The employees seemed very upbeat, and very engrossed in whatever it was they were working on. So much so that I didnt want to distract them from helping all the other.... oh wait I was the only customer in the store.

This store is destined to close. Usually not enough staff to assist at the counter. I was in the other day and they had 10 people ready to help but stock on the shelf was very low. Didnt have anything I needed.

Did not order correct parts.Suppose to be finding other half of our parts we ordered

They constantly find the correct part when it is difficult.

They gave me 2 different kinds of oil for my oil change. Full synthetic, and one thats just regular oil.. I noticed when I got home, so, drove back and the dude wanted to ask me for 10 cents more to get the oil I already paid for. What a joke. Not going here unless Im incentivised.

Mid transaction I saw the 20% off, if you buy 99 cent Napa bag.I Did the math in my head, and asked if I could Still do the deal?The cashier said we could, though the card had gone through already. Even though she was super busy, she refunded my items, and redid the transaction.Great customer service 👍Also, my total went from $32 and change, to $27. The tint turned out great too! Thanks 😊

We going to this auto parts store quite often and when we brought in an ad they gave us 25% off the person helping us was named Brayden and he did a very poor quality job of it of helping us as a matter of fact to the point of being rude

I have been a long time customer of Napa Gresham. Over the past 6 to 12 months I have definitely noticed a substantial difference in customer service, store cleanliness and the willingness of ALL the employees present to help me with my needs. As usual, the quality of the parts are excellent and the prices are very compettive. I cant say enough good things about this store and they will continue to be my go to place for all things car related.

Extremely polite and helpful staff. However, I bought a new bank 1 sensor 2 for my 2004 Ford Escape. It was no good. In the meantime I spent $60 on two trip permits plus $240 taking it into a shop, only to discover that it was a bad part. I will not be going back, ever. The 1 star is for the nice staff, whose fault it was not.

This place is a joke, at least the girl behind the parts counter I spoke to was a joke. I had to point out the parts I needed using the Napa website on my phone. She kept trying to sell me the most expensive part they had until I pointed out the part on their site listed in stock... her response, oh yeah, ok. Well, theres a 50/50 chance it will be back there, Id have to go look. Then just stands there staring at me. Just rude disinterested as if I was interrupting her. Napa usually way better than this. Ill never go to this store again.

Most the staff is nice especially the lady with glasses very helpful always but the big blonde lady is always rude and acts like your asking the world of a simple task very unprofessional how does she still have a job she ruins the already stressful experience of Automotive problems.

I go there often for my project car, they recognize me and have occasionally let me just go back and find the bolt I need and give it to me free of charge because Im there so often, love these ladies and gentlemen and they will do their best to get you what you need at the best price!

The Gresham location was out of the 2 Pack of headlamps I needed, so sold me two separate packages for the same price. Good customer service!

These guys work hard for customers and sell better quality parts for a reasonable price. They have more parts in stock than most parts stores, too.

Worst customer service ever. And I never had a parts store say that they wouldnt exchange a 6 month old battery until they can put it on a charger for 2 hours, before they exchange it. That was not just inconvenient, but very irritating. Never will I go back to that place.

Needed an alternator for my dodge truck. Stopped at this napa on my way home. When I got there only two counter people working and 6 people waiting to get parts. Took me 25 minutes to get help. Put the new alternator on only to find out that it was no good. It was overcharging my battery. When I called to let them know I would need it replaced I sat on hold for just over 10 minutes. I was told that it would take 3 days to get here and that the one I have would have to be tested. Dont have the new part yet but I may let everyone know how it turns out.Not a great experience so far.

Not polite or helpful at all. There was a lady at the counter who looked up and saw me when I came in and just ignored me. Unacceptable behavior for a customer service job.

Stopped in to buy a few things.. When female cashier was ringing up my sale I asked if they had mimilitary discount.. I also tried to give her my phone number to add to my account. She said no to military discount and the register didnt ask for phone number and I would have to go to website to get discount.. Anyway as you can tell, I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at the store at 255 NE Hogan Dr, Gresham.

Customer service was great, and they made sure I got the maximum discount available.

I found out Napa carried Amsoil which is cool because not to many places do. The first time I called to check stock they answered and asked me to hold. I held for 11 minutes before deciding to try later. Called again a few hours later, they answered and once again on hold for 9 minutes before I gave up. I called the next day right at open and spoke to a gentlemen and he said he could not make orders on the weekend and to call Monday. So I called first thing Monday and placed an order for my oil. They said they would call me when it comes in. Three days later I call and sat on hold but only five minutes to find out it came in the day before. I went to the store to purchase it and they also said there is a ten dollar shipping charge for ordering from their warehouse, Surprise! Very unpleasant experience start to finish.
