I chose Gresham Toyota because in 2018 my husband had purchased his Tacoma from there. I felt the experience at the time was low pressure and a dealership we could trust.Fast forward to 2021, I bought a RAV4 yesterday from Lynn. We communicated for a while via email, phone and text asking questions and getting information. Lynn always took the time to explain.The showroom was very nice and clean. Lynn took me to see my car right away. She went above and beyond what I was expecting. She spent a while with me going over all the features, which I thought was great. Very straight forward process. Dropped off the night before and got a call to choose which services from a list of scheduled maintenance. Chose what I thought was most needed and it was done in a few hours. Picked up with ease and the woman who checked me out was super nice. They are always helpful with defining and providing the services I need to keep both of my vehicles running well. They willingly take time to thoroughly answer any questions. When I leave, I feel like Ive received the best service available.
I’ve bought several cars over a lifetime and found it to always be a stressful experience. Dealers are mostly sketchy and you don’t know what you are getting with a private seller. Let me tell you, that is NOT the case with Gresham Toyota. Even with a new car shortage caused by the pandemic, they were able to get me into just the car I wanted, at a fair price. Kim Young is a great person and so helpful. I did not feel like I was just one more potential sale to her, I felt like she wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I was talking to several dealerships when I found her at Gresham and I went with Gresham because of her.Going to pick it up and sign the papers was also - can’t believe I’m going to say this about a car-buying experience - really pleasant. They explained everything. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. All the staff was friendly and nice.And they even have fresh cookies.

I purchased my car 8/4. I had an appointment set up with a particular person. When we arrived they were busy and we got put with someone else which would’ve been fine, except they had no information about the car and really couldn’t answer any questions I had. Then my AC and radio weren’t working which they fixed but it took about 4-5 days and they never once gave me an update until 1 day before my car was done. When I would try to get an update I was basically told multiple times to quit calling until they call me. I never wanted them to rush, simply wanted an update on progress. When I picked up my car someone had drawn designs in the dust on my car because they also didn’t wash it. Which I found extremely unprofessional, they tried to tell me some kid off the street did it which I find highly unlikely to believe. Also, I noticed the car did not have a spare although it has a spot for one. I had to call 3 times within for someone to finally get back to me as it is a safety issue and they are required to have one in the vehicle. I was told one was ordered so we will see if that comes in. Lastly, my pay off STILL has not arrived to pay off my trade in so it has been 3 weeks, that payment is now considered late and I have honestly never dealt with a worse dealership. Best experience buying a new vehicle ever! We had great rapport with Tania Knight. She was very personable and extremely efficient! She anticipated our needs by having our vehicle washed and pulled around as soon as we got there. Everything was ready to go ahead of time, as much as was possible, to keep us from being there any longer than necessary during a heatwave. She explained the process, took extra time listening to us and answered all our questions. All of the other staff was very friendly and efficient as well.
Our entire purchase experience was fantastic! They had the gently used vehicle that we were looking for, in our price range. We especially liked that there were no high pressure sales games bro navigate. Courteous, helpful, efficient, and honest is the only way to describe our experience with Tania, our salesperson, and with the whole Gresham Toyota team. Kim took care of us from start to finish. When we first arrived, looking for a Highlander Hybrid but there was only one on the lot. It was not the color or option package we desired. She offered us a deal but did not push. When we told her it is not what we wanted, she offered one that fit our desires that was on order at the factory. She reserved that vehicle for us and updated us as it was built and shipped. It took 2 months to arrive but was worth the wait. When it arrived, we showed up to sign papers with our 3 grandkids ages 4,3 &1. Kim and the staff were very accommodating while we took turns signing and trying to entertain 3 kids. The whole experience was pleasant and without disappointment. We are grateful for the service we received and happy with the product.
I had a really good experience with this dealership. Scott M, the salesman was really knowledgeable and helpful. The finance manager was really fun to work with and worked very quickly. The dealership was very busy the day I was there, and despite being very busy, they did a really good job, very pleasant to deal with. They had exactly the car I was looking for, and was able to give me the deal I wanted. They did offer the usual extras, but I did not have to say “no thank you” more than once, they were respectful of my decisions to decline the extra services. I would definitely buy from this dealer again.
We had an awesome experience with Dan Roemmich! From the initial online inquiry to handing us the keys, he was extremely helpful every step of the way. He was not your stereotypical car salesman, he was a customer advocate and was able to remedy concerns and problems that arose in a timely and diplomatic fashion.We have been driving Toyotas for the last 20 years and have bought from various dealerships, and would rate our experience working with Dan as top tier service. He was quick in his responses, very personable, and provided us updates as we anxiously waited for our new vehicle. We were very particular in the 4Runner we were looking for as far as trim, color, accessories, and pricing. Dan made it happen!Just to be clear, the only reason for the 4-star rating of the dealership overall was due to objections from management when we decided to change our form of payment. Instead of trading in our vehicle as a down payment we decided to pay that same amount in cash and keep the vehicle. The sale price of the new vehicle did not change either. Any level headed individual would obviously see this should be a non-issue, since the dealership would still make the sale. However, I speculate one of his managers was looking to take the trade-in and make an easy profit. We started to feel like we were being strong-armed into choosing the option that was best for that manager. Fortunately, Dan had the integrity to put the customers needs first and was able to cut through the tape to allow us to purchase the vehicle in the payment form we wanted.It was a pleasure to work with Dan and his outstanding commitment to the customer warrants a 5-star rating and has gained our future business and referrals!

It is absolutely beyond me why a dealership, especially a big name dealership like Gresham Toyota would be okay with advertising and showing a used vehicle they have listed for sale in any condition other than perfectly clean. I came into look at a used truck they had posted for sale - and could not believe how dirty the vehicle was when I arrived, inside and out. There was literally trash in the bed of the truck and there was so much dirt and dust on the inside.It just doesn’t make sense to me why a dealership would be okay with selling a vehicle that is filthy. Made me virtually not even interested in the vehicle right away because of this and I walked away.Sales staff overall were kind, but seemed a little short tempered as well.
I recently posted a review about Vancouver Toyotas Service for my 5k and it was a 1 star review and in my review I said that I would go to another dealership for the next service at 10k... So I took my vehicle to Gresham Toyota for the 10k service and I was greatly impressed with the service it was fast and promptly done this time they did an oil change tire rotation and 120 point inspection and it took less then a half hour when at Vancouver Toyota it took over an hour to just rotate tires and 120 point inspection and the vehicle was left with muddy windows.... Gresham Toyota Service team is outstanding and I recommend them to all Toyota Owners for your servicing needsHappy Customer Vincent
Great experience. The staff were quick and super helpful. Even when I was scheduling the appointment I was given full details on when, where, and who would be helping me. I like that you can just drive into the service garage, pull all the way forward, and someone comes up to help you. Lastly, I thought the speed of the service was very quick and timely.

I shopped several national websites for a specific vehicle and Gresham Toyota had the best price. They even picked me up from the airport! They made a historically stressful process fun and painless. This was my first experience with Gresham Toyota. As such, I started out small with an oil change, ttire rotation, and the usual safety inspection. The safety inspection turned up with a few burnt out bulbs, the engine and cabin air filters needed to be replaced, as well as the valve cover gasket, as it was leaking. Now, I am not an auto mechanic by any means, but I do have the wherewithal to swap out a couple of filters and bulbs, but Ill leave the valve cover gasket to the professionals. Perhaps I didnt make it clear enough in discussing these items with the service advisor, that I would take care of the bulbs and filters, and he could do the gasket, because when I asked if I could get a list of the bulbs that needed replacing, he turned rather pale and indicated that they had already been replaced, as well as the filters. He immediately realized the misunderstanding, and that those were the things that I was going to take care of. The total amount due was a hundred plus dollars over the estimated cost of the oil change because it included the bulbs and the filters, which I didnt question, and had already paid.. So the service advisor and I stood there in silence for a few seconds, then the advisor started going through the invoice and marking out the cost of the bulbs and the filters. So I was only paying for the oil change and tire rotation. That was a completely unexpected resolution to the issue, which I was completely satisfied with,, impressed even! Since I had a windfall of bulbs and filters, I immediately scheduled an appointment to get the gasket replaced!Regarding the work that was done, it was quick,, professional, and complete.In summary, for this being my first visit to Gresham Toyota, I was left with a stellar impression, Bravo! Highly recommended!
I had my catalytic converter stolen from my car and Gresham toyota took care of my vehicle beautifully. I was able to pick up my car after work and it all ran smoothly, even while being short staffed I didnt have to really wait. Excellent service and Tom was amazing!!! He kept me in the loop with my case and even got my parts earlier than expected :)If youre like me, you also worry about leaving anything in the car due to theft (which has happened to me at other auto body shops) but i had a ton of things in my car and they didnt even touch it. So they are definitely trustworthy

She was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the truck every step of the way. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Lynn at Gresham Toyota. We were interested in what dealers were asking for a RAV4 Prime above MSRP and some dealerships refused to give us a straight answer. Lynn gave us accurate information right away, and then told us about a car that was available that day. We were expecting to wait months for a Prime but ended up driving down to Oregon from Seattle that day. She worked with us to make the spontaneous transaction as smooth as possible.

Amazing! After a stressful morning at another dealership and calling multiple others to hopefully find exactly what we were looking for, we finally found Chris M at Gresham Toyota. We told him over the phone exactly what we wanted and when we arrived he had the perfect Highlander parked out back waiting for us. No stress or pressure- told us to take the car out as long as we needed and make sure it was exactly what we wanted- and it was. The ‘business’ side always takes longer than we’d like but Chris made sure we were comfortable and felt at home the whole time. The absolute worst communication and customer service Ive ever experienced at a car dealership.I purchased my BMW from this place and Ive had regular service at this place. My car recently had a drive train malfunction - and I got it towed to Gresham Toyota on Wednesday 23rd June with an appointment on Friday 25th June. Thursday 24th June I got a called and told they probably couldnt service it and I would have to bring it to another BMW specific dealership...BUT... I was told that on Monday their master technician would be in and they might be able to actually fix it.Monday June 28th comes and goes no call never received any information I gave them the day because I thought hey they might be working on it then. Tuesday June 29th I call and leave a message because I couldnt get through to the service area only to the lady that puts me through to the other departments. Tuesday comes and goes and Wednesday June 30th comes and goes no call no information nothing.Thursday July 1st I call tell the lady that puts people through to departments that I have a BMW there and I need to know whats going on she said she was going to put me through to the service because all she knows is they cant work on it. ****This is the first Im hearing that its not being worked on**** Now Im very frustrated and I get put through to the service department nobody answers I leave a long detailed message. Friday July 2nd I received the call voicemail because I was busy and I couldnt answer and they proceeded to tell me that they cant work on it because they dont have the equipment to.Now anybody reading this you know that thats not the problem now I understand that they cant work on it I was supposed to receive information on Monday whether they could or couldnt so I could either have it worked on there or get going thats the problem now and they proceeded to tell me stuff that I already know. Long weekend holiday everybodys doing stuff not in the town that goes by.Tuesday July 6th I leave another message about how I know that thats the situation but the problem being is why wasnt I contacted ever by anybody and why did it take a week just to have this person that was supposed to call me on Monday give me an explanation that I already know.I dont know what happened to this place but I would not take your business here

Went in for a routine oil change. The car was do e in about 90min as expected. After I saw my car moved out of the service bay, I waited another 10-15 minutes before approaching the service advisor.Unfortunately, one of the techs broke a lug nut and stub in one of the wheels, they were going to fix it as it was their fault. They told me 15-20 min to repair, they did not have the part in stock and had to have it delivered. No big deal. However, the part did not come for another 75- 80 min. The service advisor was not communicating with me, as I had to seek her for the information and I eventually asked to meet with the service manager, he was dismissive. I get that things break and go wrong however when the part did not arrive in 20-30 min, send someone to get it.This dealership does not value the customers time and does not keep the customer informed. This turned into a 3 hour oil change.

You know, Ive had the opportunity to purchase a few different vehicles over the course of my life. All good vehicles, one and all, and decent to great service each time. I will unequivocally state, however, that this recent purchase has been the best car buying experience of my life! John Grady was upfront about everything, and genuine. He didnt try to sell me a car. He worked to put me into the car that I wanted, and worked hard to do so. If there was a way to give 6 stars, instead of 5, I would. 10/10 would come back and work with with him, and the whole Gresham Toyota family, again!
Was told my brakes needed service and after a second opinion from a reputable mechanic I was told they did not. Was also told power seats could not be fixed, but a land cruiser specialist was able to fix them. Not the first time there service representatives have tried to up sale us. We have been customers since 1976 and have bad experiences on several occasions since the dealership changed ownership years ago.
Got a 4-runner. Nice sales guy. Went in during a pretty busy time of day, but entire process went along petty quickly.
Even with Stock low on new vehicles we were able to find what we were looking for and The staff were so helpful. Highly recommend Gresham Toyota and the service does not stop after the sale. This is our second vehicle from here and the Service staff will treat you right too

I bought my car (2015 Prius C) at Gresham Toyota in 2015. The five-year service plan included in the sale was excellent. I always get prompt, professional service and I like having my car’s entire history recorded in one place, so even though that’s expired, I’m still bringing it in for regular service and it’s very affordable.
Took my 2020 Tacoma in for a 12 month service. I had an appointment for 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:55 and got in line. After about 5 minutes, I pulled in to the service area. After 10 more minutes, my service advisor, Thom, got my information and told me it would take about an hour and he would come and get me in the waiting area. 35 minutes later, the truck was serviced and ready to go. I was out of there before 8:50. What a pleasant surprise.Thanks.
I went in knowing what I wanted and got exactly that. It is a tough market right now due to chip shortage so harder to make a deal on a used car but we were able to come to an agreement. Test drove and then bought the car and took it home same night. Easy. Also our salesman Dan was very knowledgeable and honest.

My parents bought a 2018 iM from this place. Its now 2021 and the paint is peeling in all sorts of different places. For a 3 year old car this is pretty unacceptable. We called Gresham Toyota and their response was your car is out of warranty so we cant help youHeres the kicker, they have KNOWN issues with the white color for doing this EXACT thing which they have a recall for. So, they have known issues with paint, my parents car is peeling but, because its out of warranty you cant help us?I can tell you right now, you shouldnt buy anything from a them. Nor Toyota for that matter. Id give it less stars if I could.

It started with me initially wanting JUST an appraisal, and it ended with me getting my dream car that I didn’t even know or think I would ever get! Dan was incredible.. it took a few passing me off’s to get to the right guy, my man was it worth it! He listened, rather than hustled. He understood my budget, the style I wanted and how much I hated my *then* current car… and how badly I wanted to get rid of it, yet never pressured me to look at anything that wasn’t in the realm of what I wanted or could afford. He had to deal with my sarcasm and indecisive decisiveness for 2 days in a row, and, that’s not even mentioning the challenges we had trying to locate keys or vehicles in the system I wanted to look at, but at the end of the NIGHT, I was on the verge of tears with how happy I was, with the vehicle that was literally made for me. He is excellent at what he does, and put my finances in the right hands when he passed me off to the finance guy, Brian. It was a long day, a long night, but I had such a great experience, I would refer anyone looking for a new or used car, to Toyota, Gresham. And for those wondering… I WAS driving a 2017 Nissan centra and now I am driving a 2021 Hyundai Venue that is AMAZING! A huge THANK YOU to the team at Toyota Gresham, and a shout out to Dan for bearing with me during this process and not pawning me off to just another sales guy…

Update:They sales manager reached out and made it right thank you!Original:I bought a car in the evening and never noticed that one rear quarter panel was a few shades off until the next morning. I called them the next morning to ask if they could get that panel repainted to match the salesman said I got a good deal and they couldnt help me. Also forced to buy 1k dollar adventure package that they never installed. Poor customer service to not disclose a mismatched panel on a nearly new 35k vehicle! Buyer beware.

One of the best experiences of my life was at Gresham Toyota. Amazing! Absolutely amazing! I was going to get my original car fixed that day but was told by the mechanic to come back at a later time. So, as I was driving home I thought, “Well ... what if?”. I went online to see if I would prequalify, was called within a few minutes and was told Ted was ready to meet me at Gresham Toyota. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by staff and Ted came out to chat. He was so personable and friendly. I also interacted with Aladdin and Brian G. who are amazing people BTW. The whole experience from start to finish was so wonderful and I walked away with a great deal on a newer beautiful car. I highly HIGHLY recommend Gresham Toyota for anything. The staff is so great and the experience is amazing :)
I visited for recall work and the staff was organized, courteous, efficient, and accommodating. The front desk attendant and the service manager went above and beyond to make me comfortable while I waited. The showroom and waiting areas were sparkling clean and there was plenty of seating. I will definitely come back for other repairs and maintenance.
Amazing customer service. I was looking for a unicorn of a car (Rav 4 Prime) and dealing with multiple dealerships in Oregon and CA (Im in WA) and the pleasant, empathetic, great customer service from Brooks was what won me over to pick Gresham. I was dealing with another local (to Portland) dealership with a sales rep that can only be described as a caricature (hard sell, take-it-or-leave it, no firm dates, no firm price) and the pleasant conversation I had with Brooke is what got me to pick up the phone and switch. Great experience throughout.
Ivan met me on time for my service appointment. The work was completed correctly, at the agreed price, and within the estimated time. The shop and waiting area were clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and friendly. I love my Toyota, and Gresham Toyota is my go-to place for maintenance and repair service for many years.

Great service. Really nice assistants, well informed and educated me about what I need to watch out for. No push to fix something or install new filters. Just good old fashioned good work in a timely manner for a reasonable amount. I will be using them again
We purchased our used car at Toyota of Gladstone. However, we live close to Toyota of Gresham. So, we were very happy to be able to have service seen done close to home. They were great at Gresham!!
We went to this dealership with intent to spend $20,000 on a car.They lost our business due to their pushy, high pressure sales technique. It was exhausting - we brought our 4 month old daughter with us, and told them exactly how much we wanted to spend, let them know we had our own financing, and told them we didn’t want an additional add ons or warranty’s for the vehicle we wanted.Instead of listening to what we said and making a $20,000 sale, they tried to get us to finance through them and sell us a warranty (the car was already under warranty since it was a 2020 with 16k miles.) Not to mention, with the warranty they brought out after we said no, it added an additional $5k to the price. Then they wouldn’t come down on the price - which was odd considering they offered the price we asked for once we walked out the door. At this point we knew we didn’t want to work with them and as we started pulling out of the lot one of the men ran out to our car and started knocking on our window - something you really only deal with at really shady dealerships normally.But the worst part of this interaction was 5 mins after we left I received 4 back to back calls, after the 3rd one I ignored I answered the 4th thinking it must be a family member with an emergency. It wasn’t, it was the dealership.I will never do business with this dealership again and I will make sure no one I know does either. I work in sales and I work off commission, if you want a returning customer you listen and work with the customer. At this dealership it’s obvious their commission is more important than the customer. Pushing people into purchasing with high pressure sales is dated and tacky. Yes

I am usually not one to leave reviews, but I believe that my experience justifies a need for it. Like others, I dread going to a dealership; there is this stigma that all salespeople are out only to make money, without any concern about how they will make the sale. So, of course, I went in with extreme caution.Flashback three months, I was an out-of-state purchaser, and most of my correspondence was either through phone or via email. My salesperson was Aimee Slomanson, whom I will say is AMAZING!! She is exceptionally cordial, down to earth, and does not pressure you in any sense. She is the definition of who I would want to represent myself as the customer. I had my heart set on a particular vehicle (2021 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Lunar Rock), probably one of the most challenging vehicles to get your hands on. Here in California, if you can find one, they are marked up 5-10k over MSRP. I couldn’t justify the extra cost, and so began my journey of calling dealerships in the surrounding states. After about 20 dealerships, I stumbled upon Gresham Toyota, and I asked them the standard questions: Do you have one in stock? Is there a dealer markup? Of course, there weren’t any in stock, and to my surprise, there were no markup costs. Usually, that would be the end of the conversation, but Aimee asked if I would like them to put a customer preference into Toyota and have one delivered to the dealership. She said it would take four to six months for it to be built and delivered. With the chip shortage and a limited number of vehicles manufactured, that estimate seemed right on par as expected.THREE weeks later, I hear it is being assembled and delivered the following month—less than half the estimated time. I had to begin the logistical portion of getting to the vehicle and bringing it home. First thought was to get the truck shipped, but Aimee suggested turning it into an adventure with my little boy. I had some reservations about a flight and then a long drive home, but we decided to run with it. When the truck showed up at the dealership, Aimee provided me with photos and a video walkaround; we then scheduled a day to fly up there. A few days later, on Friday, my little boy experienced his first airplane ride, and Aimee met us at the airport to pick us up in my brand new Tundra. She greeted us with her infectious smile and positive attitude, including a bag of presents for my little boy to keep him entertained on the long trip home.Once we arrived at the dealership, it was a quick process. The dealership offered us the standard warranties, but I declined; there were no pressures or scare tactics to reconsider. The dealership prefilled all required paperwork before my arrival, and when I was working with the finance department, Aimee was prepping the vehicle herself to roll off the lot. Before my departure, she went ahead and did a walkthrough of all the controls and setup of the infotainment system. Leaving me with no doubt or follow on questions.Aimee with Gresham Toyota lives up to their vision statement of being “Your Gateway to Adventure.” You not only set the standard for other dealerships, but you also provided me with a great bonding experience with my son and an adventure that he will never forget. You have earned yourself a customer for life, and you can expect to see my wife and daughter up there next for their new vehicle and adventure!
We came in with no intention on leaving with a new car just looking at what was available. Nick from sales was very helpful and did an excellent job highly recommend him and his team. We ended up trading in our old car and leaving with a new one relatively fast.

Buying a vehicle here is and always was a joy. Kim is amazing. I Recently I bought a new vehicle and was getting a service done for a sunroof to be added and tinted windows. I knew the services were not being done at the dealer beforehand. I have a Tile on my keys which tracks their location at all times. I noticed when my vehicle was back from the sunroof service, it had came back to the dealer but then went to a random apartment complex. When I called I spoke with who I was told was the manager Wesley “Wes” he was very unprofessional, and told me that he didn’t know where my vehicle was, who was driving my vehicle to the service, or why it was at a random apartment complex. As a customer being told all of that was very concerning and had me worried about the whereabouts of my vehicle and wondering exactly where it was being driven to if it wasn’t to and from the services. I was never given an explanation on why why vehicle was at an apartment complex before its last service, was told my Tile was probably reporting incorrectly. (Although that’s not the case because it shows the exact location and address) besides my interaction with Wesley, everyone on the service team had good customer service. I probably wouldn’t return for any long term services just because of my interaction with Wesley. But that’s my one downside, all other interactions and staff at Gresham Toyota have been amazing.

I was promptly addressed when I got there, the Assistant Service Advisor, Michael Jacobsen was a joy to deal with, professional, thorough and keep me informed throughout the complete transaction. Very fast and friendly service. I made a service appointment and was told it would be about an hour wait or a little longer when I arrived. The staff was very nice, the waiting area was clean and I felt like I was hanging out in a livingroom. The service was much faster than the one hour wait! I was expecting one hour or more before I showed up too. It ended up being a nice experience.
