The shop was very busy when I arrived, but my vehicle was nonetheless attended to so I was safe to drive and my two tires were ordered and arrived as promised the following morning. The store manager, Johnnie, was very helpful. Will be returning for the other two.

Incompetent, inconsiderate, p!$$-poor communication. I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire patch job on a Monday morning at 11am. The shop was practically devoid of other vehicles. I was told it would not be ready until the following morning, ok no problem. 24 hours later, I called the shop to check on the status; they said it was finished. I arrived at the shop to find my car sitting exactly where Id parked it with the tire in question flat as a pancake. There was a long period of confusion over who took the order, who worked on it, who wasnt there, and why my order wasnt even in the computer system. The man I spoke to, presumably the manager although he never even gave his name, acted as if I were a problem child and an inconvenience to him. He then drove my vehicle ON THE FLAT TIRE into the bay and emerged several minutes later, shrugging, It seems to be holding air, when I could POINT to the piece of metal STILL IN THE TIRE. Two hours and the entire staff avoiding eye contact later, someone I hadnt seen before drove my car out to the door and said they had applied the patch yesterday, and that it was the patch that had been leaking air. The man also told me, Your tire pressure light should go off when you start driving; of course it remained illuminated. It seems as though the entire staff doesnt understand automobiles at all.I live in the deep south where rudeness and ignorance are just part of daily life, and never have I before experienced anything like this.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Got my car back after purchasing 2 new tires. My white leather seats had black all over them. Both caps were missing from the tire valves and they did not return the key lock for my tires. Unfortunately it was realized the key lock was not returned a couple of weeks later after I had a blowout and was attempting to get my tire replaced at another tire shop. The manager at NTB was a complete jerk and told me they could not find the lock. He recommended I drive to the Mercedes dealership (which is in another town) on my blown tire. He told me “it’s fine” bc I have run flat tires 🙄. He told me that MB keeps those. I get to the dealership and no, they have to be ordered. NTB refused to accept responsibility for this unsafe, inconvenient and costly experience. Don’t ignore the bad reviews like I did. Stay away from this place. Completely unprofessional and poor quality of work.

My husband and I made an appointment at NTB for 10AM. When we showed up we were told that only one car MIGHT possibly be seen by 6PM. When I asked why it would take that long he told me it was because we had “free” rotations and the other customers that were paying would be taken care of first. When I paid for my tires at NTB, I paid extra for free rotations and balances. I also watched other people walk in after us and book appointments for 1PM. We had our appointments scheduled almost a week in advance. I will NEVER buy tires or deal with NTB again. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I had an emergency today with a flat tire on a company vehicle.With all of the tire shops full during Memorial Day I didn’t think I was going to be able to get my tire fixed.I had it towed to your shop in Hammond La around 11am.The nice young lady named Zoe said they were going to try to get to it today with only one shop attendant.Low and behold right before they closed for the day they were able to squeeze me in.The nice young man in the back worked incredibly hard to finish before closing.please give Jay and Zoe a thumbs up and let them know I am forever great full for the hard work and dedication these two people showed and there great attitudes they had helping me.Please give them this message and also a raise.I will be doing business with your company from now on with my personal vehiclesThank youDale

We have been doing business with this location since 2009. Made an appointment with the coupon we received in the mail from NTB. When we arrived the person at the check in said he would not honor the offer. NEVER do business at this location. They do not have customer service skills. This is not my first issue with the staff, it is my last.

Do not shop here. Shop at any tire shop that this one!I bought a set of tires here, and I purchased extended road hazard on all the tires.I got a simple flat (nail) in one. They REFUSED TO FIX IT. What is the point of lifetime tire repair if they refuse to fix a flat?I was told they only fix flats if they arent busy. Basically, I was told to schedule flats a couple days in advance if I wanted it fixed.

I made an appointment a day ahead. My car was dropped off and hour later received a phone call saying they couldnt install the 4 new tires I was purchasing nor do the oil change. I arrive minutes later to pick up my car to sit and wait for 15 mins while they searched for my key they misplaced. I waited patiently and once I finally spoke up & said, Sir I need to leave cuz I have a newborn baby waiting to nurse & Mr.Johnny turned around to scream at me, And Im trying to find the Fn key!My jaw dropped, I couldnt believe this man could treat me so nasty & curse at me in front of two other customers in waiting area.Maybe this place would not be short handed and treating customers as such if Mr.Johnny was held accountable for his unprofessional behavior. If he treats the customers like this, I can only imagine how he treats his employees.

Go. Somewhere. Else. I had a flat and just needed a new tire put on. I made an appointment for 2. It is nearly 5 pm and the spare tire has YET to be replaced. There are 3 mechanics in the back. I asked the manager what was taking so long. She said that 2/3 of them went to lunch together. So they had one man trying to get this work done. The 2 men came back from lunch and are walking around, doing secret handshakes and cutting up when there is work to be done. Absolutely ridiculous. One man just came in and was infuriated because he dropped his truck off for his appointment at 8 am and it is STILL not done. Do not waste your time unless you have it to waste.

Dont bother with this place. Made an appointment for 10 am. At 3 pm they call and say that the Mickey ts I brought in to have installed, they say theyre not strong enough to go on my truck load rating wise. I tell them they couldve told me that a little sooner. I go to pick up my truck. I check the ratings. The Mickey Ts are good for 2,833lbs per tire. Stock tires on my 2018 Sierra half ton, 2,403lbs per tire. I call them and tell hem this, they insist that the Mickey Ts are load capacitive enough. How the hell is a group of tires more than 1,600lbs more capable considered not strong enough to replace the stock tires!! Thanks for wasting my last off day for a while. Slow service, I scheduled an appointment at 8am, for 2 new tires and the tech didn’t start work on my car til 950am. The vehicle was complete at 1040am. The manager had the tech organizing tires instead of getting customers vehicles done. The tires where not in the way and should have been prioritized to be done when customers where not waiting. They could use better leadership and training at this location.

Did not purchase my tires from them, their estimates and list of promised services sounded good. The interactions I had with employees was good, there was something that just didnt feel right.

I’ve been to two auto repair shops to have my tire replaced after waking up to it flat one day. I aired it up, took it in, and was assured it was fine both times. It did not need replacement. I continued driving on it. My car started shaking about three weeks ago, I was advised to have my tires rotated and balanced. I came in and found out that was not the service I needed, I in fact needed a new tire. At this point I no longer had the means to replace my tire. I asked if they could just finish my rotation and send me on my way. The mechanic explained my tire will explode if I don’t replace it and that’s what was causing the shaking. I apply for a NBT card and was denied due to my poor credit. I had no means to get the new tire. This team worked with me above and beyond and made sure I would be able to leave today with a tire replacement. I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. They were kind, they were compassionate, and they were God sent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Had an appointment scheduled, got a call as I was pulling in and was made to reschedule to another day...so we did. Got there for the new appt and was informed their machine was down...they couldve called that day. Doubt Ill be going there.

Told me I needed was a $300 battery to fix an idle issue. I was dumb enough to believe them. they are willing to lie to customers to get a sale instead of admitting they dont know what the problem is. waste of money I didnt have to spend.

Way too expensive for the service I received. Will never go back! My car drove better before I got the new tires when I was driving on a patched up flat. The man in there wasn’t friendly at all.

I had a 9:30 am appointment for brakes and a front end alignment on Saturday, March 30th. My car wasn’t pulled out the parking lot to be worked in until 12:30 PM, and I didn’t get to leave until after 3:35 pm. 6 hours with no reasons why and my car is still pulling as if they didn’t even do the front end alignment. I have been given the run around on who to talk to in order to fix this when they even answer the phone. $900+ worth of work and my car is riding worse than it was before. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Had an appointment at 2:00 today for an alignment. Got here and was told it would be an hour wait bc the tech went to lunch. Waited until 3:15 for him to return. It’s 4:40 and i am still here waiting!

My husband was coming into Town from Florida for work and got a flat tire on his truck. It was already an extremely long day of driving and pulling a camper especially through the closures etc from hurricane Sally. I called National Tire and Battery and it was right before they closing. They not only fixed my husbands issue but did it by staying after hours. These guys went over and beyond to help. As a wife States away I felt helpless trying to help my husband resolve this issue but Michael and the rest of the guys made it super easy. There should be more places like this. Customer service and actual service was outstanding.

The staff at NTB is the best around, they are the only group around that I know that will go out of their way to make sure customers satisfaction is met. They still respect the motto The customer is always right

Disappointed in Service.I had a 1:00 appointment, I walked in and no one acknowledged me. I felt invisible. I came in for a full synthetic oil change and air filter replacement, as well as my tire pressure corrected and a sensor reset. The price I was told on the phone quickly became much more with hidden fees.They tried to sale me on services I do not need!!! To the point when I went to sign off on the price of a oil change and filter, the fees for my battery being inspected, installed, disposed of and the price of a battery were ALREADY ON THE FORM WAITING FOR MY SIGNATURE. NO ONE SPOKE TO ME ABOUT THESE SERVICES, About which battery I even wanted... nothing. Just snuck it in without consulting the customer. After 2 hours my car was ready, when I go to leave I see my sensors have not been reset and my tire pressure was not fixed. After all of that they didnt even complete what was needed. I Will not be back. I will save my time and go to my dealership.

The service is good but very sloooow. Three hours for four new tires. The guy that did my service request told me 294 dollars for everything. At check out it jumped to 502 dollars. I needed tires and if 502 dollars is the cost then so be it. There was no need to lie about it. Also noticed that all of the things that they check they charged me for. Get it in writing first.

Gary at the Hammond, La location was very professional and helpful with my alignment issues. I recommend giving your auto care business to them.

I wont be back, had a coupon for an oil change, they said they couldnt do it cause I had a leaking valve cover.. Take 5 gladly changed it.

I had an appointment for 1 and they didn’t work on it for over an hour later. I was upset, so I went to see the techs work to see what was taking so long. I was very impressed at all of them working very hard. Nobody was slacking or standing around. They were swamped at the time, and once they got my car in, it was in and out fast. Very impressed. Definitely going back for anything else I need.

Fantastic service. Amber was very helpful and entire staff was friendly. Had to purchase 5 new tires. Planning to purchase 4 and then had a flat the day before. Spare was about 7 years old and looked like it was dry rotted. They had a great sale going on and I feel like their tire prices are fair.

I bought a set of tires back in February.Unfortunately they had a young guy with no experience, and not responsible at all. He balanced my tires without removing the old weights and didnt check the torque on the wheel lock nuts.Most of the lock nuts were loose and my van was shaking a lot. I took it to another shop and they fixed the problem and re balanced the tires.2018 Mercedes Benz metris with only 28000 miles running smooth with original tires, is now shaking because the new tires are defective.

It takes forever for them to do anything. We ordered four tires online to get installed we got here today and they could only find 3 tires... We had a appointment for 9:30am. And are still waiting on the to put our tires back on so we can go somewhere else. Its now 11:20am

I bought 4 brand new sumotumo Michelle tires.I was originally planning on a different tire but the gentle man who helped me was able to get me a better deal on these with a better warranty and CHEAPER!! The only experience I had with this place was last night, looking for a cheap battery, 6:00 at night. They dont sell cheap after reading reviews, I can see why they said they couldnt do it till tomorrow. They were still open for 2 hours and only had one vehicle in a bay. They could not take 10 minutes to sell and install an overpriced battery. No thanks. They seem to have more bad reviews than good.

On my first visit I purchased a Cooper tire, they had 4 techs on duty, 2 cars in bays, pull my car into the bay, where it sits for over an hour before I asked the service manager Gary to get someone to change the tire. One of the techs, sitting in the office on his cell phone jumps up and asks what tire. 30 min later im on the road. On my second visit they were a little busier and couldnt change the other tire within my time frame so I make an appointment for today (8/17) 1p. Show up a couple min after one, its 25 min before I get to talk to the service manager Gary, who then says they wont be able to get the tire done within the hour. So ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Severely understaffed for the volume or dont care to honor appointments, either way 3 trips for a 20 min tire change is unacceptable.

I went in and got a consultation for my vehicle, which they kindly did in a jiffy. They came back and told me what needed to be fixed, which was my back left tire needed air, and my front right needed to be replaced because it was worn and the tracks were almost gone. Overall, nice staff and they got the job done, like I stated previously, in a jiffy.

I ordered tires for my 2017 Accord on Wednesday, 235/40/19s Michael assured me they would be delivered on Friday so I scheduled an appointment for 8am Saturday. I called Friday at 5pm just to make sure they had the tires? No maam they are still at the warehouse in Baton Rouge!!!! So I called 8 am this morning and spoke with a lady that took all my information and was suppose to call me back within 5 minutes after she figured out what was going on. It is 8pm and no call back whatsoever!!!!! NTB we have spent so much $$$$ with yall and thank god i have an extra vehicle I can drive to work Monday!!!!! We also have a new tire company that has our business and all 4 tires will be installed on Monday!!!!! You lost 4 vehicles and over $1600 today.....

Got new tires here. Very professional. Highly recommended. They told me all that was wrong with my car and they took me to the back and showed me. Didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Highly satisfied

This place is typical corporate schemes.1) tried to sell me higher priced synthetic oil change on my car, claimed they could not do conventional or else it would void manufacturer warranty. I checked owners manual, owners manual states to keep warranty valid, run 5-30 conventional. I would of gotten robbed of money plus risk my warranty.2) in the tire business, when purchasing new tires, you often get the mount and balance for free, mount and balance is more commonly billed to customers putting on tires purchased elsewhere. My price for 2 new tires was 400, 80 of which was claimed to be mount and balance.Go to Allied Discount Tire down the road, friendlier staff, no corporate smoke and mirrors and no extra mount and balance fee.

I took my car here knowing my brakes needed to be changed. I’m pretty knowledgeable on the ins & outs of a car. I took my car in, told them to do a diagnostic, being that the charge for the diagnostic goes towards my repair fee. I dropped my car off at noon, they did not call me about my car until 4:00. The mechanic then went on to tell me I needed my front brakes, back brakes, front rotors, back rotors, and all of my hydraulics changed for $1700. I’m sorry, but I’m a college student and that is a LOT of money to me. I also know my car doesn’t need all of that maintenance being I get it serviced pretty often. I told the mechanic I just wanted my brakes done, and he told me $270. I was quoted TWICE earlier that day for $189. I told him this and he instantly brought the price down to $211. Also, they forgot to call me when my car was finished. I had to call them and ask about it. I took my car to my uncle who is also a mechanic and told me all I needed changed were my brakes. If I could give this rating a 0, I would. This place is full of dishonest workers who will lie STRAIGHT to your face. They even talk mess about other customers in the front behind the register. I’m disgusted with the service I received from this location and will not be returning. The only positive thing about this store was the fact that my diagnostic fee went towards my repair. I would not recommend this place for repairs what so ever.

Im looking for a new tire store since Sears is closed. I went to Sears because, at the time, you always knew where a Sears store was. So I thought I try NTB. The people there are friendly and knowledgeable so thats a plus. However, the store is for the rich. It cost $103 to buy and install a $53 tire with road hazard.

The store manager was very friendly and helped me pick the right tire for my car. Additionally they fixed my alignment and my steering wheel which was crooked. Plus being the only place they stayed open after 5 was very helpful.

Went to NTB today in Hammond, LA. Staff seemed very friendly. Dropped my vehicle off 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. An hour and a half later, I went to check on the status of my vehicle to find they are just now putting it up on the rack. Service staff said they would handle it. What can they handle? I just lost an hour and a half after making an appointment earlier in the week. What is the point in appointments if they are just going to work on your vehicle when it is convenient for them. Now I am out an hour and a half, no tire rotation and had to find another shop to do the work tomorrow. I guess I will never get any use out of my tire service plan from NTB. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone anymore.

We want to thank Rusty and Amber at the 1100 Morrison Blvd store in Hammond LA. sadly we cant use this store on a regular basis due to we were passing thru when we blew a tire on I12. We had called the insurance company and waited about 4 hours for a tow..I had spoke to Rusty several times who was very kind and sweet and made a bad situation better just by keeping calm when I wasnt. unfortunately he left by the time we had gotten to the store and made sure that the staff knew what was going on. Amber was there to make the rest of the experience just as magical. she was sweet and kind and so helpful. Kudos to Rusty and Amber and the rest of the store for being so kind at a time when we thought the world had gone crazy!

Thanks to the denham springs location lying about having my tire in stock...I had to drive on my donut here. But this staff quickly realized I was not in the mood to be here all day after the other office lied. They got me in and out and really went above and beyond to make my morning less horrible. Loved it.

Horrible service. I got new tires with them, they always rotate, balance and do my alignment. Ive only had the tires for 2 years and they said I need new ones because they are wearing from the inside. THEY are the ones who do all the maintenance, so therefore they arent doing their job. They will never seen a red cent out of me again.

On May 7 I went to ntb to get my van fixed and Mr Rusty was very polite had a smile and keep me informed about my van he is very understanding and has a great support team behind him. Very nice workers. But this place is always busy so be prepared to wait. They have some good deals on a oil change with free tire rotation. They usually have some special on tires. But make room for the wait or better yet call to make a appointment for the next day would be better.

Do not use this place or any other NTB locations. I typically use the Mandeville location and already left a review about how they stripped a bolt and I had to pay to have it replaced.I used the Hammond location for another oil change and just found out I was leaking oil because they didnt secure the filter.Maybe theyre just bad at oil changes, but no way Id trust them to do anything more serious now!

I think it’s great that they’ll check certain things for you for free, but I have been sitting here with my car at the bay window for my tire pressure to be checked and no one has asked me what I need or anything. Multiple employees have walked past me, looked at me, and seen me waiting here but not a single person has stopped for 2 seconds to ask what I need. It doesn’t take but maybe 2 minutes to check my tire pressure yet no one will help me. This is the reason I don’t come here for services that I would be paying for, they take forever.

My daughter went to get her vehicle checked out and was treated in a professional manner, although her vehicle has many issues they diagnosed the issues and gave her a estimate of the repairs needed, without pressing her for the repairs it needed, I appreciate that from a fathers perspective, we don’t have the money for repairs at this time. Thanks for not scaring her on the needed repairs. I do understand the repairs are needed but it’s still drivable until I can get the funds. Keep up the professional environment.

I have to find a new place to get an oil change. I typically come here because of the affordable price of the oil change but have always had issues off & on with this company.They are extremely slow for 1 & I had an appointment! The guy told me a time span of which the work would be completed (about 30-40 mins); 2 hrs later they still have to go pick up a part for my car. I had to checked once to see what was taking so long. I could have had someone pick me up but the guy kept telling me “a few more minutes.” Then they completed the job (after 2 hrs and 30 minutes. edit: btw I’m still waiting to check out & it’s going on 3 hrs) but didn’t tell me that it was done; I had been sitting in the back waiting while my car was parked & ready. A guy who was waiting with me happened to walk to the front & came back to ask me what my car looked like & that it was parked in front of the building.The 2nd issue is that they seem to not know what is included with an oil change. Online it states that what’s listed below is what is included in an oil change (copied and pasted from their site):Tire rotationBattery checkTPMS reset (where applicable)Visual brake checkWiper fluid top offUp to 5 quarts of oilI have noticed a few times that my tires had not been rotated nor did they top off the wiper fluid when I visited for an oil change on different occasions. At first I thought I was just missing something but had my suspicions confirmed today. When I asked about what is all included in an oil change, he at 1st told me that it would cost extra. After showing him what was stated online, he thought that there must have been a promotion going on. This has always been listed ON THEIR OWN SITE.Since the price has risen for an oil change here, I don’t feel that it is worth the frustration of dealing with this company. On one occasion they didn’t even inform me that my car was ready & I had to wait until they opened the next day. I had even called an hour before they closed; they said they would contact me when it was ready & that it would be ready that same day. I don’t believe they even deserve one star. I went into the location last Friday to get my 3500 Dodge tires looked at due to a vibration. When the manager told me it will cost 380 bucks just to get the bean bags out of my old tires and rebalance I about died. So I decided to go with new tires and spend a little bit of more money. So I picked out some new tires and had them put them on my vehicle. I also requested new valve stems due to my old metal ones needed to be replaced. Well after a hour or so went by I get a call saying that they couldn’t replace the tires due to my spacers on my rear tires. He offered to still install the tires but with out the spacers. Which would mean I’d tear up a new set of tires. So after some thinking I decided to put the factory tires back on. Well after multiple calls by myself I was told the vehicle was done. So I leave to go get the truck and after paying was told that it was almost done. So I waited for about 30 mins and finally spoke up about still being here well they come to tell me that one of the valve stems was having issues holding air. So they installed a regular rubber valve stem on my truck. Well the manger says bring it back Monday and we will get it fixed. Dropped it off mid day Monday and eventually called after not hearing anything and they say I can come get it. Well once I start looking at my truck i noticed only 2 inner rear wheels was changed so I brought it back up to the guy their and was pretty much told I don’t know. I can bring it another day and get it fixed that they had a hard enough time getting what I have on the truck now. Well I can tell you this save your self some time and frustration after being back to this place two times and wasting two of my off days dealing with these people it would have been better dealing with the dealership or someone more knowledgeable on tires and maintenance. Plus my issue is still not fixed.

I waited a week for tire that they ordered from another store and when I get there no tire

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The staff here are the absolute worst. No one has any kind of people skills. They make you feel like a complete burden to their business rather than a meaningful, paying customer. I used to have decent experiences here, but as of recently, it’s been a complete joke. They’ve over charged me, done the wrong services, scratched/ruined rims, argued with me when questioning services, I could go on for days. There’s also a female employee that could really use some training on customer service. I will never return. Never. Don’t waste your precious time or money here.

I had a great experience while purchasing tires in hammond. Im in ems so Im all over the place in my Corolla. Amber and Rusty were very helpful, even though there was quite bit of await. It was completely worth it.

My husband brought in his truck to have the intake gasket changed. They said it would take three hours. Over a week later my husband had to take his truck to another mechanic because the vehicle had no power and was running so rough it seemed like it would die. The mechanic found unfastened ground wires, broken mounts for the spark plug wires( which melted the engine) timing was retardant, broken and unfastened exhaust, pulse the gasket is still leaking!!! 500$ down the drain. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust this shop to change a fuse let alone do an oil or tire change.

I believe I got good tires, but very unprofessional staff. Had to over pay almost $400 for a maintenance package in order to get the buy 2 tires, get 2 tires free deal. Think that in the end I paid full price for my tires. Didnt even get the $75 for opening a NTB account. When I asked about it, I was told I didnt qualify for it. Going to try to get it because it is clearly in the add online.

I called within minutes before arriving they told me they could get my tire patched and be out. It wouldn’t take long. (30-45 mins) I sat there for an hour & half with maybe one other vehicle on a rack, while my truck was on the racks for atleast an hour. I walked around pacing as I had to be somewhere. After I spoke to a guy asking how long it would be, they were just starting after an hour & half. I was not charged for the patch as it took two hours. But if I’m going in for a tire patch why was my hood opened while on the racks? Something isnt right with that. I appericate the waving on the charge but why’d it take so long when people were just standing around talking

Front desk service was good.but the shop service sucks had 6 people come in after me and they are all gone I been here for 3 hours waiting on tires if they would work as much as they stand talking and goof off they would get alot done and people wouldnt have to wait for ever

Worst experience ever. Booked an appointment online and upon arrival found 4 people ahead of me and waited >90 minutes to be told they only had the of the tires that I ordered off the website the day before... Took an additional hour to put the tires back on

I called ahead of time to see if they had the tire which they did but to come there and sit and wait for 10 to 15 minutes and not be recognized is horrible.

By far the best place I’ve been between New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Hammond for all my automotive needs. Best prices for oil changes and tires!! Ask for Amber!

Customer service is a major part of working with the public. (I work with the public) I would suggest either stepping into the bosses office &close the door to talk or when potential customers come in you put your talk on hold to wait on them. Instead you chose to leave paying customers wait while you complained about co workers work mentality Luckily, you didnt provide the service I was needing because the customer service left a lot to be desired.

If I could use negative stars I would. I have had this store balance tires for me before actually bigger then the ones I wanted done yesterday. When I asked if it could be done the extremely rude response of “ No now have a nice day” was my response received. I was not greeted at the door but basically told get out before I ever spoke. Ever since the old crew has been gone this place has turned downhill & is filled with rude non educated employees.

This place completely sucks. Terrible customer service and the manager is a job and keeps to himself. I have been sitting here for 5 hours for a 2 hour job to be done. I could have bought the parts down the street and done it in less time but this being a fleet truck is a different story. My question is why one guy is working on the truck and not atleast two. Wouldn’t that speed the process up?

Good service

This business is the worst. Brought company van to have cooling fan replaced and during the repair the tech smashed a bumper sensor. Manager admitted they damaged part then said they fixed it. Spliced wires together to turn off warning light. Dealer had to replace wire harness to fix which was added cost. This place must love screwing customers. They really suck!
