I bought my car from Greenwich Acura a month ago. Brian was the salesman that helped me and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very nice, polite and prompt from the first time we communicated on email. After I had looked at so many cars Brian really took the time to explain all the features in the car to make sure I understood everything. And when I took the car out for a test drive it helped me fall in love with the car as I got to use some of the fun features that he showed me. I also met Ty the GM who was very involved in my transaction. He has also been a pleasure to work with. There were a few minor hiccups but Ty took the time to make sure everything was resolved andsatisfactory. Ty Klipstein called me after I made an online inquiry and it was one of the best call I had chatting with a dealer. He asked me to come down and everything we discussed over the phone was unchanged (zero games). We negotiated the deal in a matter of minutes after my test drive with John Fels who was great walking me through the unique specs of the car and walk me through the paperwork. Given the price gouging going on at the time I am writing this review (August 2021) it was refreshing closing an honest deal with Ty and John where we could negotiate a reasonable selling price. Under “new management” but the same baloney service. No wonder they can’t survive in Greenwich; how can you, with service like this?They acted in such amateurish way.Here is my story: Had full correspondence through the email with sales person, scheduled appointment, received confirmation request on the appointment day at 5AM. Drove more than an hour to be told that she (salesperson) was fired, quit, left two days ago; I could not determine exactly what happened to that poor lady.I am sorry, how is it even possible? How did she communicate with me on the appointment day by using corporate email? I would assume she was not a happy camper... Needless to say, they sold a car of interest a day or two prior to my scheduled date as well.They even tried to blame me for being dishonest regarding communication with her; I had to show them proof of correspondence. Good thing I had it in email.Good luck to them in their new location wherever they are moving to. They will definitely require it with customer service such as this.

Just picked up my 2022 Acura MDX Tech from Keith and he was a pleasure to work with.Everything went well and everyone was super nice.I chose them because they were upfront about the price and worked well over the internet.I only have one issue and that is that my heated steering wheel and remote start were not installed at pick up because they are on back order (Acura fault not Greenwich) but they have assured me as soon as they come in to let me know and have them installed ASAP. I will update when. Thanks again!!!Update: Got my remote start last month and now getting my heated steering wheel (3months later) and I’m in The dealership waiting because I was promised a loaner car but got here and they said I wasn’t in the system for one!! Not happy. Just want my steering wheel done so I can be done here. I’ll be here a few hours wasted

Aldo and Mike helped my girlfriend and I with a used Acura we were looking at. They were very helpful and had a great attitude. I found a problem with the car after a test drive and Aldo said he wanted to see exactly what I was talking about. After going for a quick spin, he knew what the issue was and promised it would be fixed. We put a deposit on the car that day. When we came back a week later the car was near new condition and was performing flawlessly! We could not have asked for a better experience. I contacted Greenwich acura with interest in buying a used rdx. Aldo did a great job showing me options, had everything ready when I arrived, and was not pushy for me to look into more expensive options (which I greatly appreciated). It was a pleasant experience, something I would not imagine myself saying when buying a used car. While we just purchased the car, so far we are very happy. GM Bobby John also did a great job following up with me via phone so that they could get the car registered and set up for me to pick up as soon as possible.

While I wasn’t initially thrilled with driving to the dealer to check the car out, my dealings with the GSM Ty was upfront and pleasurable so I made the trip Upon meeting, I told him what I hoped to accomplish, and just wanted fair pricing to make it happen15 minutes later, I signed a purchase order. While I had hoped for a bit more as far as trade value, I agreed to purchase because it was a good experience in dealing with management. I didnt waste his time nor did he waste mine. I appreciated that, and they earned my business. Leased a 2019 RDX and was promised by the salesperson I would receive free oil changes for the lease duration. When I brought my vehicle in for my first oil change they charged me over $100 and said yes the oil was free but not the labor. When I questioned the charge and asked for the Service Manager to contact me never did. When I asked for the General Manager to contact me never did. BAIT AND SWITCH for sure! Buyer beware. I will never lease another vehicle from this dealership. They are the worst! Never trust the sales or service. Go to any other dealership but not Greenwich Acura! Horrible!!

The service team here was excellent. They carefully checked my vehicle and made sure there were no recall items on my model. They made sure the vehicle was in it’s best operating condition. Prices are fair and they let you know what to expect on certain service types upfront. For larger more complex jobs, it will be based on what they find out after looking at your vehicle. Again, very through team.
They did an amazing job on my car very pleased with the service they even gave me a loaner even though I didn’t purchase my car from them! Very professional and treat you nice not like Paragon Acura and the guys in the sales were even nice!
Excellent Service and knowledgeable team. I brought in my Acura TL 2010 for problem other dealers couldnt resolved . They were able to resolve my issues in a timely manner and at the same time provide excellent service. I wouldnt recommend any other Service Center for your Acura!!! Thanks guys

He made everything very easy, was honest abt pricing, and he and JD worked so hard to find us the color we wanted (there werent many left in the area - so it wasnt easy). I highly recommend working with Al, JD and their team. You wont regret it.
My boyfriend and I visited a few Acura locations and had finally agreed to buy a car in the Scarsdale location. After going back and forth ( 3 days in a row) We finally came in to sign all of the paperwork. However, not only was the financing manager rude but the car wasn’t even ready and were told to come back the following day. When we explained we had called ahead and told them to have the car ready and they assured us they would! They told us it was our fault for not “speaking to the right person”. That was enough for us to retract and canceled everything. One hour before the store closed we decided to check out Acura of Greenwich (only location we had yet to visit) and let me tell you, BEST decision ever. Not only did we get a great deal, the sales specialist Al was great. The general manager, John, was very involved throughout the process and made sure we got everything we needed. Needless to say, we got the car the following day without any of the complications Scarsdale was giving us! Can’t wait to come back and get our second car with Al and John. Thank you for saving the day and turning our horrible experience into a great one!
