Terrible service, poor timing & rude. I could post his texts, but that’s not helpful. Not business worthy at all

Another person put a alternator on it last year and left a wire bear and it caused a electric problem and Greg work to fix issue for us on 2004 ford escape.

My car recently broke down and after looking online for a towing and service repair shop I found S&S Auto and was pleased to see alot of good reviews so I gave them a call . They were very friendly and professional, they immediately went and towed my car to their shop so I could feel at ease that my car was safe. My altinator needed replaced and the shop owner went above and beyond to help get my car back on the road just in time for christmas and at a very affordable price!! I will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone !!!

This shop is amazing. Let me tell you why.I had used another shop a few times before I found S and S Auto. I had gotten an older vehicle last year from a friend and I suspected after the last couple of visits to the old shop, that they were trying to swindle me. So when I needed my alternator replaced, I looked elsewhere. That’s when I found S and S Auto.Not only was I offered an honest estimate, but they offered to jumpstart and pick up my vehicle instead of having it towed to the shop. (I was unsure whether I could make it there otherwise.) The original estimate was $220**. He charged me $200 plus did additional work —a repair he spotted while replacing the alternator—for free.Not to mention everyone is lovely and understanding.I ended up giving them $230 because this shop deserves every penny.**The quote was for a partial tow, oil change, and replacing the alternator which I had supplied.

S&S has always treated me really good. Nice people,and great work. I recommend them.

S and S Auto responded nearly immediately and were able to solve the problem so patients care would continue. Thank you for helping them care for the community!

They are great for low income families on pricing and working with you when you are in a jam.
