I signed up for service here 2 weeks ago & my new phone screen went out the person that was there when I signed up was excellent but when I went back yesterday it was someone different she was the absolute worse said I had to wait 3 to 5 days for replacement and didnt even attempt to help in any way or try to work out anything at all I left & went to a different location and they were very helpful they worked me out a good deal to add a line so I wouldnt be without a phone waiting for replacement and said if I had gotten the phone at their location they would have just swapped it out. This store could have done the same thing but didnt even offer so now if I need anything Ill go back to the other store that actually did their job people like the person working yesterday has no business working customer service of any kind

Had a phone for less than a day and less than one hour of talk time and they would not return it. I knew I wouldnt get the service money back but I just wanted to return my phone and the case and they wouldnt return either.

Every time I come, they are closed whether its middle of the day or when they first open. They changed their hours to 11 so here I am standing outside at 11:10 and no one is here.

Waited an hour while they were at the bank and they never showed up. Theyre never here when I come
