I had the toughest time figuring out to do the simplest thing- replace my headlight bulb. My manual was no help and I couldn’t find a YouTube video for my vehicle but Shane at AutoZone came to the rescue and swapped it out in less than 5 seconds. Thanks Shane, you have a dedicated customer!
Was there last week to get a serpentine belt from my car and I was lucky that they had it in stock! At the time I didnt think anything about my serpentine tension needing replaced, so i went in again and purchased one! Super fast service, they are always great when I go in! We even had a good laugh about how badly I stripped my 10mm socket. They gave me an awesome one another lifetime warranty! My car is one happy lady
Called in and asked if they had a gas cap, bradly answered and was super helpful, said they got what I needed and 30 minutes later I was putting it on my truck. Thank you for the great costumer service, much appreciated

My wife recently took back some seat covers that werent working for the car. She couldnt find the receipt. She took the covers back and Jeremy started helping her, well if you call it help. He was very rude, went back to ask the manager and he allowed store credit. My wife proceeded to ask where some products were and he was rude, short and not helpful. Albert on the other hand was helpful to my wife. He answered her questions and helped her find things. He even helped her out to the car. It only takes one bad egg and I do not support my wife getting treated like that. We will not be shopping here.
I went to this AutoZone today to return a battery charger. I didn’t bring my receipt because I couldn’t find it. I had with me a print out of my Visa card payment. One cashier told me that he will talk to the manager about it. I waited for about 15 minutes only to be told by the unfriendly “manager” that he can’t accept the merchandise back without my original receipt and he didn’t even dare to look at the payment print out that I brought. I can’t believe that unlike any other franchises, returns cannot be made without a receipt at this supposedly reputable auto parts store.Unsatisfactory experience and poor customer service!
NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! Excuse me...do you work here? Man responds Im off the clock as he walks away avoiding eye contact. Can you please guide me to your K&N spray oil? Yes it down the aisle there just past the k&N stuff as I go down the aisle I notice 3 different areas of K&N product but no cans of spray oil. After asking more questions about their engine belts customer was behind me was huffing and puffin so worker asked for me to let him help him instead of me. Should of just went to Oreillys!
Has my starter and alternator tested here by an incredible staff. Ended up buying a alternator with a coupon got a awesome deal for a lifetime warranty part too
Update approximately 300 miles on the alternator they had a mobile mechanic install wish me luck🤞Went in for a simple battery swap the other day and the associate had installed it backwards and freid some electrical components in my car. After reinstalling my battery the correct way I was back on the road. But not for long the car broke down. But Shane took care of me I called and he was able to help me get my car into the shop and get it fixed. I would give a lower rating if it wasnt for Shane having incredible customer service and understanding that this is my only way to and from work. If I encounter any more issues he acknowledged autozone will take care of me. Ill keep you guys updated.
The guy at the counter was a young kid who knew nothing about cars and was tripping over my odometer. He kept saying I had really low miles on my car, I almost have 90,000. He kept saying it was 9,000. Even though the numbers were in his face... And I wasnt even there for anything to do with my odometer. Very frustrating, very uninformed, very big waste of time...

I had the check engine light trouble code regarding an oxygen sensor for a 2004 Toyota Tundra ( sensor 1 Bank One). Your employee Zach was very knowledgeable and very helpful he sold me the right oxygen sensor and the right tool to replace it and encouraged me that is a easy replacement. After replacing the old sensor with a new one I was able to clear out the check engine light and save money for not taking the car to the mechanic. Thank you Zach for giving me the right directions and the right parts Happy New Year!
I called for some Commercial information. The commercial guy didnt know what the hell he was doing. The store manager refused to help. They both didnt know how to do the simple things of their job like the refer a shop program used to refer customers to shops. And in return those shops purchase things from autozone to help grow the commercial side of the business. Autozone - please dont hire people who dont know what theyre doing.
One of the guys installed my new windshield wipers for no charge. They had great customer service, were super helpful & very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.🚗🚘

Have most of what I need for the various vehicles weve owned. Mopar, Ford, GM, Nissan etc they have what youll probably need. Duralast brand is their generic brand. Usually pretty decent quality.

Be very careful of purchasing this brand. Just bought it today. Brand new to inflate my tire which was low. Got home and used it. Worked great for about 2 minutes. Then shut off. But wait thats not the worse part. It fried everything electrical near the 12v port. I actually had smoke coming out of the vents and underneath the steering well. I thought my car was gonna catch on fire. Learn from my mistake and never buy this brand. You might not be so lucky.
Normally they are a good place for most car things. Unfortunately not today. 😕

I had to buy a brake light and headlight for my car. Spent over an hour trying to install them and a friend said ask AutoZone for help. They were happy to install them for me free of charge. I was impressed and so happy to be able to drive safely. They are a great help and very friendly.
I got double charged at this location 6 days ago and have not been reimbursed yet. Been waiting for a response from AutoZone for my claim with my bank - it was almost 200 dollars so make sure you pay attention when running your card at this store.
2 years ago I had problem with the battery on my car and i decided that I would buy an expensive one with a 5-year warranty, in case something happens to it again I will be able to easily replace it.So two years later, the battery died and I dont even know why!I hired a guy and we brought that battery to the store for a replacement. I have my receipt with me.BUT the Autozone staff didnt want to replace it because they dont know if its bad!So they want to recharge it overnight. And then they will see if they can replace it or not!! :((I was trying to explain them that I need a car to go to work tomorrow morning, so I need to x-change the battery, but the sales manager told me, than is your problem!So ladies if you need good customer service find some other stores or places, but not at Autozone!!
Not helpful staff. Every AutoZone I have walk in staff is helpful, resourceful. Something very important to me since I dont know much about cars. The girl at the counter I really dont know how knowledge she is but just even the deminer and willingfullneswi to help... There was none. I gen to buy my snow chains 3 mins away to Nap autopRtd where the staff was helpful, friendly And I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Ordered starter online Thursday that said was next day deliver. Won’t be delivered till Monday morning because they didn’t send it out until Friday. Not totally autozone’s fault but not good experience. Wanted to install it on Saturday, so called down and asked them availability of the starter in store. Lady helping me said they could have it there in a few hours and would call when it arrived. Waited 6 hours with no response from them. Called in to ask hold up. They said that it was not coming in till the next day around noon. Clearly not a few hours from when I paid for it. Just make sure you are hundred percent sure that they have what you want.
A tad bit disappointed, they are low,or out of a lot of products. I still go there quite a bit.

I had trouble with my ODB not powering. I heard autozone will lend you an ODB meter so I came in for it. I talked to Abl and he was sure it was a fuse. So I checked the fuse box and everything looked good. I told Abl that and he looked up on his phone about info for my car. He said there was another fuse near the steering wheel. It turned out he was right and got it fixed. Abl saved me hundreds of dollars instead of going to a dealership. Someone promote this man. He took the time to fix my problem and he had a great attitude about it. Wish more employees had customer service skills like him!
Employee followed me around and kept walking past the aisle as if i were stealing. The best part of my experience is that 1 of the items i purchased ended up setting the alarm off as i walked out. The look on the guys face was priceless as i just continued to walk out nice and slow.
The store on Hogan st. has a female employee that needs customer service training. I wont be using this store again for a long time... They have lost my business because of her. When I bought a product and took to register, she started to check me out. I asked or told her my phone number and she said, The register did not ask for that. Military discount... NOPE

Today I had to get a new battery, I figured while I was there buying the battery Id also change it with the help of the associate Eric (sorry if I misspelled your name)If I could say it couldnt of gone any worse Id be lying, as much as a bad review as this sounds it is NOT...if I could give Eric a 6/5 stars I would.We had so many issues changing the battery from a nut being stripped and not being able to get it off to the terrible rainstorm that started about 5 minutes into changing the battery.Eric, I tried to give you a tip and you declined...Many...Many times.I thank you for your exceptional service.I cannot thank you enough, you went above and beyond with your service when you could of easily declined.Thank you Eric you have made a customer very happy.

I finally got help from a knowledgeable friendly person! Phew!Original review: the Answer I got about a tool was patience. What sense does that make? I feel like they were toying with me. Amazing customer service after a short wait for my turn to be helped.Our engine light came on today and we already needed to replace the air filter in a Chrysler Town and country so i googled AutoZone and they had my filter and ran a free diagnostic on my vehicle with a printout of the problem and part we needed.Jiffy lube wanted $30 to buy and install the air filter and I did it for $23 at AutoZone.

Had the parts I need, but not very knowledgeable when asked how best I could diagnose/repair an issue myself. I know their employees arent ASE certified, but was hoping for a little better answer when trying to figure out what I needed for my vehicle. Oh, got what I later found out I needed and Im good.
At other auto parts stores, including other autozone stores, when Ive had questions about my cars, Ive received either informative answers or intelligent suggestions as to where to find information. At this store, all I received in response to a simple question about an alternative to a product they no longer carried was an indifferent shrug from the manager. Worthless.

Went into the store yesterdsy. theguy was very helpful but their system was down he told me to call tomorrow and they could order the part for me gave me the part number and said I could give them my card number over the phone since it was a special order would have to be paid for in advance. when I called the gentleman said my part number was wrong did not offer to search I had to ask him to do it and he was very short through the whole conversation so I told him nevermind I will go somewhere else what happened to customer service

I cant believe all of the friendly services that auto zone has to offer me I went in needed new headlights and they often offered to replace from for me I needed new wiper blades they offered to replace them for me I needed a new Battery. Not only did they come out and grab my old Battery and test it they brought out the new battery and installed it
