I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my car. I noticed the only difference appeared to be a bracket, and asked if I could still make it work. Both people I talked to were very helpful and extremely prompt with their email replies; even while on vacation. They even contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to clarify if the part would fit (it did). Also, the part was $30 cheaper than everywhere else I could find it and free shipping. Great service.

The parts I ordered arrived faster than promised.

Dishonest and dint hold up their claim on the return policy. They claimed they can charge me any amount of restocking fee in order to make the part in condition for sale again. Sold a defective and mislabeled part. I was told I am getting a Borg and Warner turbo but I was given and Mahle turbo. Blamed the reputable and well known mechanic who installed it when it failed and refused to refund me the money. Also the warranty company send me an email they will take my turbo apart and return it in parts if found not to be manufacture defect. Thats interesting how that decision wont be biased at all. I would go through someone who will respect their customers, not these guys.

Called on the 4th of July in what would seem to be A desperate yet feeble attempt at obtaining a specialty part for my Jetta, that I needed BAAAAAAADLY so I could get back on the road....No answer. But wait! Who is this calling my cell?? Its Aaron at Bora parts, aka Cascade German parts calling me back to see what I needed! These guys are great. You can what kind of people they are from their Volkswagens outside and a poster of the Stig on the wall. Being car enthusiasts they understand car enthusiasts. Ive on multiple occasions taken the 2 hour drive up from Silverton up to them as theyve earned my respect and appreciate my business more than quite a few of other popular Euro retailers Ive death with online.
