I had gotten taken advantage of at H&S Auto in Hagerstown because that place is way overpriced. I called to get an estimate on a repair that I needed done on my car and felt that this place was honest and reasonable. I will definitely be using this auto shop for all of my car fixing needs. I couldnt ask for more! Fast service and financially reasonable with my repairs. Best of all, very honest, which can be hard to find now a days in the auto repair business. Will definitely do business again!

If I could give a rating with no stars I would. Took our VW here to have some dash lights checked and an aftermarket high beam fixed. After having the car all day was told he couldn’t fix anything on the vehicle and it needed to go to the dealership. Told us he was going to cut us a break on the two hour labor he put in to check the headlamp since he couldn’t fix but was unable to explain to us what exactly was checked. Seemed completely unfamiliar with foreign cars and did not live up to what he has listed on his website. Avoid this place unless you are just getting an oil change. I would even do that yourself before going to this “mechanic”.

These guys definitely know their stuff, but if you dont know yours be careful. The will nickel and dime you.
