This is now my place of employment. Craig, the Manager is smart. His degree in Business Administration will turn the store into one of the most profitable and most organized stores in the region. Hes putting together a great team to complement his energy and vision. I am a parts delivery driver now hoping to move up in the company.

Was stuck in Gresham with a flat tire at Fred Meyers . Fred Meyers had no Fix-A-Flat. I called advanced Auto Parts 5 minutes before they closed and ask him if I could put a can of Fix-A-Flat on a card and have him leave it outside the door. Instead they left me a free can of Fix-A-Flat thank you so much Advanced Auto Parts Js

Well run location for this popular parts chain. Overall I think Advance has an unfair pricing matrix on many things. But the actual auto parts are competitive.

First let me preface by saying I am absolutely, horribly, mechanically inclined. That being said the gentlemen at Advanced Auto Parts were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. They worked with me to ensure I got the best deal possible (which was a huge bonus in their favor considering they already had better prices compared to nearby stores). Moreover when replacing my battery (which they did for free) became difficult they didnt shove me off and tell me I had to take it to a mechanic, they just rolled up their sleeves and got the job done. I appreciate all the help!

Cookie was absolutely amazing!!! She way above and beyond to find me snow chains for my truck. Cookie researched several different types to find the right ones for me and then she called 17 other stores to find them. Collective between several different stores she was able to find the right kind to fit my tires and situation and I am eternally grateful for the excellent customer service Cookie showed. Im not a customer of Advanced Auto Parts (or any other parts store) but will always go to her first when I do need Auto Parts, because of how I was treated by her. I sent Corporate a letter of recommendation regarding the above and beyond service and care I received.

Typically has what I need on hand. Friendly enough guys behind the counter. The prices are fair compared to the other places in town. Decent selection of additives.

Far and away the best parts store in Gresham. Every single employee that has helped me actually made a real effort to help find parts and I was even referred to a different place that Id never hear about for a horn relay they didnt have.
