I purchased a $190k - Rolls Royce Ghost through Miller Motorcars and was completely disappointed. We bought it online because it is Covid times and we live in Palm Beach, FL. I told Dave, our salesperson, I wanted no surprises with the paint on the vehicle, and he assured me the paint was flawless, and the there was absolutely no paint work done on the car.Unfortunately, that was not the truth. When the car was delivered we discovered there was over-spray from the mirror being painted according to Dave our salesperson. The over-spray was over the entire windshield, drivers side window, side view mirror, the chrome door handles, and all the way down the drivers side of the vehicle. The side-view mirror was also completely cloudy with over-spray. I called Dave our sales person to discuss our concerns. He went from telling us about the absolutely flawless paint during the sales process, to him immediately telling us that Yes, the car had spot paint done to the side view mirror, and the repair person does not do a good job with masking the rest of the car so over-spray does get over everything else. So basically, we were flat out lied to. Dave went from absolutely flawless paint and no paint work, to yes, the car had to be spot painted. I still trying to get the over-spray off of all the windows, and door handles, and the entire side of the car. To make matters worse, the chrome on the front grill and the door handles, and trunk are also completely scratched up. He also failed to disclose the chrome vents on the inside are gouged up from the prior owner having a phone mount attached to the air vent. He did send videos to us during the sales period, but failed to show the gouges in the chrome air vent, and other chrome scratches on the grill and bumper of the car. I repeatedly asked him to please disclose any imperfections including any scratches.So, lesson learned!! Never, ever rely on a salesperson to be truthful in what they tell you. We never should of bought the vehicle sight unseen and relied upon what the sales person told us, because they were flat out lies. Especially the fact that his story went from flawless paint/ no paint work during the sale, to yes the car was painted AFTER it was delivered.I also received an odd phone call one week after delivery claiming to be from Rolls Royce Corporate Satisfaction center asking me about my purchase. I told her our issues and she told me that, Yes, we have had the same exact over-spray paint complaints about other vehicles purchased at Miller Motorcars. I will have someone call you back about your concerns. I have never received a follow-up to that phone call. And when I call that phone number back, it is never answered. So I will try to contact Rolls Royce Corporate and let them know about our experience.My wife and I are completely disappointed. Buyer beware.

I had a wonderful time here. All of the salesmen were nice and helpful even though we were not going to purchase a car, nor be able to afford one. I was also able to get a quick look at the Paganis they had in the show room which was awesome. The Bugatti showroom is not open to the public unless you schedule an appointment with them. You can still look at them in front of the garage window though. If youre in the market for any sports car, supercar, and even hypercar car, this is the place for you! And by the way, the Lamborghini dealership is coming along great. Cant wait to see it finished!

Last month I was considering buying an Aston Martin. I took a quick trip to Miller Motorcars to get an in person look at the cars and spoke to Justin. He was very helpful and gave me all kinds of info. In the end, I bought a 2nd hand car from another dealer because I found the right color and options. Nonetheless, Justin continued to be helpful and even took time to show me color samples ( since photos online can be tricky). When my new car arrived, I took it Miller Motorcars and Justin took a look at it and gave me some tips and suggestions.

I had a number of what were probably stupid questions but Mike was extremely patient and answered everything without being the least bit pushy. John Henkel from the service department assisted me in evaluating a Ferrari F430 before purchasing it. I must have emailed John well over 30 questions. John answered all my questions in detail and gave additional advice about items outside of my scope of questions. John also gave me genuine advice about what needs attention now and what can wait versus the canned this is what the manufacture recommends answer. If you are new to the Ferrari brand, like I am this is kind of person that you want in your corner.

Purchased a 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ismail at Miller Motorcar.The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.I emailed Miller via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 and got a reply by 9 from Ismail with his phone number.I called and we arranged for him to hold the car as it was a 6 plus hour drive for us.We headed to Greenwich on Monday morning and the car was exactly as represented.As the car was CPO I got great financing and an extended warranty.The car had a small flaw in the rear bumper which frankly could have been touched up but they wanted to repaint the bumper.I am very fussy about bodywork and the job is perfect.Also the general manager told us as we had traveled so far for the car they would deliver it to us.Everything happened as scheduled.I would not hesitate to shop at Miller again they were great to deal with and they do what they say.Ismail was great to deal with as was everyone at Miller and the car makes me smile everytime I stand on the gas!

Rob Rizzo was professional and spent the time answering my questions about the Ferrari inventory at Miller Motorcars and how the dealership operates. I had questions about the vehicle history and wanted to see service records (including compression readings), Rob Rizzo assured me that Miller Motorcars sells good cars that will serve their new owners well. It turns out that all service records were/are complete and Miller Motorcars does sell quality used Ferraris. The paperwork for the purchase was in order, the out of state reg and title was processed by Rob and Miller Motorcars at a minimal cost to me (less than my local NJ Chevy dealer charges). There were no issues from start to finish with the transaction. Rob Rizzos word is good and Miller Motorcars in Greenwich CT sells excellent used Ferraris.

A beautiful place with beautiful cars. The staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous to me. Even though I am a child and have no chance of affording any of their cars. I especially like the Rolls Royce and Bentley dealerships (personal favorites) and Aston Martin. Just bought a shirt from them, high quality merchandise! Just can’t even express how many great experiences I have had here. I recommend this dealership to any and every person. It was refreshing to receive outstanding service and competitive pricing for once. Friends and I drove from Philadelphia to Greenwich to collect the Bentley. The terms were negotiated by telephone and when we arrived we were greeted warmly and led through a very enjoyable and informative tutorial. Katerina helped put the deal together and was ever so professional and charming in her conduct. The drive up from Philadelphia was entirely optional,Miller offered to have the car shipped. My friends and I decided to make a trip of it and it was worth it. I went out of state to get a car from them for the price, for starters. They worked around my after-hours schedule to make it as convenient as possible for me. I recently purchased my second Maserati from Shima at Miller. I have to say that I expected more service and hand holding because of the price point and he absolutely exceeded my expectations. They sell Rolls Royce and other luxury vehicle brands from a premier location in Greenwich. Whats not to love about that? They also sell Pagani, Bugatti, Bentley, Ferrari, Aston Martin and others. If you want to take a closer look at the showroom before visiting they have Google Business View as does many car dealers and businesses in the know, so you can tour the facility from the comfort of your home and then visit when your available. I have my eye on the Rolls Royce Ghost Series 2, thats why I had to check them out.
