The Porsche dealership of Greenwich provided us with an amazing car buying experience. Our salesman, Daniel Marji, provided us with the BEST customer service at a car dealership in my and my fathers life. I went with my father, David Rubenstein, to Greenwich to find a replacement for our 2011 Lincoln Mks that was recently totaled. Daniel helped us find a 2018 Mercedes S-Class 560 that was a great price, had great mileage and had the right styling we were looking for. Daniel is well-knowledgeable of cars and made our buying experience easy and informative. He expressed great patience with us when it took us two weeks to secure a loan. The dealership was nice enough to hold the car for us while we secured our loan. The business manager, John Serpin, was also very helpful in explaining the different programs we could include with our car. We decided to add the ceramic pro coating on our purchase to provide protection for years to come. Thank you to all the friendly people at Porsche Greenwich that created this amazing car buying experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new or used luxury car.
My experience with this dealership was shockingly great. I worked with Danny Marji and he actually changed how I think about the entire business of car sales. I had been burned multiple times before, was ready to give up on the whole process and then was fortunate enough to meet Danny (I live pretty far from Connecticut, so almost everything was done remotely). Danny was not only completely fair and honest with me, but also always there to answer my calls, emails and texts, and worked his butt off to make sure that everything worked out perfectly. To see that he went the extra mile would actually undersell how helpful he was throughout this process. I really cannot recommend anyone higher.
I was looking to online and saw a car I was interested in. I called the dealership and was greeted by the receptionist that transferred me to Daniel Marji (who is now my new best friend). He let me know the car was still available to be seen and test driven. I let him know I was coming from Queens and wasn’t sure what time I would make it there. He reassured me that as long as I was coming he would wait for me. When I arrived, Daniel met me at the door. I know that every car salesman wants to make you believe that they are your best friend but Daniel was so personable that I truly believed it. We went on a test drive, with no limitations around this beautiful Greenwich neighborhood. I never had the opportunity to visit Greenwich and Daniel was a willing tour guide. After the test drive and a little bit negotiating I purchased that vehicle. Daniel and the entire staff made that experience easy and memorable. If you are ever in the Greenwich Connecticut area looking for a car please go see Daniel Marji. He’s the best friend you didn’t know you had. Thanks again Daniel.
I have tons of experience buying high end cars from high end dealerships. Just because there is a fancy brand in front of the name doesnt mean you wont be haggled, and tried to be beat down. That being said, I purchased a new 911 Turbo from this store, and the experience was flawless, they are very fair, not pushy, and treated me with the utmost highest of respect even though I dont look like the type of person to walk in and actually purchase a car of that caliber. Thanks to Greg Ashukian for making the process smooth, quick and painless!
I am leaving this review on behalf of my partner Michael Portoles. He was seen in this dealership early this week where he experienced a rather unprofessional encounter. Prior to arrival, we were notified that no other customer had placed a deposit on the vehicle before beginning our long journey. Upon arrival, no deposit was given by myself or any other customer. We reviewed the car and decided to purchase the vehicle. While filling out the purchase agreement and finalizing all details, an out of state customer placed a deposit on the vehicle and we were unable to complete our transaction as planned. We were purchasing the vehicle, not leaving a deposit, and they voided my purchase agreement to accept this new deposit. We were stunned by the lack of professionalism within the dealership and have not received this type of treatment in the past from Porsche. We were unaware this is how a high-end dealership such as Porsche conducts business. This was very unprofessional and they gave little to no effort to rectify the situation that they had let take place. Unfortunately, this treatment is the ultimate reason we took our business to a competing high-end dealership. If you are looking for a good buying experience, we recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere.
This dealerships service department does not exactly inspire confidence!!!!!! I have been a longtime Porsche owner. In comparison with all of the other dealerships that I have used over the years, this locations service department is lazy at best! If you have a older Porsche or a high mileage Porsche do not bring it here for service! I was very disturbed with the low quality of work done by the service department here and I have taken my business to other Porsche dealerships as a result.
This review is directed to Danny Marji an exceptionally stellar brand ambassador of New Country Porsche Greenwich.Danny helped me throughout the entire process of purchasing a vehicle, he totally exceeded my expectations and throughout the process went above and beyond. He made the vehicle purchase very easy, and at no point did I feel any pressure or like I was being taken advantage of. During the week between sale and delivery Danny made him self very available and every call was returned quickly. Buying a luxury vehicle can be a stressful purchase, but Danny made everything very stress-free for me by explaining all of the paperwork and he even sat in the car with me after delivery and helped me with my 1 million questions and tech setup. He treated me with respect and as a real customer. Even after I received the car and had questions a month later Danny was quick to answer and knowledgable.Danny is a superb salesman and I cannot thank him enough for making this experience stress-free and easy. This is my first Porsche, and going forward I cannot see myself driving anything else or shopping with anyone other than Danny Marji. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best experience Ive ever had. Patel, Aldo and the team make the experience unique. I would buy my car again there without a doubt.
My husband went to return his leased Panamera at Porsche of Greenwich & ended up “purchasing” a Porsche Panamera Hybrid instead!! The staff were all nice & we had an awesome salesman, Anthony DeLuca with the sales manager Mr Patel, who both worked to give him an irresistible deal! He is now a happy owner of his dream car! “It was a pleasure doing business with them.” They made the transaction very easy & smooth for us! We highly recommend this dealership!! After-all we are returning customers!!
Purchased a 2009 Porsche 997.2 C4S Cabriolet from Porsche Grennwich. I worked with Matthew Gish who was first class all the way from start to finish. Paolino Bastone the business manager made the delivery process simple, professional and seamless. I would highly recommend doing business with this Dealership. Honest, Transparent and nothing but class!!!
I first would like to say, I drove all the way from Hampton Falls NH to buy my Porsche from Porsche of Greenwich. Why? Because I trust this team. Anthony DeLuca is a fantastic Porsche Ambassador. I finally bought my dream car, and Anthony provided that car for me. I highly recommend Anthony DeLuca and the Greenwich team. Not only did they provide me with a great deal, Anthony made the transaction simple. Thanks so much Guys!
Smooth and easy process. I bought a Porsche from Patrizio and it was a pleasure. It was my first Porsche and Ive always wanted one. He made the process fun and easy. He was responsive and knowledgeable. He was thorough but not pushy. I highly recommend him. He knows Porsches and has the experience to back it up.
As a previous customer of this Porsche dealership I find their treatment abhorrent. After communicating with my previous sales rep, I was told that I would receive a GT3 bundle slot if I provided them with a down payment. After I provided them with that down payment, I was told that I would most likely see the car before the end of the year. Just today they informed me that in order to now guarantee my build spot, I would have to pay an additional $25,000 dollars over MSRP. This type of industry behavior is disgusting. I could never consider this dealership for future purchases.
I bought this car out of state and it was the worst experience I could have imagined, short of the car arriving in significantly worse condition. It took literally hundreds of phone calls, voicemails, and emails to get anyone to reply to me enough to finish the purchase. It took 2 weeks, 6 invoices, and 2 separate loans to pay for the car because they could not figure out my tax rate and refused to believe I knew what my own tax rate was. Then they told me their shipper would be able to pick up next day and it took 8, so from the time I paid my deposit, it took 3 weeks to figure out my tax information and ship the car. Then when I got the car, there was curb damage to the wheels I told were in great shape, a broken grill in the front, and a failed motor mount. I did not buy the car “as is” and the motor mount is $1600 to replace. When I asked the sales manager about it, he said that’s probably not covered, but he’d check, then I never heard back from him. They also messed up my registration I had to do through them because they paid the incorrect tax amount. That delay took 61 days to receive my license plates and registration from them receiving full payment. Maybe if you buy a more expensive car in person you could get better service, otherwise I wouldn’t bother.
Huge thanks to Rich, Igor, and the team at Greenwich Porsche. It was a pleasure working with the team and they offered us exceptional service from the second that we walked in the door. We look forward to returning in the future!
Many people have bad experience with car salesman. But, Porsche Greenwich has Great car, Great people, Great service. I strongly recommend that Angel Lugo is one of the best salesman. He answered quickly my questions, and made great deal. If I come back later, I will only contact Angel.
I just bought a pre-owned car from here and first of all, I love my new car. It was extremely fair priced, in amazing condition and Im so happy with my purchase. But above all, the ambassador we worked with, Fred Adler, was beyond helpful and kind. Everyone was so sweet, I was being treated like I was the most important client at the dealership, and I wasnt even buying a brand new Porsche. We loved working with Fred, he was extremely communicative, answered all of my questions as a new car owner and never made me feel rushed. Highly recommend buying a pre-owned car here (or a Porsche), but absolutely ask to work with Fred when you do.
Love passing this building! The coolest cars deserve the coolest buildings and the service is wonderful there. The technician AJ is hot!
Took about 4 weeks after putting my deposit down to actually finalize the sale on a used 2016 CPO porsche with only 1967 miles. The car was stated to be in flawless condition. When the vehicle was dropped off by the shipping company about a week later, not only was the vehicle nowhere near flawless, it looks like it has seen heavy track use as all 4 tires are completely chewed up and have flat spots/melted tread, and it had an extra 59 miles on it from when i purchased it. The shipper verified that he picked it up in the condition and that it had that mileage. He had about 30 photos of the condition of the vehicle from when he picked it up. Ive purchased 3 other used cars, not porsches ( 2015 49k miles, 2015 36k miles, 2016 37k miles ) in the last year from different dealerships. I would not say that any of them would be considered flawless. however, I will say that every one of them is in better condition than this flawless 2016 porsche with only 1967 miles at time of purchase. Theres a reason why this is one of the worst reviewed Porsche dealers on yelp.
I received your message that I have won and my number is chosen. I need information on how to receive the prize.
Had a PASM warning on my Macan Turbo and dropped in to see if they can take a quick look, so at least I know if its safe to keep driving. The rude receptionist pointed me to a corner where a technician doing nothing told me to make an appointment.Unfortunately, in this place there is no respect for the customers or the brand they represent
If you want to buy a good car find salesmen Fred Adler and General Manager Patel These people know what they doing. I bought Macan, leave place happy and satisfied 100%. I strongly recommend Porsche of Greenwich. THE BEST
Not recommand. The quality of the service is bad and price is higher than other places.
Found a CPO listed on Autotrader held at this dealership and so, called to find out more details. Everything went well till we got to making the final decision to buy the car and negotiate a price - the individual I was speaking to would not budge even a cent initially. When I countered asking for a price reduction of about $2500 from their best offer (made it clear i would take possession of the car immediately if he agreed)), he acted like I had asked for both his kidneys. His demeanor changed into condescending and almost rude at times. This guys title is Brand Ambassador; has me questioning if I even want a Porsche anymore if this is the type of person they hire to represent their brand. Nah, I am still going to get a Porsche, love the brand and its legacy too much to let a few rude people ruin it - just wouldnt go to this dealership.
This was my first experience with Porsche and this dealership made it fantastic. I live in NJ, and went all the way up to Greewnwich because of the customer service! Patel and Dylan went out of their way to find me the exact car I wanted. They were extremely professional and diligent and took so much time to ensure everything was perfect and all of my questions were answered. I am so happy about my macan s and would definitely recommend the team at Porsche Greenwich!
My second purchase within a year from NC Porsche in Greenwich. I’m super happy with the car and the value I got. Many thanks to Karina (again), and Paolino who were both super helpful, knowledgeable and responsive (out of hours too).
I just want to point out our sales experience with Gilbert. It was nothing but a great experience and an extremely nice person to deal with throughout the process. No haggling, just a smooth transaction start to finish. thank you - James
Purchased a used Cayenne Turbo from them recently and couldnt be happier with the service. I was from out of state and they handled the transaction very professionally and swiftly. Purchased the car over the phone on a Sat and it was in my driveway 300 miles away a short 4 days later. Noah was very easy to work with in getting the paperwork in order and my sales agent Karina was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.
Nice facility, volume dealer with great salespeople, but the area drives prices way over market. People seem to pay the prices, but shopping will easily find better deals elsewhere.
Walked into this place on a Saturday looking to purchase a vehicle. After walking around the showroom for about 10 minutes and feeling out the environment, I sensed a real bad vibe from the employees in this dealership. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Just a piece of advice to the employees of New Country Porsche of Greenwich “DON’T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER”, there is a lot of wealth in this town and individuals who can purchase a brand new $150k+ Porsche with the swipe of a credit card! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sorry for the lost opportunity!
I searched for a CPO Cayman for over 6 months. I visited several several Porsche dealerships in the tri-state area and road tested many Caymans including both the 981 and 718 models. Throughout this process I got to meet and interact with many Porsche brand sales people and learn about their specific dealerships. Most experiences were positive, some better than others, but only one dealership provided me with everything I believe makes the buying process superior. My criteria is multi layered which starts with inventory. From there I quickly move on to the sales person I’m going to probably spend most of my interacting time with, what’s the physical appearance of the showroom, waiting area, service reception area etc., and then finally what’s the negotiating process like. New Country Porsche of Greenwich was the easy winner and my personal Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador was Karina Zaleska. She was outstanding. She’s a car person, a Porsche car aficionado, races her own Porsche, is honest about what she thinks would make you happy regarding the vehicle build/options rather than what makes the most profit for the dealership. Negotiating a good and fair purchase price was painless and quick—not one haggle moment! Delivery of the car was on time, the vehicle spotless, and off I went with my first Porsche in over a decade. If you are in the market for a Porsche car then I strongly suggest you call Karina first at New Country Porsche of Greenwich.
Karina at New Country Porsche of Greenwich was fantastic. As first time Porsche buyers, Karina was incredibly knowledgeable about the car as well as tremendously courteous; Karina clearly believes in the company and its culture. Far too often at even luxury car dealerships one feels that the sales team takes the customer for granted. Not so at New Country Porsche. Rich Del Mazzini was a great overall steward of our sales process and the financing could not have been more effienct in Noah Davis capable hands.
Love our new PorscheThank you Matthew for making it fun and easy to purchase our beautiful new Porsche. We were able to choose exactly the car we wanted with no pressure to add anything we did not want. You were extremely helpful in answering any of our questions and showing us how to get the most from our car buying experience. Every car salesperson should be as wonderful as you, Matthew!
Worked with Matt and multiple others in dealership to purchase my 997 turbo. After dealing with another porsche dealer in NJ who lied about the quality of their car I was skeptical if the car at new country was going to be as described. Matt did a great job describing the vehicle and it was in excellent condition. The process was very smooth from start to finish including trading in my previous car. Noah in finance did a great job getting me through all the paperwork and made the process easy for an out-of-state buyer like myself. Thanks to the new country team for all of their efforts.
I cant say enough about how pleasant our purchasing experience was. Thank you Karina and Sajjad. They answered questions I had about the car over the weekend and outside of business hours. We flew in from out of state and they worked with us to get as much of the paperwork completed so we can optimize our time at the dealership. Thank you for your courtesy, friendship and professionalism.
My salesperson was Fred Adler and never have I had a more pleasant dealer experience.I dont know what all of the negative experiences are about, my experience here was nothing but fantastic. Despite being a younger buyer I was treated with the utmost respect by Fred. He genuinely cared about budget and what I wanted from my Porsche purchase and did not just try to sell me whatever was most convenient for him. He took the time to show me purchase and leasing options, describe the intricacies of the car, follow up, and went above and beyond in order to secure financing. Honestly I can not recommend anyone else more and when I buy my next car I will make sure Fred is the individual to sell it. He should be the first person you ask for at the door.
Bill and Noah could not have made the buying experience easier. I purchased this car from out of state and they were very accommodating in scheduling delivery of the car. They answered all of my questions and I was on my way home quickly. Thanks again Bill and Noah.
Bought a 2014 CPO 911 4 cabrio from manhattan motor cars took to New Country for service they refuse to valid the wheels and tire warranty they sell. Today May 20, 2019 had a appointment for a convertible top is scuffing to a point of tear they want to charge you for inspection of convertible top on a certified Porsche awful experience.I even consider buying a new turbo 911from this dealership. This is the worst Porsche dealership only care about marking money instead on customer satisfaction. If your looking to buy a Porsche got toManhattan Motorcar where they honor warranties treat you like a customer. Don’t get ripped off...
I recently leased a wonderful new Porsche Macan S from New Country Porsche in Greenwich and I could not be happier with the car and the people that I dealt with. Aldo Camara sold me the car and he spent a great deal of time going over all of the options available so that when I made my choice I knew that I had the car that I wanted. Aldo also took great care in explaining all of the technical aspects of the car before I drove it home so that I was comfortable with exactly how things worked. Everyone at the dealership was gracious and did their best to make sure all went smoothly and that I was a happy customer. Positive experience all the way around!
My first purchase experience of a Porsche was a very positive one at New Country Porsche in Greenwich, CT. Each of the three persons who helped me was very knowledgeable and obliging, and never did I feel subjected to high-pressure sale tactics. I felt that everyone was very straightforward with me, and I believe that I received a fair deal.Rich Del Mazzio did an excellent job identifying two vehicles that would fit my interests for a reasonable price. Though my trade-in value was not as high as hoped, in my view, Rich advocated for the best trade-in value he could get from his Volvo buyer because it was almost $8,000 higher than I was offered by CarMax and $3,000 higher than BMW.Matthew Gish processed my purchase order and delivery. He was extremely personable and amicable, and he was willing to walk me through as much or as little about my car. I appreciated his kindness in staying late on a rainy Friday night for my delivery.Noah Davis made helpful recommendations on plans and options. He was able to get a very competitive financing package despite my mediocre credit rating. He was very efficient in processing my paperwork both in applying and signing.I came to Porsche after a long but ultimately disappointing relationship with Volvo. My experience at New Country has assured me of the soundness of my choice, and I look forward to becoming a loyal Porsche owner for years to come. The only deficiency in the experience compared with Volvo was that Volvo made the delivery experience more special with complimentary gifts such as mugs, roses, and chocolates. I did receive a very nice umbrella and key chain, but I thought a top-end luxury brand like Porsche would pamper the customer a little more. This criticism, however, is quite minor; and overall, I was very pleased with the purchasing experience!
After searching for a car for 6 months, I was lucky to find Karina Zaleska! She was well versed in the car I purchased, made the purchase process fast and convenient, and I didnt feel pressured. Generally when you have to go out looking to buy a car you feel sick to your stomach, but not here. I genuinely felt relieved when I met Karina, and knew that I was walking out with a car after speaking with her for a couple of minutes. I highly recommend you purchase your next car from Karina, I can keep going on how happy I am with the car and the service.
Great from start to finish . Great experience my sales man PATRIZIOwas very helpful with our purchase. They have a great selection of vehicles.Great staff as well I could not be happier with the Cayenne G T S .
Feels the way a Porsche dealership should. I was allowed to browse, take my time and compare between the two models I wanted. I was not rushed and there was no sales pitch.
One of the best buying experiences I have had. I bought a 997 turbo sight unseen and the car was everything that the team at New-Country said it would be. Everyone made sure that all of my expectations were met 100%, and if there were any questions they were there any time I had them. After the sale, they made sure that the car was everything they said it was, and when there were any deviations to the smallest detail to that, they made it right. I cant say enough about this place, no pressure, good negotiating, and great customer service. I will deal with them again in the future.Special thanks to Sajjad, Noah, and Rich! Even dealing with 3 different people, I felt like each of them had the same goal and passion in what they do. When you have a product or company that you believe in, it makes your job very easy, and you can tell they believe in what they do.
Seems like each time Ive bought or leased a car, Im constantly chasing down the dealer to answer questions to the extent that they make you feel like youre bothering them. Then a couple years later when youre back, half the people you dealt with the first time are no longer there. Its a whole different, first-class experience working with Rich Del Mazzio, Noah Davis and the team at New Country in Greenwich. Their down-to-earth approach to purchasing a high-end luxury product made us feel so comfortable; and made the process so easy. They were very fair on price and you get what you pay for - a spectacular car with superior service. Rich went above & beyond as he was patient and eager to answer all my questions (including e-mailing over a holiday weekend), great about following up, took extra time to help me understand all the gears & gadgets (calling me at home to walk me through some programming) - and this was AFTER he already made the sale. Reassuring to know that for the money youre spending, its not a one-time transaction and then youre on your own. These guys are happy to be there if you need them. Highly recommend!
I purchased a cpo 2012 Carrera S with 40k mikes on it. I had notified my salesman Patrizio that the brakes were squealing the day I purchased it. He told me “it’s normal”. I later brought it in for a burning oil smell inside the car and was told it was a plastic bag on the exhaust. Plastic and oil smell nothing alike. Still smells like burning oil. There is a leak somewhere. I have only put 1k miles on the car and brought it in to have the brakes looked at. All 4 rotors have a 2mm lip on them and the rotors are worn past their service limits. 1k miles and I’m spending $1800 on brakes. They obviously didn’t do the 100 point check and they sold me a car with bad brakes. I emailed regarding my dissatisfaction and am awaiting a response from Patrizio. 2 weeks and counting.I expected a much better experience from Porsche.DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER DEALERSHIPS. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING $.
“You cannot test drive today because this is not the price you are looking for” - said by a sales there. Obviously he doesnt want to work today.
We love our new 911. Service was professional and swift. Great staff!
Cant say enough about this place. I had a miserable experience at Porche of Larchmont. Friendly from the moment you call. Great service department. Jim is the best, so competent and professional. I would recommend service at this dealership anytime.
I bought two Porsches from New Country Porsche of Greenwich and they are my go-to dealer when it comes to Porsche cars. From vehicle selection to financing to delivery, this dealership has given me a smooth, hassle free purchase experience. In particular, Patrizio Torregiani (my salesman) is a Porsche enthusiast and he is immensely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Noah Davis is an expert on delivery and documentation. He got me through the paperwork process in about 5 minutes - a huge difference compared to other car dealerships of any brand. I would highly recommend this dealer.
Great staff, great facility, great service. I have had nothing but the best experience with this dealership. I will buy my next Porsche from them.
Josh Garcia at Porsche Greenwich which was amazing to work! This is the 10th car I’ve purchased over the internet. My experiences in the past have generally been pretty good. However, this was by far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car either in person or over the Internet. Josh described the Porsche Cayenne S accurately, sent me extra pictures and video, returned my calls promptly and gave me regular updates without me even calling/texting him first. When the car arrived, it was exactly as promised. The Pre-Certified Porsche Cayenne S was in pristine condition, gas tank filled with gas, and with an excellent exterior and interior car detail. I am 100% pleased with the purchase price, the sales process, and the Cayenne itself is absolutely amazing to drive. It was delivered 15 minutes before I was heading out on a road trip. In the first two days I’ve driven 500 miles and this car is awesome! It did not come with a radar detector, but I had one of my own which is a must. This car flies. When you are going 85 mi/hr hour, it feels like you’re going 50 mi/hr. I swear, more than once I thought the speedometer must be broken because it’s so quiet and smooth at high speeds. Thanks Josh and the people at Porsche Greenwich!!
The team at Porsche New Country went above and beyond my expectations when purchasing a CPO Cayenne GTS. The experience was truly top notch as Karina, Sajjad, and Noah were patient, receptive, and very efficient throughout the entire process. A high quality and pleasurable experience from the Porsche brand and team at New Country and I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a Porsche for their next vehicle.
Great customer service, the manager is very nice person and does his best! Very good experience!
Such a great experience. My husband and I enjoyed the service we received and will be back
Given that service costs can be expensive when out of warranty, a customer shouldn’t be made to feel guarded when asking how the cost was calculated.
I test drove a Macan there, but decided to buy a Boxster from Fairfield Porsche instead. When I told the Greenwich sales person when he called me, he hung up on me. As a result Ive never done any business there even tho its closer to me, I get my Boxster serviced in Fairfield.
Great service but show room has been under construction forever.
Its a Porche dealership in a upscale town in CT. You will be pampered during buying or getting service
I had been actively searching for a very specific car for months. An abundant car but with a set of options that were less so. Mine was a nationwide search and I was considering both private party and dealer listings.I found a car that looked like it might work near Greenwich, Ct., about a 4 hour drive from my home. This was a private party sale and I phoned New Country Porsche to inquire about a few things that might be an issue with the car. Even though they weren’t involved with the car I had a great conversation with Rich Del Mazzio about the possible issues and his general take on the model that I was looking for. Rich remarked at this time that if I wasn’t interested in the car could I pass along the information as they might be interested in adding to their pre-owned inventory. Rich assured me he would not try to snipe me on the car before I had my look which I appreciated as, not knowing this dealer, the thought crossed my mind.Well, the car was a dud and on my way home I decided that, rather than phone Rich, I would stop by the dealer and convey my thoughts. I spent a few moments looking around the showroom, meeting a few sales associates, and shared my thoughts with Rich.About 15 minutes after leaving the dealer I got a call from Rich that he had a customer that was trading in his custom ordered car for a newly ordered one. As Rich ticked off the options I knew I was very interested in the trade in. I told Rich that I was still in the area and that I would head back to New Country to have a look. He then told me that the car would not be available for anywhere from 4 to 7 weeks and that he would send me the build sheet. He told me that he would give me a ring when it got close to time and to keep in touch over the next month or so.Well, I viewed this as a bit of a long shot but was impressed with my interactions to this point with the dealer so I decided to stop my search and wait for the trade. It was a long 6 + weeks but the new car finally arrived and the trade was made, CPO’d and prepped for sale. Rich called to let me know and I drove up immediately. I knew that if the car was correct that I would make the deal that day.Upon arrival the car was exactly what I was after and as represented by Rich. I was introduced to Fred Adler, who would handle the sale, and we got down to business. The negotiation took all of 10 minutes; I left a deposit and had a car!New Country needed a week or so to finish a few items on the CPO list so I drove home and picked up the car a week or so later. Fred picked me up at the train station and we finished the deal that afternoon.Again, everything went smooth and Noah, in finance, was just an easy to deal with as Rich and Fred.I can’t recommend New Country Porsche highly enough!
Outstanding. Jim in the service department is honest and very easy to communicate with. Work done to perfection. Patrizio on the sales floor will treat you well.
Best of the Best. Great Service experience.
One of the worst Porsche dealers in the country. Buying experience was terrible and service even worse. Service Dept doesnt even answer their phone. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to the Larchmont dealer. They are first class.
I just left New Country Porsche of Greenwich yesterday with my car purchase and needed to write this review today. My sales consultant Aldo Camara made the whole process hassle free. I test drove the car, traded in mine and left with my Pre-Owned car and made a friend the same day. Aldo is attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and a true professional. I came from New Jersey to make the purchase and will be back to make my future purchases. The certified Pre-Owned manager Richard Del Mazzio worked with me and gave me a more than fair deal on my trade, so be sure to meet him when you visit their dealership, another true, friendly professional. The best experience with a car dealer I ever had!
I purchased a CPO 2013 Boxster S in December of 2016. This was my first Porsche and after a very poor experience with a different Porsche dealership I am happy to say that both the experience and the vehicle lived up to my expectations.Dealership: I dealt with William (Bill) Deichmeister primarily who was also supported by other members of the NCPG team (especially Gilbert Castellon). Bill was responsive and understanding of my concerns and was able to obtain the price on the vehicle I wanted to pay. He was unfortunately not at the office (due to training) the day I picked up the vehicle but left everything set-up for me to drive it off without problems. I also want to call out Noah Davis who worked with my bank to get me a great rate (went above and beyond). Gilbert was also cordial and welcoming when I picked up the vehicle.Vehicle: I had purchased a CPO Porsche at a DIFFERENT dealership and as it turns out it had been wrecked and subsequently CPOd. Upon learning about this I returned the vehicle since Porsche does not CPO vehicles which have been in serious accidents. Needless to say I was very careful in purchasing this vehicle. The car has been perfect without any issues what so ever. The dealership kept the entire service history and even helped me coordinate an inspection by a different Porsche dealership (which I paid for) to ease my concerns. In summary, I would return to (and recommend) New Country Porsche of Greenwich and would buy from Bill again. For those folks looking at used Porsche vehicles (including CPOs) make sure you get the full service history and get an independent inspection because not only can CarFax reports be inaccurate, even Porsche CPOs can be issued on vehicles which has been wrecked (not by this dealership though!!).
Rolled Cayenne Turbo Lease into new 2014Gilbert was exceptionally helpful in arranging for transfer of my 2011 Cayenne and selection and delivery of my new 2014. I didnt have to do anything and the new model is amazing!
The worst car dealer that i ever been. back in november 2014 i bought a 2007 BMW X5a month later the check engine light comes up, took my car to the mechanic and found out, the catalyticconverter, i called the sales man and he told me that i bought the car as isOMG!! and i asked him if there was anything that they can do for me!!! he said:WE ARE NOT A BMW DEALER. short story my car use two converter each one cost 2,300 ollarsand i paid 17,000 for the car. i would never buy a car from them anymore, that was an abuse!!!!!!
I found the dealership and the sales personnnel including Patrizio, Noah and the general manger very helpful and most accomodating. What I did not like was the Porsche Financing Customer Loyalty program. I came to the dealer knowing about the offer to, for want of a better worrd, pay off my old lease if I entered into a new lease. What I learned is that the leasing transition needed to be done on the precise day of a month before the next payment was made in order not to be penalized by mandating an overlap of double payments. If it were not for the efforts of the sales team at the dealership contacting Porshe Finance in order to accomodate this significant defect(or misrepresentation) in the program I would have walked away from the lease rather than double pay-even for the 3 week period that would have been required. As it is I have double paid for a week. If the program is willing to eat 3 onths of payments why does it not provide for a seamleass rollover from one lease into the next?
Imagine that - the management of New Country Porsche or corporate headquarters in Saratoga Springs, NY doesnt even take time follow-up the bad reviews? What does that tell you about how much they care about their customers? I had a similar bad experience with New Country Mercedes-Benz in Hartford, Connecticut - when I called the general manager (who btw was away for a week at the SuperBowl) and left him a message - he had the service writer EMAIL me (not call) to let me know if I do not pay the diagnostic fee of $460 (for them to tell me that I needed to replace two fuel pumps and a fuel filter for a sum of $2,000 plus tax on a 1995 E320 wagon - $135/hr per fuel pump and fuel filter plus parts at 50% OVER Mercedes LIST PRICE) that the dealer would charge me a storage fee for everyday the car was in their parking lot - retroactive to when it was dropped-off. A nightmare - stay away from ANY New Country dealer in Connecticut!!!
Rich and the entire team there are true pros. They were friendly and exceeded my expectations along every step of my process. I felt just as pampered as if I was buying a car costing 10x or 20x more. What more could I ask for? Next time your looking for a new or used car, do yourself a favor and check out New County Porsche of Greenwich.
Excellent sales and service personnel.
They take great care of your bad boy. See Aldo for sales and Jim for service.
