I called the service department and they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. So unprofessional. We pay a lot for these vehicles and expect that the people working here would promote excellence. Then they said it would be at least an hour before they could look at it after saying that they could check it right away. My time is valuable and they have no respect for that. All of the people in the service department look unhappy and dismal. I have been a customer here for 25 years and it has been more and more unpleasant here over the past 5 years. No one seems to want to do their job. And they certainly don’t take pride in the brand. It is supposed to be luxury brand with an emphasis on excellence. Such a shame. They are much more caring in White Plains, not sure what is happening to the staff here and why they are so dismal in Greenwhich.

There are many reasons to select a car, among my must haves are consistent, premium service and a high quality standard throughout the entire experience. To achieve this, the staff has to be excellent. I can say without a doubt that every time I have dealt with anyone in the Greenwich service department I have been treated with attention, care and utmost professionalism. Raymond in particular has made potentially difficult scenarios easy and always puts the client first. He is an outstanding example of what Mercedes Benz brand embodies. The reception staff are also always helpful and quick. Very happy with my experience with MB.

Poor communicationI called three times this week to get a update on mi car.The first time I was in hold for 43 minutes just to get hung up.the second time they told me they were going to call me back shortly and is been 7 hours.The third time I called and they didnt answer me.I dropped off mi car for service Tuesday June 22nd at 8:30 am today is June 24 and I cant get a answer...

We dropped the car off with some warning lights. No one answers the phone when you call for a status update - a bottomless voice mail box. The car was there for weeks. We were quoted
