Took Apple Watch in for a battery and while they was replacing that they broke the screen and after 3 weeks without anyone calling me they tell me it still want come on and they don’t know what’s wrong. 😡 District Manager was suppose to call and NEVER heard from her.. Great customer service!!!!

The new screens they put on are to sensitive and the inside screen turns to black smuge

A month ago they charged me $250 and supposedly ordered me a new phone screen. 7 to 10 days they said. 2 weeks later I called and they said, Oh its not here yet, should be by the weekend. Its been a month now and I called in again. The guy left me sitting for 6 minutes, not even on hold, comes back and says, It was never ordered. I can refund your money or put in the order. No apology, no common courtesy, no attempt at being helpful. My experience may have been the odd one out, but the lack of customer service was distasteful.

Bought phone and it would not activate at my carrier, they should of tested it before selling it.

I took my Moto z in alone with a new battery I had purchased and ask if they could replace the battery. They told me it would take about two hours. When I went to get my phone the guy said he broke it and had to order a part and it would take two days. When I went back in two days he said the part came in but was broken. After two weeks of back and forth they ordered another phone which all of the function like finger print reader to unlock the phone did not work. This happen in the Clinton store. I was very dissatisfied and do not recommend. Staff apparently use you tube and are not technically trained.

I would highly recommend to the people that need iPhone screens fixed DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They charged me $79.00 for a new screen, I go get it fixed, come home and it starts to glitch and freeze, and just do all sorts of crazy stuff! I go back up there to see if they can fix it and they said we have no screens right now but well have some in stock tomorrow just come back up here just keep in mind I live 30 minutes away, so I get up there the next day and turns out they didnt have them in stock again! I was told to come back FRIDAY! UH NO. so I got my money back and never decided to use them again. DO NOT GET YOUR SCREENS FIXED HERE! THEY WILL DO A TERRIBLE JOB!

They claim that your phone is okay when its not, they take forever Id rather pay 160 to get my iPhone fixed at the Haywood mall then to ever pay 109 at ewireless they have rude workers & a slow techican ... the man at the Haywood mall never disappointed me . They mess up your camera your brighteness on your phone I recommend you not to go here .

This is the first store Ive visited that refuses to sell goods. Checked the website for a battery I needed, showed in stock but slightly more expensive than online options but was willing to pay a little more so i wouldnt have to wait. After waiting ten minutes I was informed they no longer sell parts and they wanted 30 dollars plus parts. Offered to sign a waiver that part couldnt be returned but no exception to this ridiculous policy. Oh well, Ill get it on ebay and for everyone thats burning money at this place do urself a favor, buy a $5 repair kit and Google: replace (insert device here) (insert part here) and save urself 80+%.

I bought a part from these guys and the part does not work. LCD works but there is no touch. Tried to return and they said I could buy another one but they could not exchange the one I already bought from them with receipt.I am a cell phone shop owner. I bought a part from them because they were only 2 hours away (closest part to me), it took 3 days to get the part (i order from across US all the time and it takes 3 days coming from california) so why did it take you guys 3 days. Then i finally receive the part and it doesnt work. Then i call to try to expedite the shipping for the exchange, and they will not exchange.Very, very bad bussines.

People were very helpful in getting a new phone and prices were reasonable.

My screen for my phone broke and I brought it here to get it fixed. I was told it would be atleast half down and I paid the full $150 up front. They told me it would be two weeks and guy was super nice and even gave me a sim card plate so that my sim card from one phone would fit into my other. I get a call in a little less than 2 weeks with them telling me its ready and so I come in to get it. 1. we turned it on and there were 2 spots were the lcd screen looked like it had pressure on it. She told me that they would look at it and to come back in an hour and so i did. The guy gave me my phone (Which i highly doubt that he even looked at) and he says that its where the lcd screen doesnt fit the phone right and I was just like whatever i just kinda wanted my phone and he looked up my bill after i told him i already paid and all and it said I owed them 138 dollars and I was like Um, i shouldnt because i paid the full amount up front and he gave me an odd look and went to the back and came back out and said Oh, okay that was the other guy that didnt put something somewhere, youre free to go... these people tried to charge me DOUBLE.... dont let them push you around is all I can say. I should have demanded that he fix my phone but I was nice and i didnt and then he tried to con me out of 138 dollars... uhm you did a half assed job on my phone.... hell no.

I think they cheat you on what they offer to buy your products, but then sell it for double or triple what they pay out.
