Not only is jennifer beautiful (I could hardly take my eyes off her) she was so very easy to make me feel I was her only business at that time. She smiled a lot made me feel comfortable and was so knowledgeable I asked her if she had gone to college to lear what she was doing.Very, very impressed with the way I was treated.

Jennifer was simply amazing. Our transfer from another phone carrier was complicated & took over 3 hours due to some issues with the account but Jennifer was so knowledgeable, very patient and extremely helpful through the entire process. Loved our experience at Russell Cellular. Such good customer service after a slight wait. (Found out while I was there that theyre the 3rd busiest Verizon store in the states!!!!!!) So is thats truly the case........ they aced it, seriously!!!!! They were very patient with me lack of technology, so thats a big plus! I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, especially considering the wait list when I arrived. Couldnt have had a better experience. 😁👍BTW, Carlos was my saving grace. So......... Carlos I sincerely thank you. 😉

I came in yesterday to pick up an IPhone 12 I pre-ordered. After finding it, the woman helping me grabbed a screen protector, a case, and a charger brick to sell me with it. She told me that I should buy them because they would be discounted since I was buying a phone, or something vague to that effect. I told her that I did not need a case or charger brick, but did not explicitly say I wanted the screen protector. She never informed me of the $50 price tag on the screen protector. Nevertheless, she applied the screen protector (which was smaller than it should have been) to the phone and then told my the bill was $150 for the IPhone 12 and the screen protector. I assumed most of that was the phone and paid it. She charged me, signed the receipt FOR ME, folded it in half so I wouldnt look too closely and sent me on my way. However after getting home and realizing the screen protector was $50 dollars and she had signed my name on the receipt, on top of it not even being the correct size, I took it off and took it back to return it. When I got there, the same two people were there, they told me I could not return it, and the man that had been there looked me in the face and lied, telling me that he HEARD her tell me the price of the screen protector. This was a complete lie, and I am not sure of the legality of her signing my initials on the receipt. I would highly encourage anyone reading this to do their business elsewhere.

Customer service was quick and fast dealing with Heather at Russell Cellular. Excellent customer service compared to the customer service over the telephone with Verizon representatives. Calling Verizon for help they place you on hold for extended wait times or hang up on you still not solving your phone issues. Thanks Heather for your awesome help!

I would have given a 5 star but he talked really fast and didn’t seem to slow down or clarify. He did really try hard to make a connection with us by talking about 80’s movies. I just felt rushed through the process. I’d recommend though because They always take care of us.

Would Have left a 1 Star review if it weren’t for Laprisha Rector. She’s extremely nice and helpful! However, this location seems to be EXTREMELY understaffed. Came in on Tuesday 3/23/21 with only 2 ppl working @ 6:20pm. Both employees helping ppl and 1 woman and her daughter waiting ahead of me. No big deal. So I sit and wait until 1 of the employees finally finishes with her customer. It’s about 7:40pm @ this point. Unfortunately, that employee now has to rush to Applebee’s to clock in for her second job. She says goodbye to Laprisha and nothing to me as I possibly could have made her late to clock in @ Applebee’s. Ok, kind of rude to not even ask what I need help with but i understand you’re working hard and doing what you have to survive, no biggie. So I wait about another 45 mins, around 8:20pm (They close @ 8pm and have already locked the doors) before Laprisha finishes with her customer and politely asks what I need. At this point I know Laprisha wants to go home as bad as me so I tell her “I wanted to upgrade my phone but since it’s so late can I make an appointment for tomorrow?” She said “We don’t really do appointments but since you’ve waited so long I’ll take your info down and let my employees know you’re coming in tomorrow around the same time.” (Around 6:30pm) I said “ok great” and left. Stopped by there today (3/24/21) @ 6:25pm and there’s 1 guy working. Yes, just 1 guy. Did not get his name but @ this point he’s already helping someone and there are 2 other ppl waiting. So I explain my situation and all he says is to come in @ 2 or 3pm. I told him I work later than that and he just rolled his eyes and continued helping his customer. Very disappointed, I told the 2 guys still waiting “good luck” and left. Very disheartening to say the least, but I do hope Ms. Rector finds a more well run location to devote her time, effort, and politeness to.

I had the pleasure of working with Heather in the Greenville Texas Verizon store. My situation was a bit complex. I needed to switch from Sprint, and do it at the same time my son did, and he was in a store in another town. And...we needed to add his wife to the act. And...we all needed new phones. They gave my wife a quote in writing. We waited two days and and decided to use there service. I sent my wife with said quote to store while I was at work. She came back with total different plan, stating that the offer was no longer available...kinda like the bait and switch. Then they wouldnt let me return my phone. Said they couldnt find my account. Keep in mind Im standing there with a bill in my hand. Made me go to sulphur spring.

Got a new phone and watch for xmas. went to exchange the phone and watch and only to find you pay a restock fee each item so 70.00 plus the promotion was misreading . so out 200 and have nothing to show for it. so Disappointed felt like they totally take advantage of the people.. highly would not recommend this store. lesson learned. zero stars.

Worse customer service EVER! Jonathan has no idea what hes doing. Observed him and other associate discussing customers account benefits with each other out loud for all to hear while working with customers at two sales terminals. My turn, purchased 2 wireless chargers and a replacement screen protector. Asked Jonathan to install. I go home, guess what... it doesnt work. Spent over $200.00...last night! I call first thing this morning and explained what is going on with the screen.....Jonathan says theres nothing they can do about it because hes never heard of this problem before. OH REALLY....just a week ago another customer posted her review here saying basically the same thing I am saying.DUDE..... the screen protector you me doesnt work!! Verizon policy says I have 14 days to return accessories and this includes ALL stores, direct or authorized retailers alike.I have contacted corporate and am in the process of filling a formal complaint. Per corporate, I first have to go back to the store and make another attempt for resolution. Of he still refuses to fix the problem or refund me, I have been instructed to call customer service from the store.Buyer Beware!! Go to the Rockwall or Terrell locations or any other store. I do not recommend going to the Greenville store. Just terrible experience.

I wish i could give them zero stars. This is not a legitimate Verizon store. They have very different policies and procedures than a true Verizon customer service experience. They also dont have to honor much of what they do because they are not part of a larger corporation and image. Its not the employees fault on policies; however, if they make a mistake on installation or charges its on you. They dont have to do anything to make it right. Additionally you can tell their commission drives a correction decision with you. They seemed lazy about fixing an error because they werent earning anything on the error fix given someone else earned the commission on the original sale. Worst customer service experience in a long run - and based on the other comments here - it sounds like at least i am only out a small amount of money for an old jet pack model that they gave me that they didnt fully activate properly and wouldnt refund without being in the original box.

The staff at this location are poorly trained on what they are selling and do not have any idea what they are saying. I recommend not using this location ever un less you want to lose money and want to have a very unsatisfying visit.
