If you’re reading this and haven’t yet visited Audi of Greenwich, do yourself a favor and DON’T!Very weird a major Audi dealership doesn’t have its own google webpage listing. Just the parts department? My suspicion is their main one was taken down for having such terrible reviews.I really wish Audi corporate would do something about this dealership. I would go into my saga with them but frankly I’ve exhausted too much energy on them as it is. Don’t sabotage yourself. Don’t go here.Rating: F
Buyer Beware!!I am a very understanding and empathetic individual but inhuman behavior is just unacceptable!!!I have been calling Audi of Greenwich for the past 2 weeks regarding a vehicle of interest. I have been in contact with a couple of the managers by phone and told I would receive a call back, which never happened.The reason for this review ---->>> The last call I made to the dealer, one of the sales persons, Ken was rude and very inappropriate with me. I was not prepared to have a screaming match with this individual but I believe this was his preconceived notion. I was told that they sold the vehicle of interest. I was very confused since I put a down payment on this vehicle. The unnecessary disrespect, undesirable service was unethical, a surprise and bad for business. I would much rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever had the displeasure of utilizing for vehicle service. Not only are they inept at general service-related questions, they have no understanding of Audi’s service contracts and/or service intervals. I had my final 45k service performed here, and they attempted to charge me. After explaining that this was indeed my final service at 45k, and what the service intervals were, they reluctantly apologized and removed the $362 service charge- the reminded me that this was my last service, as if I hadn’t stated that myself. What a favor.Also, watch out for the loaners they try to hand you via Enterprise. The vehicles are dirty, poorly maintained, and the agents have the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered.And finally, expect to receive your car in dirtier condition than when you left it.If zero stars were possible, it would still be too many.

Been using this 🚘 dealership for decades & while I cannot rate it 5 stars due to a few issues Ive had over my many years of buying & servicing cars there, they are a very solid, good quality Audi/VW/Porsche dealer w an expensive, but similarly high quality service dept- both sales & service staff are extremely client-centric in their approach, so if youre looking for any AudiAG brands/models of cars, this is a good place to get one. Highest volume dealer in Northeast (possibly nationwide?) w newly renovated showrooms & client waiting areas which offer Illy coffee, free WiFi + more. 👍
