EXCELLENT customer service!!! Representative asked if we needed help, helped us find the game we were looking for, tried to upsell yearly membership, and reminded us to pay the extra for insurance on the individual game.

I get better deals on PlayStation store. This company has really fallen from grace. I bought a wireless headset ( 130.00 ) and it didnt work right. When I returned it the next day the employee was trying to tell me he could only give me in store credit! Took the manager coming out and listening to me and reading the returns portion of the receipt that said refunds within 14 days! Then I got my money back. They lost my business from that point on. I find more selection at Walmart with easier return policies. Dont even get me started on their rip off trade in values. Buy a game from me for 2 dollars and turn around and resale it for 20 dollars. I understand needing to make money but robbing your customers isnt the way to go!

I was charged for a “new” game despite it being already opened. It had a “new” sticker label on it and I just assumed the employee would get the actual new copy of the game from behind the desk, but instead he handed me the preowned one. I didn’t accept it and tried telling him the game was opened but he kept assuring me it was new when it wasn’t. Got my money back and never going to this location again.

My son loves this store. They are clean,, know what ur asking for and normally have some of the old games u have played before. The employee are up to date with all the new systems and what u need to make them work.

Every time I have visited this location the customer service has been outstanding I work with people with special needs and every time a GameStop employee will go above and beyond what theyre required to do to try to make one of our individuals happy.

Friendly staff. But have been trying to track down the same game for about 2 weeks. Shows online they have a copy, but never actually have one at this location. Gentleman was nice enough to call the franklin store and see if they would hold it, but the phones were down

I have been going to this Gamestop location for close to 15 years now and I have never had a negative experience to report. The staff is always knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The manager in particular had always been a pleasure to talk to.

My husband has been going to this game stop for years. He pre ordered a game and paid it all off. He went in the evening it was due to be released to get his receipt and was told first that he never pre ordered it. Then he was told he did order it, but that it was discontinued. My husband asked for a refund, but the employee said he only had on his computer that he paid $15. So he got the $15 and we left. Then we called all the other game stops near us and were told that edition had NOT been discontinued. So not only did that man lie to us, but he stole $125! This is the SIXTH time a pre order was messed up or completely cancelled by this specific manager! I believe he has been stealing customers orders this whole time. Do not go to this game stop! You will regret it!

I Came into this location looking to purchase a play station 4 and a couple games. When i asked the girl who was helping me out seemed very rude and like i was wasting her time. I went to the location in the mall and they were VERY helpful. I wouldnt recommand not going to this location. Thanks for nothing.
