. The person I had my appointment scheduled with called me to move my appointment up or reschedule it for tomorrow. I told her I couldnt do either since Im working and leaving for a trip tomorrow. So she gave me this spiel about how it had been a slow day and she had been there since this morning (this was at 2pm. Their store opens at 10am). She said she didnt want to wait around for another two hours. I told her the best I could do was move the appointment up about 30 minutes. So she huffed and said she would just do some things she needed to get done and call me if there was a problem with the original appointment time we had set.Well, gee. I REALLY want you cutting my hair with that attitude. No. I cancelled.I get being tired. Wanna know what time I got to work this morning? 6am. I was up at 4:30am. I work three weekends out of the month. I get it. That was no excuse to flake on an appointment and have an attitude about it.Im not sure if Ill return to this salon. Its pretty disappointing because I usually have good experiences there.

Don’t let nakia touch your hair. I spent over two hours there for a cut and blow dry just to reschedule with someone else to fix all of her mistakes. Every employee there felt bad with how badly she jacked up my hair it was so obvious and yet I still had to pay for an incomplete service.

I went and saw Carmon last night for cut and color .color is not what I wanted and my hair is so uneven its not even funny.
