5 stars for Clayton!! The only helpful, informative and patient employee in there. Actually acted like he cared and wasnt just trying to get me out the door.He saved my phone number when I switched service providers to TMobile and went the extra mile to make sure the port was successful. During my previous visit, the employee failed to port my number, and was very unprofessional, but Clayton went the extra mile. He needs a raise!

I was nervous about coming in but my experience with Demetrius was a solid 10/10. He was super knowledgeable and overall a very friendly associate. Not only was he friendly, he was patient. As someone who typically really dislikes going into phone stores for anything, I wouldnt mind coming back and would even recommend others go to this location.

We just want to shout out Demetrius today, he has the patience of a saint and worked hard to help us with returning our phones . Demetrius gave us great customer service even though he knew we already purchased phones from another carrier . He was courteous and went out of his way to help us ! This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had in a cellphone store. They greeted me promptly, even though I am a person thats not pressed by greetings. Many of the associates were busy but one stepped aside and gave me a wait time of about 30 minutes. I always expect that a phone purchase can take a bit to do so I understood and browsed the store. If I had any questions, the reps were willing to step aside when they had a moment. I appreciated their attentiveness they gave their other customers because I knew I would be taken care of the same way. I appreciated their knowledge, customer service, and ability to not rush me out the door. They got me everything I needed before I walked out. Also, there was a woman that was irate because she didnt get greeted within 3 seconds. They handled her kindly and professionally and the woman chose to continue to be irate and left. These guys are great. Will be going back.

So I went in there looking to upgrade my phone. I was served by this young man who at first had great customer service. We were having small conversations while my phone was upgrading. It went bad by him not realizing he could potentially be asking a sensitive question towards my behalf and we had a tense debate. His professionalism went downhill afterwards. He didn’t even want to wait for my phone to finish upgrading and sarcastically attacked my intelligence by me wondering why he wouldn’t wait for it to finish and the steps afterwards. I apologized and was the bigger person and he didn’t even care to apologize. Leaving me feeling discriminated after this interaction. This store needs diversity training ASAP.

A lot is going on but t mobile done there thing. They had blessed us. It was only a day late but that was better then the date they said we would receive the phone. So t mobile really did the best they could have. I would have gave them 5 if it came Friday. Thanks t mobile. I told my son not to let yal down in school. The rest is on him now

This store has the best customer service, I’m not even a T-Mobile customer and needed and Brian spent over an hour trying to get my phone right going above and beyond his job and takes to numerous customer services people on the phone. When I was there both Brian and Randell were extremely helpful! Keep up the good work everyone!

The girl who was helping us out was rude and discarded everything we told her about switching phones. When asked for advice comparing features she was not interested. Worst customer experience ever. We left the store without purchasing a new phone because of it. We usually shop at the t mobile close to Asheville and they are always great. Very disappointed.

Last month I spoke with two different supervisors and two customer service representatives all saying that I was getting double charged for my account one of the supervisors told me that the 341.98 that I paid covered everything and I was caught up then I get another bill last month saying I owed 255.25 but the service representative took off 150 due to me getting over charged which I only had to pay 140 now this month I get a bill that says my balance is 240.68 and the lady and the guy is telling me its because of the 255.25 that I owed and Im like no the 341.98 covered all of that which was said to me by a different supervisor the supervisor I had spoken with kept talking over me instead of actually trying to listen Im getting tired of having to pay just about 300 dollars a month because t-mobile keeps making mistakes on my account fix it or Im switching companies
