This place is so great I actually went and got a job there.Very friendly all of the staff and knowledgeable about all of the products in the store.Great overall experience.

Always a fun variety of products, and with it being primarily focused on pre-owned items theres never any telling what youll find. Today I literally found a movie I never thought was put on DVD and a movie long lost from my childhood. Trade-in prices can be pretty good especially if able to get as store credit.

Nice variety of games,movies, game systems. Clean and well maintained store. Would have gave a 5 star but give the employee a double shot espresso stat before she falls asleep.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They asked if we were looking for something particular. When we said no we were left to shop how we saw fit. But they were never too far away if we had any questions. My sons love the used Transformers they got there that were definitely Not over priced.

You HAVE to stop by. Games can come and go quickly it seems (or at least the systems Im looking for), so come in often and dont leave without buying that game youre on the fence about. Yesterday someone was on the fence and theyre coming by after you today to grab it. Also, very friendly staff at the Greenville location. Theyll help you clean a disc or chat about their favorite games if theyre not too busy.

I always enjoy visiting it, nostalgia and the latest games, interesting toys, and my son loves it. They no longer require masks. One neutral comment. The games are priced by demand. Popular titles are pricier regardless of age, less sought after titles can be as low as 2$ vs pokemon being 44$

Wow, just moved to Greenville and i got to give these guys props! They have great deals to get some free games and movies. The game selection is amazing and fairly priced, but the real deal here is the employees. Not only are they all quick to greet you, but they are also warm and friendly. You can tell that the company takes good care of them because they truly care about their jobs. Leaps and bounds better than the local GAMESTOP, who act like sleazy used car salesmen. If you want an honest, down to earth game store experience, come here! I will definitely be returning!

I live so far out in the sticks we cant get decent internet. The internet we can get requires a tower a d is only sold by the gb with a mix of 50gb a month. These guys have been so nice to do all my updates/game installs for me at no charge! They also have great prices on the products they carry with a good warranty. If you pass by you should check them out!

The employees are extremely RUDE! My brother has a severe medical condition and had to go inside to look for something. He held the mask over his face, still covered. Two employees were rude, and a red headed girl yelled at him from the other side of the store! They didn’t care that he had a medical condition... They’ll never see another penny from us. Retrain your employees, or fire them. They are always mouthy & rude.

Christine is an excellent employee. Very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, Christine no longer is employed at this location. In addition, due to a certain red head employee and her manager I am altering my review and rating due to the face mask policy being enforced even with a medical reason to abstain from wearing it. Those that are unable to wear the face mask safely are no longer welcome at this location.

Prices are a bit high comparatively.

Ok service but there disk cleaning machine is always broken for weeks at a time so u leave with scratched game game disks.1 trip i had to return 4 times because disk would not play or they gave the wrong game by mistake.

There was a used nintendo switch there, I was thinking about getting, but my mom said its only $40 less than a brand new one...

This store is an absolute rip off. Theyll give you $30 for a TV and turn around and sell it for $140. The staff is completely unprofessional and frankly doesnt care about customer satisfaction. I took 4 PS4 games to this location and got $25 then tried to get rid of my 43 LG TV and they offered me $34.50. please tell me how that makes sense.

What is it about the Game X Change that makes it so awesome? Is it towering shelves of movies and games that you can buy new or used at a great price? Is it all the color of the walls, the dim lights, retro style carpet...odd smell of BO and must 😲 that EVERY one of the stores seems to have? Or is it how nice and great the staff is? No idea but we LOVE IT(all but the smell) this location is a newer one and it has it all!!!!

If you love old school consoles and games, this IS your new favorite place. Im not saying they dont have current titles and consoles, but what impressed me the most was the old school selection. Theyre much friendlier and better staffed than Game Stop as well. There are also DVDs available, its a terrific place to purchase second hand entertainment!

This store reminds me heavily of game stop except is has older games and systems for far too much. Not sure whats going on in their mind that makes them think old used items are worth that much. I wouldnt recommend shopping here as a first resort, definitely shop around other places first.

Shaquille is the most personable and made my visit very easy very painless. Cody helped me find many games I needed with no problem! Tyler was very understanding when I told him I was selling Pokémon cards, and he told me he would give me the best deal that he could. Elizabeth was very easy to approach, she’s very sweet and funny! I felt like they all genuinely cared about me as a customer.I would just like to thank the management here, to tell them thank you. Employees were not following company policy during the transaction and quoted us well over $100 or $200 right before we signed then told us it would only be $48.50 and we were too late, it is what it is. We asked to speak with a manager and they said there was noone they could call that all the prices were usual.Usual prices being $0.10 for 2020 blurays, full series boxsets, wireless controllers, turtle Beach ps4 headsets, Nintendo switch accessories, etc.

Around 12 minutes to find the games and even refused to sell a PS2 game because it had not for resale on the front.Very dissatisfied with my trip unlikely to return anytime soon.I purchased two copys of halo 2 a gamecube game and a playstation game.She over charged me twice and even decided to dispute her error with me after she said 42.50 it then went to 46.something And finally got the correct sales price at 38.00.Id definitely clean house and get some associates who know the products in order to save this store.I dont see a future for this place if they dont get it together.

I dont know any employees by name yet but I genuinely want them all to know I appreciate bringing my business here. A few weeks ago I bought a memory card for my gamecube here and it ended up being faulty, the staff replaced it for me with a smile. Its nice to know a store cares about their customers (:

Customer service is great, and friendly. Very nice place to pick up a cheap flick or even a used video game. Now if they had toys and stuff having Hastings gone wouldnt be such a big deal! But the buy two get one free deal is very convenient.Stop by and spend a buck or 5!

At 3:30 to 4 pm at this store on December 1 I came in to buy a games. When I was getting ready to play for my games a other customer come in with a pokemon go switch the newest one the worked all four of them started fighting over it I told them I wanted to buy it they told me no and that they would make sure I would be satisfied the next time it came in but never once got my info they where all to busy trying to buy it first . After they got my money for the games one of the guys started to buy it right in front of me. I know when your working you cant buy stuff till your shift is over and he just checked me out. He wasnt on break or leaving I want this solved and will never come back to this store and will let everyone I know not to come to this store

Clean store store, well stocked and manned by friendly staff. If youre in the market to purchase used games or films, definitely check them out, They have an impressive selection, including a lot of old school cartridge games. The pricing is far more reasonable than game Stop or the like, so theyre a delight to shop with.

When I first walked in a staff member imedently asked if I needed any help, and when I said it was my first time there. They showed where the sections are ie movies, t.v shows,games. And when super nice and friendly easily on of the best places Ive been in.

They dont give a lot of money for something and when you try to buy something similar or the same product you sold, they sell it for 3 to 4 times the price. I think they should either give more money or sell things for less.

The one in McKinney is better, it takes too long to get help when theyre busy. Mostly because casual conversations seem to take priority instead of taking care of the people in line

I wish I would have gotten his name but I did not. I was in there Sunday jan 26 before closing. My son is autistic and was having a meltdown and these guys were so understanding and helped me even with a screaming child. He loves watching me play mario Kart so i picked one up for my D.S. These guys are great. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Games galore and used movies make for a great place to spend a little bit get a lot. One of the few places around that cater to actual old school gaming. Reasonable prices for trades and a varied selection of titles from NES to PS4. Even has Atari Jaguar games. It is a gaming geek paradise.

There are DVDs you cant find just anywhere and I usually find them there and it they dont go back in two weeks then tada they had it.: ) I asked if they carried Jeff Dunham DVDs and they told me they stopped carrying comics.like that. I told them life is sad and violent enough we need more shows to make us laugh.

This video game store is fully stocked. You can find pretty much anything here. Vintage games, accesories and consoles. Some used items might be a little rough but they have a great 60 day warranty with unbelievable prices. They beat pretty much any game store including GameStop. Service is also incredible, the kids that work there are very helpful and courteous. I feel like Im in a candy store, so many memories from my childhood I can now share with my kids.

Don’t do business with a company that knows they’ve messed up and refuses to fix their mess up. Shelby Wooster, the manager who refused to give me her name knew damn well what she did. All good though, I’ll be reporting this company to the BBB, and I’ll make sure to let everyone know who needs something from a game place to spend their money elsewhere.

Well they have some good old games but that the only thing working for them they dont really sale new game like Wal-Mart or really game stop but if they did they really could beat game stop but some of the employees are nice some shouldnt be work there not friendly at all.
