I got lied to about when my phone was being shipped . It was suppose to be at my house and I called to see where it was at and i got informed it was not even shipped. I told the man that I didn’t want to order the phone from them unless it would be at my house Monday and they lied so I would give them my money . Probably going to have to cancel services I already paid for before even receiving my phone.Update: I was told it would be shipped today and they lied again and it still did not ship

Wish I could give 0 stars. I was lied to about pricing and the phone I ordered. Called customer service within 24 hours to cancel everything I set up. The phone I ordered was to be delivered to me on 11/19. Even though I canceled the order they are still trying to deliver the phone to me 20 days before it was even supposed to be available. Calling customer service is an absolute nightmare and not a single employee can help or pull up any of my information apparently even though my cancelation didnt go through. Hopefully the in store manager can help out when I show up Monday with the phone I was sent even though it was canceled.

You will wait an hour or more for any assistance here. It does not matter what day of the week. Make an appt if you can or bring a lunch and wait. All I had was a billing question that the satellite store could not answer or approve and made me come here.

Poor customer service, forcing people to wear a mask without consideration for health issues all while the mandate has been lifted.. I suggest they change their policies and allow grow adults to enter the store and browse their products without being supervised like children.

This place is a joke and the people are rude! This is not the first time Ive had issues with this Verizon store bit the last incident was when I went there to upgrade my phone and get the accessories that I needed and was told that I had to wait outside or in my car. As I was walking to my car another family walked in and seemed to walk right in and was able to stay in the store. I had no idea what phone I was looking at and could have looked at the phones in store and still keep a distance of 6 ft. You shouldnt be able to pick and choose who you help first, it should be in the order you arrive!! I am sure you are loosing business for your lousy Customer Service. I, nor my family will be coming back to shop at your location.

Logan was fantastic! Despite coming in just before the store was scheduled to close, he was very patient, thorough and friendly during my visit. He even up-sold me on some wireless earbuds that he caught me looking at when he came from the back with the adapter that I went in to purchase. There was no rush or pressure to buy, just confident and knowledgeable service. Thanks Logan!

After waiting 1 1/2hrs, the sales associate informed me that the new phone I wished to purchase was out of stock. And when I do get the new phone, she gave me a sheet of instructions to attempt to transfer my old phone data to the new one. Why bother having a store if they no longer do anything to help us non-tech savvy consumers. Really disappointed and frustrated, plus my Verizon service sucks in my home!!!

Very poor customer service here. Went to pick up a phone I had ordered online and had been ready for a couple of days. Upon walking in, I was told it was “locked in the safe” for 9 minutes and that I’d have to wait until they could get it out. In the mean time, they kindly tried to sell me everything in the store, including phone insurance (which I had already declined online). Another rude sales person chimed in and chastised me for not buying insurance for the phone. Took at least 20 minutes to pick up the phone that had already been activated and paid for, very disappointing. We will be going to a different location from here on out.

Very helpful staff, switched service from older phone to a new one. Did have to wait in car about 35 minutes, but hey, its the times we live in now. Once inside, very fast service, explained a few things, answered our questions, and we were on our way! Phone works perfectly!

Their service is pathetic can’t get a transaction done that would Take less then 5 minutes telling me to come back in a hour. Don’t waste you’re time with them don’t know what makes them special putting customers on a waiting list. Be great if the owners answers weren’t copied and pasted, go to the Verizon store near Walmart way better service and more professional.

I was greeted outside upon arrival and told the gentleman I wanted to purchase a new Apple Watch. He took my phone number and told me I was next in line after they were done with the customer already inside the store and I should expect to wait 15-30 minutes, at most, while they finished up. As I was walking back to my car, I heard two people approach saying they were having issues with their phone. They were let into the store almost immediately and helped. I waited patiently in my car for 50 minutes before I received a call telling me they were still tied up and then I was asked which watch I wanted. After explaining the specs of what I wanted to purchase, I was informed they only had one Apple Watch in stock and it wasn’t the one I wanted. I appreciate the health precautions but I did not appreciate others visibly being helped in front of me and also didn’t appreciate my time being wasted. They couldn’t have mentioned that there was only one watch in stock when I said I wanted to purchase an Apple Watch upon checking in, before wasting an hour of my time? With such limited capacity and long wait times, Verizon employees should be a bit more proactive. This is the second time I have had a negative experience at this location and I still don’t understand why I was skipped in line. Not cool.

The people at this store have to be the rudest people on earth. Waited for over an hour on a Monday evening with two people in the store ahead of us. Was greeted with an attitude from door guy, the attitude carried on with the lady helping us. Basically was told get a new number get a lot free. Upgrade and pay a butt load of money. Very short, mad that I asked questions about money. And Basically shewed us out. Will never come back to this store again.

Very helpful. I love their safety measures with the covid-19 stuff going on. I did enjoy this store better than the other one by steak n shake in greenwood. Much cleaner, they enforced wearing mask. Opened doors for us so we did not touch it... Nice practices for their customers

A mistake due to another associate at this location is costing me over six hundred dollars - (but this five star review isn’t for him.) This review is for Ryan who took his time and truly cared about fixing this problem, I appreciate employees like him that try to go above and beyond for the customer. He truly looked for every possibility and gave me the best option. While I am still very disappointed about the situation in the end, it’s nice to know that you have employees like him who really care.

There was a bit of a wait when I got there, but thats not something that can be helped. A I waited I listened to the associates helping other customers. They were VERY patient with customers that were completely clueless as to how the technology they use every day worked. It came to my turn, and they were very quick to recognize that I had a hardware issue that had already gone through the troubleshooting steps with Google. They took just a few minutes to get a replacement ordered and sent to my door. Overall great service.

When we walked in, we were greeted by an associate with a tablet who took our name, phone number, and asked us what brought us in. The associate put our name on the list to be seen by a Verizon rep. We waited around the store tinkering with the displays for a period of time. I’d guess maybe 15 minutes? Finally we were greeted by Aaron. We could not have asked for better help than Aaron! He helped us solve our issue with rural internet by suggesting a new jet pack and a tablet to stream videos. We even heard him deliberating with other teammates to make sure he was offering the best solution, which I really appreciated. Aaron sold us a case and screen protector and installed them both for us, as well as had us test out each product before we left the store. I left the store knowing exactly what we paid and what to expect. We had to wait a while for our consultation but this was by far our best Verizon store experience so far!

Employee Tiffany was absolutely horrible. Rude not knowledgeable and lied to try and get a commission. She told us we had to put 200 plus dollars down for new phones. When I asked about the Next program she said it wasnt around anymore even though it said on the signs in the store (and on commercials) that you can pay monthly for your phone with nothing down. I again inquired about this deal and she again assured me they are no longer doing it, and that I would also need to redo my plan because my plan was going away. Being so obviously jerked around I left and went to an independent Verizon retailer. They informed me that in fact we could get new phones on the monthly plan at no upfront cost and that we could keep our current plan because it was better than the new plans Verizon was offering, and that they would buy back our old phones. Ended up walking out with iPhone 7 and Google Pixel, phone cases and after taxes and fees paid a little over six dollars. DONT EVER GO TO THIS STORE! SO SHADY! Ive been a Verizon customer for the better part of a decade. It was an awful experience. I will never go back here.

My father ordered and payed for a phone online, was told by Verizon that I only needed my i.d. to pick up the phone in store. I drive to the store only to be told that my dad who is 500 miles away needed to be there to pick it up. Okay plan b called my father explained what happened and he calls Verizon again. Same situation the call center representative gives different instructions than the store and I drive there pointlessly again. When asked to contact my father the owner of the account and customer of Verizon for 15 years their response is we are not allowed to call customers at the moment....really a phone store that cant use their phone to fix a problem...what a joke and a waste of time! If you want advice to to AT&T or practically anywhere else because Verizon gives 0 cares about their customers.

For the most part, the store manager was leaving his employee Devin hanging out to dry. Devin was the REASON for the 2 stars.The nuts and bolts of the situation, I ordered a phone online, it said it would be ready in 2 hours or less. After 3 hours I had spoken with Devin numerous times with no phone and NO SOLUTION. The manager even got on the phone and didnt have a solution.The managers solution was for me to cancel the online order and wait for a credit from Verizon and then they would just charge me for another phone when I got there. I explained I was leaving for the weekend and didnt want to WAIT for a credit, I just wanted the phone. They even ACKNOWLEDGED the order s in there system, but couldnt RELEASE the phone.Obviously I called the mother ship (Verizon) and asked what the problem was, the response was the only reason they would be telling you that is so that the store can get the commission. Now, understand I know everyone needs to get paid, but I needed a phone and Ive been in retail for over 15 years and know the manager did not do his part, according to his job title.I would have given the store NO STARS if I could and if Devin hadnt worked his tail off to at least get done what he did.Shame on Verizon but kudos to Devin.

The service at this store is HORRIBLE!! I went to upgrade my phone to a newer I phone. he logged in to my account and told me I can upgrade it with 150$. I agreed to that offer. when he proceeded he told me that there is a slight change. my phone is not paid off and I should pay 150 plus the the rest of the money I owed to Verizon. I also agreed to that and paid the remaining balance on my phone. after I made that payment I have stayed at the store for 30 minutes and he told me there is a slight change again. you should pay 325$ plus the money I already paid for the old phone!! I Though he is kidding me. I already made a payment and now you want to change the offer??my massage to Verizon. if this is the type of services you provide you better shutdownI hated the company after this visit and I am going to switch carriers very soon

The manager at this location needs to be fired! Wouldnt honor the notes placed on my account by a supervisor at Version customer service. Told me he is the manager at this store and doesnt care what the notes say its his store and he isnt going to honor the promises made to me by the very company he works for. I always get great service on the phone buy horrible service in this store. I drove all the way to the Avon store to get excellent customer service.

Terrible service provider with exorbitant prices and abysmal customer service over the phone or internet. The only way to get anything done is to go into a brick&mortar store with fire in your eyes and an insistence that they call the customer service number that they use to pawn your complaint off onto an indifferent person in a call center. Go with any other cell phone carrier, or you will regret it. I would rate it negative 3 stars if I could, and I hardly ever give negative reviews.

I went in to the store today to resolve an issue with my phone charger and battery life. I was treated like I was trying to scam them out of a new phone, and was basically told there was nothing that could be done. I was also told that it was normal that my phone would only charge on 1 of the 3 chargers in my house, and that it was my fault that my phone would only stay charged for four hours, even if I hadnt even touched it. I was also informed that there wasnt any need for me to come into the store to resolve my issue - well, no problem. I dont think I will be returning.

I have almost never had a good experience at any Verizon store but this one takes the crown for the worst customer service I have ever experienced any with Verizon - online or in person. I went in because Im having warranty issues with i-phone 6 which I purchased with Verizon. The girl (who I presume to be inexperienced) told me I would be sent a refurbished phone. Unhappy with this, I asked for a brand new phone because I bought the phone new with Verizon and refuse to take another persons broken phone to replace a phone I brought new with Verizon. She then said, if I want a new phone Ill have to go to an Apple store. I said to her, why would I go to Apple when I bought the phone from Verizon. I understand Verizon is the middle man but the fact remains that I bought the phone with Verizon not Apple. I gave the example of the relationship between car dealerships and manufacturers - If you buy a car with a Ford Dealership and have warranty issue, the dealership will not send you to Ford manufacturing plant to fix your vehicle They will solve the issue at the dealership then work with the manufacturer later. Right? Does that make sense to anyone else? In any case, the girl pretty much told me Im stupid for giving that exam. I had to school her on customer service, while her manager just stood by and did nothing to alleviate the situation. The visit to the store was a terrible waste of my time. I have to go to the Apple store in Keystone Mall to try to get a new phone before my manufacturers warranty is up. Verizon has very terrible customer service, sky high expensive rates, and very little customer friendly product packages to justify their expensive prices. My family has been Verizon customers for over 10 years now and it is time for us to move on to a service provider with better customer service.

Charlie at the Greenwood store was very helpful in getting an issue straightened out that was caused from another store. Still not sure if the reporting is going to work going from straight talk to Verizon its been almost 24 hours in the port is not complete yet. I guess its a wait-and-see game to see if I can get my number ported to this new phone.

Ive been coming to this location for years and have always had a good experience. Yesterday however, I went with my mother to upgrade her phone and we had a very unpleasant experience. Curtis helped us and seemed very annoyed when we had a question or asked for help with switching things from her old phone to the new. He also didnt discuss the cost per month of the phone, so we just assumed it would be the price the phone said on the screen when we looked at it. My mother checked her account today and was surprised to see that the cost per month was almost double what the phone in the store said. When she called to ask about this Curtis was extremely rude to her and pretty much told her she was crazy and there was no price listed on the phone. Ive always been happy with my Verizon service, but I was very disappointed in our experience this time and how they allow some staff to treat customers.

Absolutely useless. Went in with issues with over heating, lag, and freezing. Told me my only option was to delete apps, do a factory reset or new device. Went across the street to Best Buy (I have a Samsung) and they were able to help me out much more effectively. Dont waste your time going into this store.

Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes to talk to someone while a manager stared at us while doing nothing productive and didnt offer to help. Then the woman just stared at me when I asked if I could get a refund and then told me the bundle we were forced to pay extra for (which we were told originally was going toward the purchase price of the phone, but that was a lie) is just how they sell things in the store. Didnt offer any help whatsoever and seemed annoyed that we even came in. Thats the customer service experience you want to give people? Lying to your customers and then being annoyed that theyre upset? Ill take my business elsewhere - avoid the Greenwood store at all costs.
