How this place is still in business is beyond me.. the customer service has no problem lying to their customers.. wireless internet has been down for 3 days now.. was told a technician would come on a Sunday between 10AM- 8PM.. i made sure somebody was home all day.. at 7:00pm i called and was told it would be rescheduled but never got another day.. was told by 4 different representatives that my request would be expedited.. it’s been 3 days with no phone call or technician.. hopefully your in better shape than I am with hardly any other alternative where I live.. if you have ANY other options choose the other one.. trust me.. I’ll be finding another internet provider.. don’t waste your time or money on these clowns!

Attempted to cancel service July 28. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel because I did not know the 4 digit pin that they created. The service has not been used since July 26. They admit to having a record of me attempting to cancel on July 28, but insist on billing me for the entire month of August. Trash company, trash customer service and trash internet service. Do yourself a favo and find other internet alternatives.

This seems like an on-going nightmare with Suddenlink. About 3 months ago, I had an issue with one of my TWO cable boxes. I contacted Suddenlink and they sent a technician out. He replaced the box and took the non-working one with him.A month later, I received my bill and noticed an increase. I viewed the itemized charges and noticed that I was being billed for a THIRD cable box. I only have two. I called Suddenlink - again -and informed them of this. I was told that there would be an adjustment and to pay what I had been paying. I was ok with that, thats what I needed.A month later, the cable box went out again and another tech was sent out. He placed the defective box with another one but LEFT the defective one here. I called Suddenlink, informed them of what happened, and because of COVID-19, out local cable office has been closed. I was told to just monitor it online to see when they opened back up and then take it there. i was ok with that.The NEXT month, I viewed my bill and noticed that it had jumped from 148.00 to 194.00. I viewed the itemized again and notice that the Suddenlink rep who basically lied to me about the adjustment in my bill, had simply left it as is and I am now 30.00 late because Suddenlink refuses to update that I only have two boxes.I called and was told that the only way that this could be adjusted is if I printed out a return label, found a BOX MYSELF, and shipped it back.I informed them that there wasnt an initial adjustment when the first tech came out so how am I to trust that it will happen this time. Im not jumping through hoops to send this back when all they have to do is send out a tech to pick it up. Im also not paying any late fees that occurred because Suddenlink didnt and isnt doing what it is supposed to do and that is to correct their mistakes. If this keeps up, Im switching to a dish or cutting the cord. Both seem more inviting than this constant nightmare with Suddenlink.

Deducted modem fee even though I use my own modem. After change of address, automatic payment setup needs to be opted again, nobody informed me this and I had to pay late fee for missed payment. Unfortunately they have monopoly here.

I am so tired of Suddenlink always raising prices without any notification, the service goes in and out. I ask for a supervisor to call me every time and I never got a call. I am so tired of the company I am leaving this trash soon. Then you ask for a reference number for documentation nobody has one.if I could give no stars I would!!!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the lack of help from Suddenlink with their tech support system. They do not render quality services at all. The people that you have in tech support needs to go through strenuous training before they are able to help customers. They are not relaying messages to the customers in the appropriate manner, and most that Ive spoken with are foreign. Not meaning to be judgmental, but there needs to be trained technicians on hand to be able to come out and assist customers when needed. I make my payments on time every month and have not faltered on any of them. But I had an issue with my box....I went to the nearest agency where I reside to get a new box. They tried to troubleshoot and reboot the new box, but to no avail I still couldnt get any services. My services has been disrupted since 7:00a.m this morning, and my bill is played in full always days before the actual due date, but I was told that the earliest that a technician would be able to fix the problem will be on the 30th of December! A crying shame!....no quality services delivered at all!...I an absolutely livid, frustrated, and very dissatisfied with your services!!!!

The bill is way too high and the service is garbage. Everything is going in and out all day and they come out but its never fixed. We deserve to pay less since we barely have service anyway. Time to find something better somewhere. Internet,phone and cable all stay messed up. Glad I have a cell. In a emergency wed be messed dealing with these guys. BBB or someone needs to address this.

First time I ever went to pay my bill. I walked up to the lady who wasnt seeing anyone. I smiled at her, and she looked at me with a disgusted look and said, Its going to be a few minutes. She proceeded to get up, get her purse and walk out of the store. She didnt come back while I was there. Her other lady didnt seem happy with her colleague up and leaving her to handle all the customers by herself. Honestly, the entitled, catty attitude of some particular females in Greenwood needs to cease. Just be a professional and do the job youre PAID to do and stop making life more difficult than it needs to be for the rest of us. Sincerely, EVERYONE.

Sept 11 went to local Suddenlink store and requested internet package with unlimited data and was told our bill would be same amount each month after initial installation charges. Have since been billed for overages $390.00. I was on phone for two hours and was told I may receive refund and would call me back. Still waiting for the call. I will be filing complaint with FCC. Dishonest regarding unlimited data.

I signed up for internet service 3 months ago. My bill was due on the 17th the first two months but the third month my due date was changed to the 10th. Now it really slipped my mind to pay it on the 10th . I signed up during the time they were giving our Amazon gift cards. Fast forward to today, I called to ask when will I be receiving my gift card and now they are saying it had to be paid on the due date. But remember I was paying on the due date but they changed the date the third month. You have to pay your bill 3 months on time to get the card!!! Suddenlink is a joke!!! Im very mad!!!

I pay $200 a month for low quality service. The cable always blinking off and on throughout the day. The phone and internet just works when it want. Whatever troubleshooting solution they give only make the service work for at least an hour, then its back to being mess up. I should have read the reviews before getting this service. I think Im going to go and get a fire stick or a Rokus stick. Cause at the rate Im going paying for this service I might as well take the $200 and throw it in the air and leave it where it may land. If I could I would give 0 stars. Fr.......

Terrible service. rip off employees tried to charge me for installation under the table. need to be fired. still not working correctly. after 3 months and many calls still not woking. going to move because they made it clear they will not fix this on polecalled FCFC but nothing 7 months later still messed up. cant get anyone on the phone

No one should use Suddenlink. I recommend not having internet rather than using this company. They have EXTEREMLY RUDE customer service, & OUTDATED internet service. Currently, we are having to call them monthly to come fix our internet. It takes them more than 24 hours to get here, and half the time they don’t even fix it. We are paying for a business packaged, but right now we only have one computer on it that requires minimal data. Basically, we are paying 199$/month for something we can get at at&t for 30$. This was suppose to be a business package so it could cover more than 3 computers but the company is just exteremly outdated. Save your money and go to anyone else!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Constant price hikes and customer service at the store is HORRIBLE!! Our tv channels are constantly glitching as if I was watching a scratched DVD also our internet (which is unlimited 100 Mbps) is slow as dial up! Ive called and complained multiple times and have even paid the 50.00 service charge to have someone come look and the tech was baffled he didnt even know how to fix the problem because he says its not in the equipment or lines that he can find but our neighbors and other people we know are having the same issues! If you have other options please use them and NOT suddenlink they arent worth the headache or PRICE!
