They replaced my alternator. Unfortunately, the brand new alternator experienced infant mortality within 3 weeks.Luckily, South Potomac Service Center honored the warranty and replaced the alternator again, no charge. Replacing an alternator on my vehicle is a much more involved and time consuming effort than it is on many other vehicles. So much so that Toyota quotes this effort as requiring a minimum of 3 1/2 hours labor.They stepped up and took care of my vehicle - pleased with the outcome so far!

On a family trip to DC, we experienced low pressure on our tires.Thank God we found this place, as they found two tires punctured!They fixed them speedily and sent us on our way with handshakes.It was an amazing experience. BTW, the tires are still fine!
