Let me tell you about the reason I gave T-Mobile another 5 stars. Over this last week, I have been in to 3 stores with my own issues. Thanks to insurance, I am now working with a new phone and so is my son. They were insanely busy, but able to work with several customers at once. Thanks for the help Jason! I put your video in the reviews. Go see it guys!

I got help from Jada from the T-Mobile store. She was sweet and helped me and my dad out as much as she could and worked with us the whole time. She was sweet and professional and we dont get a lot of people like her but it made our day better. Thank you Jada for all of your help! 5 stars!

Jada boards was amazing, with helping the family mind you, there was about 7 of us! She was very energetic and positive. It was a pleasure working with them. The whole in the building is very engaging. 12/10 experience.

Super Highly satisfied with the incredible customer service that my entire family received from Miguel B. He was super attentive and informative!!! I was greeted upon entrance and was helped immediately !!I was able to upgrade in less then 20 minutes .Super happy and highly satisfied!!! I went to the T-mobile on 6905 S Emerson Ave Ste A, Indianapolis, IN 46237 where they were super rude and didn’t have any people of color working!!!! They should learn from this location!!!!! I would give 100 stars if I could!!!

It is a amazing experience that I was listened to and not over talked there was no quick sale to get me out the door I really like it. All of my questions and concerns were addressed so I would highly recommend T-Mobile at the Greenwood Park Mall if you are in need of a new phone.

Brandon and Chad are amazing! I was going to give this location one more time and those two are solely the reason while ill be visiting again. They both helped me through updating my phone without any hesitation (unlike previous visits) and made sure I didnt have any questions. Coming from a person in sales, these guys did an amazing job. I would give a 6 out of 5 stars if possible.

When into the Greenwood Park Mall location to pick up a warranty replacement. The representative was Hershil, he was very knowledgeable about the process of transferring all of my info to my new phone & was very pleasant and courteous as well. Great experience!

Terrible service both retail and with cell phone. I downloaded the T-Mobile Speed Test and it explains it all. Service speeds routinely run not 3K or 4K but down in the 40kbps range. It’s a ripoff.

Manager was great!However, two associates met at subsequent visits were less than helpful. Wrong directions given me over the phone to solve a problem. A return call for additional help was queued for a call back that didnt occur in the next hour. An obviously disinterested associate dealt with me after I drove 20 minutes to the store to clear up first associates misinformation.I switched from Verizon, and the service is seamless. Store support hasnt caught up to Verizons, though.

14 year T-Mobile customer feeling frustrated over device hardware failure. Just bought a brand new Galaxy S8 about 4 weeks ago and started having hardware issues with the camera. Spent hours on the phone with Samsung who eventually told me to try to replace it through T-Mobile first. Well I was just informed that I have to hand over my device and hope that the new arrives the next day. My job requires me to have a mobile phone 24/7, I cant be without a phone. And to top it off, had I not had insurance, it would be an issue to replace the phone. Wait, what, if I didnt have insurance, it would be a problem to replace something that is under warranty.Feeling like T-Mobile just moved into the ranks with Verizon. I wish you all good luck, the employees dont know anything and the corporations just want your money.Begrudgingly,A T-Mobile Customer

The manager was being extremely short with me and talked to me like I was a child. The two other employees working at the time looked very uncomfortable with how he was acting. It was outrageous. I ended up laughing in his face at one point because of how rude he was being. I would have took my business elsewhere but my phone from sprint had already been deactivated so I had no choice but to sit and get talked down to, in order to get my phone that night. This happened on Saturday night and it is now Tuesday.. and Im still very upset with how he treated me. Im surprised this person was able to achieve being a manager at this location because he has zero respect for his costumers and as far as Im aware he has zero respect for his employees for treating me like that in front of them. Luckily I was standing in front of a camera the whole time that I hope was recording this interaction because it was the worst interaction Ive ever had with an employee. I will never go back to this t-mobile store because of the manager, Nick Joy.

This is the best T-Mobile store on the southside of Indianapolis and Greenwood. When I go to other stores, they give me misinformation and the run around. When I come here I get quality, helpful service.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. the manager John is very rude and very uniformed. His staff was unnatentive and short. I would recommend no one use this Tmobile outlet they do not care about the customer just the commission.

Absolutely the worst store with associates that need to be retrained. Drove 45 minutes to do a warranty exchange on a phone and was told they could not do this in the store. We even called the store ahead of time and were told they could.

RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS! SHOP HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Purchased two Galaxy S8s from this store under the Buy One Get One (BOGO) free program. The sales representative Mike and John said we would get our $800 back on a card and that we had to buy another line as well to qualify but we didnt have to use it. Guess what BOGO was denied!!! Additionally, both S8s will not stream video unless connected to WIFI. Data plan does not work as it is supposed to operate. NETFLIX and YOUTUBE do NOT work. We have spent hours and almost every Sunday for the last two months trying to resolve the issue. We have switched phones. I have talked to the store and they only submit a trouble ticket and nothing is EVER resolved. I have been told I have buyers remorse and to suck it up because I am past my 14 day return period and now I must buy this phone that does not work. I was told I can send it in for a (used S8). I was also told that in order to get my BOGO offer I have to use my old S6 with the additional line SIM card for the next 8 weeks. Making the S8 (that still does NOT work) something I am paying on for what reason? Lastly, we have been told that management would call us but they never call. SO, NOTHING IS RESOLVED. IM TOLD NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING. IF YOU WANT TO TAKE THIS RISK THEN BY ALL MEANS SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. I will update this post if this is ever resolved. Additionally, I will be filing a BBB complaint, posting on social media, contacting local media, contacting corporate office, and filling a RipOffReport as well.

Is not a good place to shop in the evening shift the white guy working there I forget his name he is a very disrespectful person I went there to Shab new phone with my family my wife and my kids and I was just asking him about the promotion and he get mad And he said I’m not welcome to the store because I’m asking him some questions I will complain about him so please guys not go to the store thank you
