Used to be a great shop but not sure if they have new management/owner now. They were going to charge me $600 more than what the part I needed cost from the dealer. Can’t trust them enough to do business with them anymore.

This shop is very unprofessional, while my vehicle was in their possession they damaged it & now refuse to pay for or make the repairs.They have a bad reputation for over charging customers and have have poor customer service.The owner name is Miguel & he also owns ELITE AUTO CARE located on Hohman Ave in Hammond Indiana.Also beware of their fraudulent warranties.My car was sent in for an oil pan replacement which they over charged me $480 to be exact.And now my vehicle needs body work due their negligence.

Absolutely terrible service. They charged my dad over 700$ to fix his truck so that he can travel with it to Mexico. They told him everything was going to be fine and it was safe to drive it, but the truck ended up breaking down two times and my dad had to pay another 900$ on top of that. They are scam artists. Be careful.

If you have a problem with your car, you have to come to this shop. And they also will give you a free estimate. I bring all of my automobiles here and will never go to another car shop again.

I give them 5 stars because, the staff is very friendly. Their prices are very reasonable. We went in thinking that we were going to pay a lot of money for repairs. To my surprise I saved a lot of money.

The manager was very nice and pleasant, the store was very clean but the hours were not appropriate for working class as they were so early it would not allow me to pick up my car after work.

I love this place the men who work there are good at fixing ur car and they dont try to get over on you I wouldnt take my truck to nobody else cuz I trust nobody but mufflers for less

I bought all new brakes and rotors continuously having problems went twice to get it fixed and Im still having a problem and all they ask me is do you have the receipt never going here for a repair again and for it being brand new sure has alot of rust already on it

Alternator was suppose to be replaced and a month later was stranded on the highway in one of the worst storms this summer because my new alternator went out. Had to be towed after a 4 hour wait. Paid another mechanic to replace the new alternator with a really new one. Never again will I patronize this establishment.

Every time I go here I leave with a smile on my face because I know I got a good deal and great service.

They charge me 400 for bar rotaries and brakes which I got all this did like four months ago from another shop . He gave me the parts to take to mufflers for less in South Holland to get credit because I had a warranty on all of the parts. I go back to the shop in South Holland showed them the parts and bills.. guy said nothing was wrong with my front end bar or rotary because he just put it on a few months ago.. And that I was ripped off that they charged me for parts I dint need. I went back to the shop to tell man he was very rude said take him to court which I Weill be doing. Ladies Seniors or ppl that are in a rush and desperate dont go here. And the wait was four hours and my van rides about the same without the noise

Mechanic Miguel incompetent, allowed my vehicle to sit in the parking lot overnight - without notice that he was leaving the shop early. The next day, claimed he could not find car part to fix vehicle. I was then forced to go to another mechanic shop up the street. Turned out that current problem with the vehicle was linked to poor workmanship done a few months ago at Mufflers 4 Less. The work they claimed had fixed another problem created a larger one.I will only return to Mufflers 4 Less maybe for an oil change because even the Mufflers they use are not quality .Would not bring my car here for major or electrical repairs.
