This review is long overdue. I had an amazing experience buying a car for my father from here back in April. The salesman Olivier was amazing to work with and extremely honest. They had detailed the preowned car and took out small dent at no cost. The whole team was extremely helpful with scheduling and even offered to get my car inspected and delivered out of state in NYC where I am from. Giving this 3 stars because of the amazing Arthur who was super helpful during our time. He took his time explaining the pros and cons and was super friendly. Unfortunately the numbers we got did not match our expectations and we asked if we could put down an amount and have the monthly payments be around an afforded amount - an innocent act really. We were hoping they could crunch some numbers that could meet us half way. Arthur was super delighted to help and met with the manager to review numbers.Thatβs when the said manager walks to our table and tells us βso yeah we donβt negotiate car prices. Thatβs the set model. Thatβs the numbersβ and pretty much just toss the paper right back to us. No suggestions, no questions asked, no options. Just take it or leave it.Of course the attitude wasnβt helpful and I wasnβt interested in continuing the conversation and said my thanks and started walking out. The response was βyou know, thatβs the last modelβ - as if thatβs going to change my mind?Overall, it felt rushed and no willingness to help. Almost a little demeaning. Even after telling them we could make an $8k payment on the spot. Also important that at no point did we intend on βnegotiating the price of the carβ. We were just playing with the down payment + monthly payment numbers.Thank you Art for your time! But weβll be making a decision else where.
What an excellent experience!! Wanted to downsize from an RX350 to an NX300 - I had very specific details I wanted for a 2019 NX, and had contacted many dealerships. Greenwich was the only one who came through and found exactly what I was looking for. Emmy Jade was excellent - keeping constantly in touch by text and email. Manger Tom was outstanding as well - so friendly and fun! No high pressure from either - and they respected what was important to us - and gave us an amazing deal!! Picked up my car with a big red bow on top! Will always have Lexus of Greenwich as my go-to Lexus dealer!
Unfortunately me and my girlfriend lost one of our vehicles due to the floods from the recent hurricane. We decided to go to this dealership since we were in the market for a luxury sedan or SUV. When we walked in we greeted the lady at the front desk and got nothing but a blank stare. We then saw two ladies behind her at another desk. We once again greeted them with a Hello and got nothing but a blank stare and 1 of them just started drinking water while staring at us. We decided to disregard the rude behavior and started looking at the floor models. We saw a vehicle we liked and started to look around to see if anyone was available to help us. No one approached us or anything so we decided to just leave. Not sure why no-one wanted to help us. Either way we ended up going to Audi and got a vehicle from there. Cant say I would recommend this dealership.
A five star customer service experience with my recent purchase. Every member of the team went above and beyond to complete the buying process. A special shout out for salesman Scott who went above and beyond by picking me up at the train station and driving me to the dealership. Scott & sale manager Noelle stayed well after closing time to handle the financing & insurance so I could drive home in my new vehicle the same day! Since the vehicle hadnt been fully detailed Scott has offered to drive 45 minutes to pick it up and bring it back to the dealership to give its finishing touches and then return it to me at my work. I would definitely recommend buying from Lexus of Greenwich.

I was in another state yet he checked and followed up with me multiple times and in a timely manner. His information on the car and the deal offered was transparent. We just got a lease on a 2021 Lexus NX300. Wesley Baez was very helpful and personable. He made the buying process enjoyable. Most professionally run dealership I have ever been in. My salesman was Joseph Lee. He was very patient and took care of every detail. He helped a not so young old girl, learn all of the new aspects of a technologically advanced car. I bought a UX 250h. The snake in the finance room βmistakenlyβ charged me twice for the $795 dealer fee. Be very careful with Ghaleb. Better yet, go to a reputable dealership.Oh, and they force you to buy a b.s. Darcars assurance package for $2500. If you read the fine print, it basically offers you nothing but a free car wash every year.

The staff in the service department is amazing! My husband and I live in Manhattan and had a recall on our 2019 GX460. We tried to work with the service department in Manhattan, but found them completely unprofessional.I decided to reach out to Greenwich since I grew up in Connecticut. From my first phone call concerned over the recall, the staff could not have been more helpful. When a remedy became available, Kim was amazing in setting up an appointment for us, making sure our part would be in and that we could use a loaner during the service.When we arrived yesterday, the entire staff was friendly. Edwin took care of us and not only had the recall handled but also arranged for our schedule maintenance check. Plus, they washed our car.The service we received from Lexus of Greenwich is exactly what I expected when I decided to get a Lexus. Carlos Villaverde was my salesman. His professionalism and fairness allowed me to feel comfortable purchasing this car. I took the train 2 hours from Kingston, Rhode Island to view the vehicle. The car - 2017 Lexus IS300 F Sport - was in absolutely spectacular condition for having 39,500 miles. The dealership itself is impressive. It features a 2 floor building. The first floor is a showroom and service area. The second floor features another showroom. The second floor is where I inspected the vehicle. Yes, I inspected the vehicle inside the dealership on the second floor. Did I mention it was down-pouring out? Carlos made sure the vehicle was inside the building, on the second floor for private viewing, and that the car was dry. Lexus of Greenwich clearly had the car professionally detailed AND waxed. It seriously appeared brand new. My whole experience at Lexus of Greenwich was unbelievable. Especially since I had put a deposit on the car before actually seeing it. I recommend this place to anyone who is debating their credibility. It truly is a great business to deal with. When I need my next car I will be traveling 2 hours again without question. My recent search for a low mileage 2018 Lexus 350-ES was the most pleasant car buying experience. My sales associate was Joseph Lee which made the transition totally relaxed and without any difficulty. The transaction was very straight forward. Pricing was fair and Joe worked hard in doing everything possible to aid in any requested needs I required. Even a week after the sale, Joe was extremely helpful in questions or concerns. I had a great experience at Lexus of Greenwich. Everyone their seemed really nice but I got to know Wesley and Noelle and they were amazing. I checked around after I leased a car with them and was told I got a great rate. They are not looking to play games with you and were very easy and straightforward to work with. That was the second car that I leased with them.
If you have a trade-in and itβs currently financed, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My husband and I traded in 3 cars to DARCARS, two of which we owned outright and a third car that we were financing. It has been 6 weeks since we turned over the keys and DARCARS still has not paid off the loan on that trade-in. We brought 2 cars from DARCARS worth $95,000. You would think that they would want to make repeat customers out of us but that seems to not be a priority for them. To bad, we were thinking of picking up an LC-500 as a weekend car in the near future but we clearly have to find another Lexus dealership. They will happily take your money, but will drag their feet when they have to pay out. To say we are extremely disappointed would be an understatement.

In the mean time, Im paying over $500 a month to a lienholder that is NOT associated with my vehicle.They never followed through on changing the lien holder information on my vehicle registration after they changed my loan server a month after my purchase. Ive tried to get in touch numerous times over the past two months with no avail.**EDIT: I reached out to customer relations with no response from them either.**2nd EDIT: They reached out after the edit. Im still waiting for the paperwork to be sent over so I can get the title registration fixed.

There is a particular individual who is named Ronald Rodriguez who has helped me with all of my paper work and made it a breeze since the beginning. I now need my first service since I purchased my car and he has been nothing but helpful and constantly trying to be of assistance. Above and Beyond - Ask for Scott Greenberg, the salesman who couldnt do enough. He walked me through the entire purchase process, made sure I could operate my new Lexus, and when I struggled with some of the more complex aspects, he came to my home to assist. If that wasnt enough, he helped me a second time with the Apple Play / Waze navigation system prior to my first road trip, had the car washed AND FILLED MY GAS TANK as the final surprise before going. Who does that??!! Oh..and about the car..its a flat-out fabulous ride.

If youre female and black, dont go to DARCARS to buy a car. Youll be completely taken advantage of by these unscrupulous car salesmen who work there. My sister-in-law bought a fully loaded car there for approximately $56k and she ended up financing $83k, not knowing that they stealthily added a bunch of items that she didnt need and didnt ask for. I visited the dealership with my sister-in-law in order for them to show some decency and remove some of the add-ons, the sales managers (Raffael) and (Brian), as well as the financial manager (Jimmy) agreed to remove some of the items in a couple of days. That was on May 8th, 2021. They never did it. She has called them over a dozen times, they keep telling her that the credits/refunds are coming and they have done nothing. Now shes getting ready to sue them and hopefully the local media will hear about the predatory lending that goes on at DARCARS, particularly with women and minorities.
Top of the line concierge service! I walked in at 1030 am and left at 130 pm with a brand new LEASE. Scott Greenberg and Rafael made this seamless and effortless. I could not say anything nicer about the service department at Lexus of Greenwich. Another service department was unable to find the issue in our vehicle and wanted to charge us a fortune to find something that they couldnβt promise they would be able to diagnose! We brought our vehicle to Greenwich and within 24 hours (they gave us a loaner vehicle), they knew exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it. We even had the chance to speak directly with the manager about it. Very nice staff and wonderful service. Thank you!
Had my Lexus RX350 in for a recall and was offered a loaner car, the was going to take a little longer so Justin from service went out of his way to accommodate me. I was also greeted at the door to make my drop off and pickup very easy and was greatly appreciated. I just picked up my new Lexus 450H. We were in Florida for the season and intended to purchase my new car there. However, when we came north to CT, we visited Lexus of Greenwich and we met Noelle Duncko and Wesley Baez. I was searching for a specific car and within minutes Noelle miraculously located the exact vehicle! Additionally, Wesley, our salesman, personally came out to our house and picked up and delivered our sons vehicle (for an appraisal) which we were considering as a trade-in. My car buying experience, which I usually dread, was outstanding in every way. Noelle and Wesley went above and beyond. It is no wonder why we purchased our 8th vehicle from Lexus of Greenwich.
BEWARE: There is nothing βpremiereβ about this Lexus dealership.My story starts off when my Husband and I decided to purchase 2 new lexus vehicles from Darcar Lexus Greenwich. After advertising that they are a βpremiereβ dealership, we expected at minimum, average customer service.Upon arriving we found 2 certified pre-owned vehicles we liked and decided to trade in our existing 3 cars. This was a 5-car transaction for Lexus. One of the cars we had, we owed a balance on, which wasnβt an issue as the finance department said they would conduct a loan payoff.We left that day with 2 certified pre-owned Lexus vehicles (an RX and an ES).l and spent a total of around $100,000. We were satisfied until the RX started to shake on the highway - just a week after purchasing it (only had 13,000 miles on it). Knowing something wasnβt right, I scheduled an immediate service for the vehicle. We then made the 1 1/2 drive back to Greenwich so they could find out what was wrong with the car. Come to find out the car was sold to me with bad rotors and cracked brake pads. Not sure if this dealership ever conducted the Lexus pre-sale inspection or if they just passed the car to us. Anyways, I didnβt think much of it and was happy that Lexus put new brakes on my car free of charge.At the time of the sale we purchased the L Certified insurance. We negotiated half off, which should have been $1,500 per vehicle. When we got to the finance office we did not see any of the numbers being inputted into the computer. When we arrived home that night and reviewed the paperwork we noticed they bait and switched us and charged us a full price of $3,000 per vehicle. We immediately demanded a refund which they said would be passed along to our loan company. Itβs been 6 weeks and still no refund.We have been watching our loan balance closely (the vehicle that was suppose to be paid off by Lexus) that we used for the trade in. It has been 6 weeks and according to Chase, Darcar has requested several payoff quotes but no check has been sent. Iβm now overdue on a Maserati payment because Darcar is advising the money was sent, however chase has no record of receiving it.Weβre happy to take the Maserati back if Darcar cannot make the loan payoff - but wait, theyβve already sold it to someone else, even though itβs not paid off from our account.In the end, it seems like Darcar wants to make a quick buck and wants to move cars. I am still owed a spare key for my vehicle which has not been sent to me (although they promised me a new key in a week).My husbands vehicle is also on dealer plates and he is driving around with an expired temporary registration (because it is only valid for 30 days). Also we cannot enter the state of Massachusetts per the instruction of the sales team saying we can get arrested for driving into the state with temporary dealer plates. Not sure when Darcar plans on getting us real license plates (which we already paid for). We have family in Mass and we canβt even visit them nor can we take it on vacation. We were specifically told we would only have dealer plates for 1 week. 6 weeks later and no communication from the dealership.Please save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle of retaining an attorney because you will probably need one somewhere in the process.We were looking forward to returning to purchase a new LC500 but Iβll spend my $110,000 at another Lexus dealership that understands the value of a customer.* A COMPLETE DUMPSTER FIRE *
Super fast service! I went in knowing what I was looking for and they were able to get the deal done quickly. The sales staff is very knowledgeable about each car and were willing to go to work for me when it came down to the numbers. This is my 3rd car purchase from Noelle and her staff and I will be returning for my 4th for sure!
As a new mom, my husband and I needed a new SUV for our family. We had wanted a Lexus for the longest time, and decided to go to the Greenwich dealership. This was my first experience with DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich and it will not be my last. The atmosphere is very warm, welcoming, tidy and every member of the team we spoke to, even in passing, was professional and genuine in their questioning and want to assist. Thomas Chen was my sales consultant and he was outstanding. He really went out of his way for me as I was there before they opened to secure a Lexus Certified preowned car that was in high demand. The process was seamless and his general knowledge and experience in the business as a whole was on full display. Mr. Chen is a consummate professional with a positive outlook.The Vice President of Sales, Mr. Hamayel also went out of his way to make me and my family feel welcomed and comfortable during our time in their showroom. He even offered, and did, buy us lunch while we waited for our paperwork on the purchased car to be finalized. He is definitely a class act and a true gentleman. And to everyone else whom our paths crossed during our time there, thank you all for your hard work, professionalism, and all-around caring attitude towards our needs and expectations. We have bought quite a few luxury cars from quite a few dealerships over the past few years. Hey guys I am here to tell you that if you are just doing research and going to buy a Lexus, please make sure that you come check out Darcars Lexus of Greenwich. The teams here treat you like family not just like another customers walking in the doors. On 1/27/21 I came here to purchase 1 vehicle and ended up with a Car and SUV because I got such a great deal. I did not feel rush to purchase or uncomfortable walking in. I had the pleasure of meeting a great Sales Associate named Joseph Lee (Joe). When I tell you he was just so great, professional and knowledgeable; mind you I was here with my fiancΓ© and my son (3). You know how it is to travel with a little one and everyone was so nice to us. Joe explained everything and more of what we needed to know regarding what we were or were thinking of purchasing. Joe did it all from explaining things to being hand on to make us feel comfortable. We got to meet the whole team from mangers to VP of Sales. It felt like a family and they offered us coffee and snacks while we were deciding what to get. Wish you guys come and experience what we experience from all department here at Lexus of Greenwich they even should open late so we could take home both vehicles. My wife and I purchased an RX 450h from Darcars Lexus of Greenwich (Pre-Owned) and could not be more pleased with the customer service and professionalism exhibited by the Sales team. Our salesman Olivier was very helpful and amiable and ensured that our questions were responded to promptly and accurately. He tried his best to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Sales Manager Dave Miller was very professional, decisive and honest. The vehicle we purchased required some relatively minor touch-ups, and Dave confidently assured us that the issues would be addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. He was a man of his word. The work performed was excellent and my wife and I were very pleased with the results. Horrible service. When I bought the car we told dealer we needed a DTF802 to register the car in NY. The dealer REFUSED and gave us a DTF-803. When we went to register the car into the NYS DMV they requested the DTF802 form. We contacted the dealer and they REFUSED to sign the DTF802 because they said it wasnt needed and that they knew better (to us it was just an excuse to force us to register the car through them. After an entire week of discussions, we had to PAID THEM $250 extra to register the car, as I said before ....we were trying to save some money and do it by ourselves.Its been WEEKS and we dont have plates for the car. We call and/or email Craig (sales person) every few days and he says there is no update and he wont give us contact information for his business office so that we can talk to them directly.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS DEALERSHIP.
I purchased my first Lexus certified pre-owned RX350. Walked into dealership at noon and drove my car home at five the same day. Great deal, clean car wonderful sales experience. Everything was seamless from start to finish.Worked with Dave Miller who was delightfully genuine and honest. Dave explained everything and didnβt try to upsell anything. We recently purchased a Lexus from DARCARS and our salesman wasOlivier Boukli. Oliveir was a full-service salesman. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the car in which we had an interest. He gave us a good demonstration. He was also very sensitive to our needs and concerns.
