Quite impressed with this dealership to be honest. I do not live in the area, made two phone calls . the first was a closer dealer that their service dept would not answer the phone, the second was this one.They were easy to talk to, easy to schedule a service with and reasonable on price. Their workshop was clean, mechanics friendly and they didnt look down on me for having a 30 y/o Infiniti like other dealerships have in the past. In all I was quite impressed from the initial call to the offer of a loan car (I turned it down and went for a walk) to paying the final bill. they even washed the car for me!!
I met with Peterson and Chris, both lovely gentlemen and gave amazing service when purchasing car. Test drove with Peterson and he had a lot of knowledge about the car which was super helpful. My experience at DARCARS was excellent. I worked with Steven who made buying my new car an easy transaction. He was honest and straightforward, which made trusting his opinion easy. My sales guy Steven Wesley took me in with no appointment and made sure I liked my new Q50 2021. He was super attentive and made sure everything worked out for me, he made everything so easy for me and took the stress away I had with the total loss of my car due to the recent Hurricane. The employees here are liars! The lack of customer service is appalling! They have deceptive practices and charge their customers undisclosed fees. How dare you try to charge me $4,000 in storage fees. Rob and Genaro are incompetent. I would never recommend anyone getting their car serviced here or buying a car from this dealership. When you call or email the customer service number, no one gets back to you about your complaint. They will not get away with what theyre doing!
First time buying at a dealership. I had gone to a different dealership to check out some cars and felt pressured to taking something I didn’t want. Unlike other dealerships I felt really comfortable here. I walked in told Steven what I was looking for, hours later I was the new owner of a 2017 Infiniti Q60. I’d 100% recommend people to go to Steven Westly if interested in an Infiniti great salesman cool guy. He explained everything to me and was straight forward about everything. Aside from all of this their prices are great!
I brought a q50 from them that I totaled. I was planning on ordering the new qx60 from them but I been calling and email for months now to get a refund on unused warranty nothing but the run around. I see why Infiniti a dying bread the dealer are terrible after own 3 Infiniti and s bunch Nissan I’m done with the brand now.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I drove 3 hours from out of state because I was told on the phone that all I would have to pay was the sticker price of the vehicle and the state tax which I agreed to, plus I had cash to drive the car back home. They brought me the paper and it had $5k in FEES unnecessary fees at that. We tried to work with them but Craig had the nerve to ask if I had a credit card to put the rest on. Lost a sale for their greed. Good luck selling which such poor service especially when you have serious buyers
I visited this dealer because they had my dream car, used for a fantastic price. Was there for quite a while because the sales manager and the salesman, Josh, were trying to make numbers work. At first, the numbers did not line up well. I already had the mindset of alright this isn’t gonna work out.I was then told congratulations, we got the numbers to work. I was ecstatic. Went in and signed the papers, without realizing that the sales manager had folded the top third of the document, showing that after interest, and a $6.5k finance charge, I would end up paying almost $15k more than the car was tagged at. I found this information shortly after I left the dealer and took the car home, immediately called them, and unfortunately I was told there is nothing they could do. Just out of curiosity, I asked around to other dealers and friends that I have in the industry, and I was told that they could have taken the car back after some fees and legal documents.To me, folding over a section of a legal document to hide numbers that could cancel a deal should be illegal. I was told that I could/should sue the dealership for technically holding important information from me regarding the financial side of the agreement. I do realize that I was foolish in not noticing that they were successfully hiding important, expensive information from me while I was signing the papers. But congratulations guys, you completely screwed over a 21 year old kid (at the time) by selling him on what he thought was a dream coming true.

After having a poor experience in the past, the manager Chris outdid himself to make sure my experience there wasn’t repeated. He fixed any issues I had with the car and made it almost brand new! I drove off with the car in under an hour and half with financing approval through them. I left while it was being detailed, came back when told and the keys were handed to me. Worst experience to buy a used car, the sales guys did not care that I was there to look at a car and potentially make a purchase. Before even showing me the cars I was interested in, the manager pulled a sheet from Carfax for a trade in vehicle I had and said this is the best we can offer you for your trade, if not interested, no point in spending time to look at the cars I was interested in. I would have been willing to negotiate with them, but they did not seem to care and did not want to bother showing me the cars they had on sale. Never plan to go here again, unprofessional and poor customer service.

Wow how shall I begin. Well Chris the General Manager responded to my email referring to the 🔥Q55 red with the red and black interior at the very moment I was thinking I should call to see if they had one available. It was the universe talking. He assured me he had it and I could come down to test drive her. I told him about how I got catfished by another dealership who I won’t mention.The sales guy basically got me to come 40 minutes to see other cars and told me the one I wanted was taken and I wouldn’t find it ANYWHERE. Welp I got it!! Thanks to Chris and my amazing sales guy Steven. They worked my deal to perfection and I traded in my beloved Range Rover Evogue for the most gorgeous vehicle I have ever owned. Chris made me feel safe and got me so much protection and coverage that I won’t ever have to worry about maintenance and warranty rip offs like umph.. never mind y’all know how it is with these designer vehicles. Had an SUV lined up, was going through their financing process to complete the purchase and they sold the car out from under me. I was doing the purchase from out of state, I had a third party inspection done and had even spoken to the sales manager afterwards. I had a feeling they might have been slow rolling and it seems they were......
Horrible service. When I bought the car we told dealer we needed a DTF802 to register the car in NY. The dealer REFUSED and gave us a DTF-803. When we went to register the car into the NYS DMV they requested the DTF802 form. We contacted the dealer and they REFUSED to sign the DTF802 because they said it wasnt needed. After an entire week of discussions, we has to PAID THEM $250 to register the car. Its been WEEKS and we dont have plates for the car. We call and/or email Craig (sales person) every few days and he says there is no update and he wont give us contact information for his business office so that we can talk to them directly.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS DEALERSHIP.
This place is a scam don’t believe me I came in couple days ago and they told me the buying price and they added on their car cars plans and preparation fees that were out of this world expensive. I recommend not to purchase from here and (Chris) was extremely rude to me. How is a car going to go from under 20k to 26k.

Found a 2013 Ford Fusion on their website and decide to give it a try. I was so lucky that Brooke picked up my call around 8:45 Saturday morning. Everything went so well there after. Its like the car was destined to be mine. I have bought many cars before but this is the best experience I ever had. Brooke is so professional. Recently leased a new QX60 and overall had a stress free experience. Noelle is amazing, knowledgeable and made sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision. She contacted me within an hour and was always quick to respond! Thoroughly explained answers to my question and made it easy to decide! There was a mix up with cars when I came back to pick up my new vehicle however, they made it a priority to get the right car cleaned and ready for me.

Be carful this dealership. They sold me a car and told me it was under warrantie because it only had 30,000 miles. After I purchased it I went to service department and was told the car had been altered and warrantie does not apply to many parts of the vehicle.This dealership has a service department, im sure they knew these issues, but pushed the car on me anyway. Now my car is in service for over a week and I dont know if i can ever drive it again.

Good experience overall. Dont expect to haggle here, they dont leave much wiggle room. Theyre pros, they dont mess around, theyre only interested in giving top cars and top service. My only challenge in the experience is that their practice seems to be to price low and then make their money with high fees (fees that I wasnt expecting). This seems to be their MO - if you go in knowing that, its actually quite pleasant. I ended up with a great car at a good price.

Called in since Im out of state and saw a pretty epic deal ($3K+ off the Carfax value), spoke with a really informative and helpful gentleman named Josh, who was completely up-front about the $1081 title/registration/doc fee + $395 car prep type fee. Although the combined $1476 extra pushed the price a little bit higher than the epic deal Id been hoping for, it was an absolutely stress-free, no-pressure conversation I had with Josh and I most certainly would come back when the deal is just right (and epic enough!!). Kudos on the stellar customer service and transparency.

I have been servicing my car at Greenwich Infiniti for 1.5 years now and will NOT be going back to give them anymore business. First time there, I was pleased. Other than the first time, I was no longer pleased. I was there yesterday for only an oil change on my G37. After that was completed, I received a phone call from the Service Department telling me I have a $700 problem. YIKES! I just went in for an oil change. We were explained by the mechanic himself, while the car was on the lift, what the problem was. The person I was with, my friend, is also a mechanic, but does not do this for living today nor does he have a shop to fix cars. Infiniti mechanic stated one thing, and my friend who is a mechanic as well, questioned all the work he felt my car needed and disagreed on all the repairs. My friend was fairly certain of his analysis of what was wrong with my car and asked the mechanic to take the car off the lift, paid for my oil change, and left. I took my car to my trusted mechanic, which is out of the way for me, hence why I was going to Greenwich Infiniti. My Mechanic and my friend who is also mechanic, BOTH agree, that I only needed a hose replaced at a fraction of the cost, as Infiniti mechanic stated I needed two hoses, thermostat, and something else charging me $700 for repairs I DO NOT NEED. Makes you question the capabilities of the mechanic charging $140 an hour, and makes you not trust them. Bottom line is THEY RIP YOU OFF. STAY AWAY!
Customer service and overall service was great. The car was listed accurately, just as described. Josh couldnt have been more accommodating. He answered all my questions and made sure all my needs were met. I got a great car at a competitive price, they even gave me a good deal on my trade in. I definitely recommend greenwich Infiniti.

I would have posted no stars but that is not an option. After many conversations with my dealer Steven Peralta and me warning him over and over not to waist my time, he told me that if I came in the deal could be worked out much better with sales manager Edward Aguilar. Well, NOT TRUE, they lied about the deal, they do NOT provide the computer generated dealer fees, they will only write it down for you on a piece of paper. That means they change their numbers with every sale, that is NOT HONEST and not ethical. They wasted my time and my loyal mechanics time with the promise of a deal that did not change from the original phone call. Take this as a warning from an experienced car buyer, DO NOT TRUST this dealership.

Say No to their car wash especially if you have a black car. I was only there to replace my tire but they brushed the #$%t out of my car without my permission. I never even asked them to do the car wash nor anyone told me about it. Now my cars got nice swirls everywhere and I am definitely frustrated. The service staffs here think they did me a favor for giving free car wash because they do not have a clue. Ive put so much time and effort taking care of my paint for the past 2 years but now its ruined because of them.
Most convenient service experience!I just had my car serviced at Greenwich Infiniti and it was the easiest, most hassle free experience. They have a pick up and drop off service which meant I didnt have to take time out of my busy schedule. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. And they even return the car freshly washed!

I purchased a car this year from a sales rep named Josh. I recently got my oil changed and the mechanic was very concerned about my tires. He said I have four different tires on an all wheel drive vehicle, which will lead to major transmission problems. The car should have never been sold to me with four different tires. I called the dealership multiple times and kept being told I would get a call back, which didn’t happen until I left a message for Ed Somoza (Ed Aguilar’s manager). After calling in 5 days in a row. The sales rep’s manager Ed Aguilar finally called me back and said it’s legal for them to sell me any combination of tires as long as the tread is the same. He didn’t care that it will lead to transmission issues and didn’t offer any kind of reconciliation for the issue. Don’t buy your car from this dealership!!! They don’t care about the customer they only care about the sale. I’m sure they will have a generic response to this email with a phone number to call in, which is a joke because they don’t return phone calls.

We paid them a processing/closing fee for them to register the car we bought from them.After more than one month we still have not received our plates. The temporary tags already expired. It took multiple phone calls to get ahold of someone that actually cared to look up what was going on. They said we didnt give them needed information which we 100% did provide. This also isnt your first sale, you should know what information you need to get from your customers.So after that ordeal, They sent over dealer plates and promised we would get our plates that week. After more than a week and more assurances, we still dont have plates!When we bought the car, we also only received 1 key and the salesman didnt bother to show the cars features.Just because we didnt pay for a certification fee that wouldnt have even extended the already existing warranty, you dont have to act like children. This is extremely unprofessional and not how you run a business.Overall store is either filled with a bunch of unprofessional people or it is just unprofessionally managed or perhaps both.

What can I say about this dealership. AWSOME!!!! This is now my 3rd Vehicle. Everyone, and I mean everyone, are just terrific.They all go out of there way to help. From sales, Edgar is worth the trip alone. Finance Bruno there is no one better. Believe me on this, far from my only redo when it comes to car deals. And last but certainly not least service, Andy is not only on your side, but treats you with total professionalism. If your are in the market or even just looking for an Infiniti, this should be the only place to start.

Walking into this dealer, you are greeted with a warm welcome from the miss in the front. Secondly, going into the car process, it did take awhile because we were trying to negotiate a reasonable price. With that said, they took very little down because their cars were already a reasonable deal. I want to say that I waited at least one month to leave this review and overall my salesman, Brooke Jessup-Labonte, was very attentive and professional. I would recommend buying a car here.
Buying vehicle is no doubt a pleasant experience, but dont expect them to keep their promises made during the contract signing. They promised free pick up and drop off of vehicles for maintenance but has now no qualms on going back on that and charging $$ for that.

I recently leased a car from Greenwich Infiniti with Brooke as my sales contact. He was extremely helpful in getting the deal done from the big picture items (lease terms, etc) to the smaller details (returning the old car, etc). He bent over backwards to be helpful and make it super easy and convenient for me.Brooke is not aggressive or overly salesy. Hes personable and simply looking to help the customer have a great experience. I really enjoyed working with him and appreciate the hard work and extra effort he put in to getting the deal done quickly and efficiently.
Overall experience at dealership: EXCELLENCE, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF & ATTENTIVE !!!!!I found the car (QX50) on Thurs. emailed Edgar and quickly responded indicating that they could do the deal at a better price than others. Afterwards, i submitted the required docs to begin the paperwork with David. The entire process was seamless and response time was so prompt that they had the car prepped and ready for me to pickup the next day, Fri. Ive already passed along their contact info to friends that are looking to get into new vehicles this month!
We have now bought two Infinitis from Greenwich Infiniti, one new and one used. Both times the experience has been a smooth one: good salespeople, decent price, no hidden fees or gimmicks. Having the car serviced from them is also great: they do a free pickup of the car from out house in the morning, leave a loaner (for a small fee for the gas), and return the car in the afternoon.
$698 for dealer fees- $395 for “options” (gas & prep) $383 to register an out of state vehicle (although I can do it myself in NY for $95 since I have the plates in hand). I was ready to purchase and pick up car tomorrow with a check in hand but they wouldn’t take $400 off to compensate for the insane dealer fees. It was a waste of my time- the sales dept. manager kept going around in circles and interrupted me about 3 times.
These guys are very straight forward with their pricing - no headaches to jump through. Edgar, Justin and Raul took care of me. Normal dealerships are a pain and time consuming, giving customer headaches with the constant battle, but not here. Greenwich Infiniti treated me with respect, made the car buying process less painful than any other dealers I been to. They aim to please the customers. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family!
My husband and I were in the market for e new car. We looked at BMW and Mercedes. While we were driving around and discussing the horrible customer service that Mercedes of Greenwich provided us we decided to take a look at Infinity. I was sold by their customer service. The manager of this center at that time when we bought the car is AMZING. The salesperson was very pleasant- not too pushy or aggressive- although I do regret for buying extended warranty. The negotiating process was much simpler than we have experienced in the past. Felt like an easy process that was transparent from the beginning. Great Job!

There are not enough STARS IN THE UNIVERSE for me to accurately rate this SUPER FANTASTIC, ULTRA-PROFESSIONAL dealership. To be fair, I have to start with the SERVICE department. If it werent for them, I could be driving a different car (not likely, but still). The service provided by Andy & Danya is OVER THE TOP! I have yet to encounter a level of service that even comes close - anywhere. Car repair used to TERRIFY me. It was expensive and difficult and as I know nothing about cars, I would just have to go along with whatever I was told, no matter the cost. The last place I would ever go would be a dealership. GREENWICH INFINITI SERVICE CHANGED ALL OF THAT. Changed MY LIFE! I am not exaggerating...I no longer give ANY THOUGHT WHATSOEVER to automobile maintenance and I know for a FACT that it costs at least 1/3 less than any other mechanic Ive used in the past. Pickup, dropoff, car wash - anything you need will be taken care of and if the Service department cant handle your request, they know who can. Appointments are scheduled quickly and on short notice if need be. Again, I HAVE YET TO ENCOUNTER THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, ANYWHERE - ANYTIME - ever. Greenwich Infiniti is really more like a spa...except they provide FREE DONUTS and dont play annoying music.....
These guys are great. It started with the sales process. Raffael made the process easy. Next the service area makes the process of getting work done actually seem fair.
I dont usually write reviews but i had the urge to do so when i visited Infiniti of Greenwich earlier this week. I was greeted by Craig Noel who was my sales consultant. Craig went beyond my expectations in helping me get into a brand new q50 he was professional and very helpful he answered all my question and gave me a great deal i will deal with Craig from now on with all my car needs i highly recommend Craig. I had an appointment made for weeks ahead to have an airbag replaced because of a recall. I took a day off from work, and when I got there, they didnt have the part. Extremely unprofessional.
Greenwich Infiniti was truly exceptional when dealing with them on my 2018 QX60 purchase. I have never had an easier time negotiating or picking up my new car! And I drove 6 hours to get there! I absolutely love my new Infiniti. Amanda was the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with.
Review of Greenwich InfinitiI found the entire experience to be pleasant and non-stressful; unlike other dealerships. Joseph Chirinian was at the root of this which is why I came back for a 2nd time to lease a G37x and will no doubt be back for a 3rd. I felt like everyone I dealt with, and particularly Joseph, was trustworthy and knowledgeable. There was never any pressure and the pricing/terms we agreed to were reasonable.
I for one dislike car sales people but the guys at Greenwich Infiniti made my buying experience as easy as 1,2,3. No hassel, clear communication and straight forward which i respected. Definately recommend giving them a try, just think of them as sales people with a good sense of humor and not pushy ones who just trying to get you in a car and get paid.
