Guys in here were quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful when my Note 10 plus broke. Even though my phone was unfixable they were able to clone it and get all my pictures back I thought I had lost as the last backup I had run was incomplete and a lot of my pictures did not restore to my new phone.

Yall when I say I just about died the day I dropped my phone and broke it...OMG, died is an understatement. I hadnt had my phone for 2 solid days when it fell out of my bookbag and hit the pavement...my fault for not zipping it up all the way, and the phone case I wanted had to be ordered. It arrived the next day...but anyway yall these guys at uBreakiFix are great 👍. I took my phone to them that morning and had it back in about 2hrs. Happy as heck to have my phone back I purchased a case from them also even though my case was due to arrive the next day(I wasnt taking anymore chances). Went in because my son broke his laptop screen. Michael went back to check to see if they had the replacement part, they didnt and he ordered the part, gave me the repair price and the date it would be ready. I managed to crack the back glass of my OnePlus 8 pro. I was afraid it would cost a small fortune to fix but I knew a repair was necessary to maintain the phones water resistance. Got the screen replaced. My phone was hypersensitive and went haywire near other electronics. Now ABout a week later my New screen cracked in protective case form a fall off a chair arm. With Apple screens I’ve dropped my phone all the time without cracking so something is not right about these screens. They are not Apple certified screens and was not told that when I went to have it replaced and paid $250

Took a phone there to be fixed, one thing it took 5 days which wasnt what was promised. But ok things happen i thought.phone was ok at first then it acted same way once. Being very busy I didnt call them right away. Thursday 17th it messed up cant be used. Called them its ok because its stillu covered. I drive over 30mins to be treated like im a fool.

They were good for the first time I got my phone fixed, but I recently fell and broke my phone and took it the next day to be repaired. After paying $211, my phone calibration was off so whenever I tried to text, it wouldnt tap on the correct letters. There is also a small green dot inside of the screen. It then began to give me a notification that said cannot verify this is a genuine apple display but I was told it would go away after a few weeks. THEN I woke up one morning and the screen was completely shattered just one week after it was fixed. It started to not allow me to use Snapchat, or even the flash at all. Whenever I FaceTime its super slow and delayed and often goes black. I went in two days after I found it shattered and asked if there was anyway they could fix it because I was having so many problems and I was told I would have to pay again for a new screen because the warranty doesnt cover physical damage. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Absolutely do not send your phone into them to get it repaired. I have called several times to get a tracking number for the phone they repaired and sent back to me with no avail. The manager could not get the tracking number and said he would call me back when he found it. I did not receive a call back. Called 2 days later and they still cannot produce a tracking number. For all I know they may still have my phone. Absolutely terrible customer service.Update: They admitted that they accidentally sent my phone to an employees address instead of mine and that is why I didnt get a tracking number until 4 days after I asked. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would not trust this company with any device.

I drooped my laptop off for a screen repair with a 5-7 return date. After 10 days, I called and was told the tech had been sick and out a few days but my computer would be ready by lunch the next day. I called before lunch to ensure it would be ready. I was then told the part had not been ordered nad would not be here for 10 more days. I received no calls from them. Had I not called them, they would have had my computer for 20+days. I am now going to pick up my device. Worst customer service ever!

They did have the battery I needed for the note 10 but it was 131.00 and took 3 1/2 hours to get it put in. I could have purchased it from Batteries Plus for 69.00 but they didnt have one in stock. I will not use them again if Im not in a tight to get the battery.

Went in for a speaker problem. they cleaned it and is a whole lot better. its not perfect but I can use it and they didnt charge a dime and I believe they worked on it for 30 minutes. what can you ask for for free. he could have sold me a speaker but he tried to save me some money. I dropped off a ps4 on December 20 for a simply disc drive replacement it turned into a long 6 weeks, starting with them replacing the disc drive but when I put in games a error code pop up and I keep taking it them saying this was popping up and it became a long 6 weeks of being told back and forth that it was fixed but guess what it wasnt so final they took out the new disc and gave me a refund but nope that wasnt the end of that they corrupted my ps4 hard drive i called them basically the repair guy said its not our fault basically not taking responsibility in short this is a trash company .definitely disrespect by some of the employees there

Work was good but the time quoted to me was off by three hours. Wouldnt have been a big deal but I went into the store 5 times and each time they told me that it would be 15 more minutes. Then they forgot to add the protector I asked for and I had to wait again.

Took my iPhone in for a screen replacement 3 weeks ago. Barely dropped the phone with a protective case and screen protector and the screen cracked. The tempered glass screen protector did not but the phone screen they replaced did. They are using poor quality screens. Called to see if anything could be done and I was told no. I understand this was my fault but just be aware that they are using very cheap screens. Not worth $110 dollars.

I just left your store with an issue that Verizon would not fix and its there phone and Im a customer. I went into your store and Jacob immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how could he help me. All i needed was the battery replaced. Jacob took the phone to the back and I watched him wait on several other customers while i waited. I teach customer service and have 3 business degrees and was blown away with his service. He treated each person like a true customer and maintained a smile the entire time even when approached with a difficult situation. He is a jewel and you should be proud to have an employee like him working for you. Think the other employees said he was new but he performed like a true veteran. Very poor customer experience here. I dropped my phone off and was told it would be ready in about 3 hours. I was fine with that. They were to fix the front screen on my Samsung device. After more than 3 hours my spouse goes into the store to see if it is ready and was told to come back in 30-45 minutes, so he does and is told the same thing again. Given no reason at all as to what the hold up is, poor communication. I dropped my phone off at 10 a.m. which is when they open and picked my still broke phone up at 6:50 p.m. Had I not asked the explanation why my phone was not fixed they would have not ever told me. I feel sorry for the nice guy they sent out to give me my phone. I was looking to buy a case, not one for my Samsung Galaxy 9+, a screen protector and they did not have that either, and had a wireless charger in tow but put it back upon receiving my still broke phone. The biggest issue I had here was the poor communication. Had I been told that 3 hours in to fixing my phone that it would not pass due to water resistant test I would have understood. I was told nothing and only left in the dark. On top of that you cracked the glass on the back of the phone repairing the glass on the front of the phone. No matter what I was doing with the broke device afterwards the back glass on the phone that was given to you unbroken and in great condition should not have been given back to me cracked and damaged which is excellent reasoning for it not passing water resistant testing. Why on earth Asurion has you as a professional business that fixes phones is beyond my me. I will be reporting this to them. Communication was terrible, you broke more than you fixed so you really do not know what you are doing, and just a piece of advice get another number from your customers that they could possibly be reached at so you can touch base with them about their phone and not leave them in the dark for 9 hours.

Honest and trustworthy. I called to inquire about getting an old nintendo wii fixed, and they let me know up front that it would be much cheaper to replace than to fix and even told me where I could find a replacement in town. If I have any tech issues in the future this will be the first place I go.

FANTASTIC customer service and pricing. The guys at the counter are super cool. The other places in Greenville wanted to charge me $600+ to repair my touch screen laptop. U Break I Fix repaired it for $235. And they repaired it EXTREMELY fast. Although the repair isnt perfect (the screen has one weird spot where the pixels are of) I really dont care. Its not very noticeable. And Im a student, so I just need a functioning computer to help me get my college assignments done.

I dropped my phone off at 1 PM for a front screen repair and a factory reset because my phone was disabled. they told me it’ll be done in about 2 hours but they said they are backed up so it could take longer and they will call me when it’s done and got my phone number. 3 PM rolls around NO CALL. Then 4 PM, then 5 PM then 6 PM I finally decide to go in and ask cause this is ridiculous. I live 2 hours away so I was waiting on the call but I wish I didn’t wish i would’ve been came in my phone was probably done between 3-4 PM and they didnt tell me. Then when I’m told it’s been fixed they say they basically forgot to reset it so they will now start the reset. So now i have to wait another 30 minutes. Very unprofessional I haven’t got my phone yet but it better be perfect after I had to deal with this.

Great services! It took 2 hours for them to fix the water damage and cracked screen on my iPhone 8. Also it was $23 cheaper than the place I was originally planning to get it fixed at. The total cost + tax was $107. A good price for fixing a phone that wouldn’t turn on due to water and a hole in the screen basically. (Though my home button is now very sensitive to every touch now.) They also did some additional repairs like fixed my SIM card holder since apparently a piece of it was bent.Great place to go, and I recommend trying to get an appointment on their website first.Just a forewarning, they will need your password for your phone while working on it. This may seem like a downside, but it is necessary.

Called three times and talked to three different people. All three said different prices! They were suppose to order the screen and when I called a few days later they say the didnt order it and also dont do the work themselves. So when I told them who I talked to they all seem to say the other person doesnt really know. 252 wireless had new screen in it in a hour and alot cheaper!

I went in with a cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and left it with them overnight went back the next day and it qas fixed, looked good as new!

Brought my phone in to repair a cracked screen came back after an hour and was told they were finishing my phone up. Waited for another 30 min and an employee came out and said the touch screen no longer worked and that they were going to try another screen and to come back before they closed. Came back at 6:50 and the employee said that the phones touch screen didnt work and that they wouldnt be working on it anymore because they were going to be closing at 7. Went in with a perfectly good phone besides a cracked screen left disappointed and without a working phone and now I cant get any of my information off my phone because it is locked and the screen wont work. Will never recommend to anyone in the area.

You had my phone for 11 days, not ONE phone call from you. I went to your store 4 times to pick up the phone and each time it wasn’t ready and you gave me a different reason every time. I called 3 times, the first you couldn’t find the phone, the second time you “thought the other guy put the wrong screen on”, the third time you still had to charge it because it died on you and you had to make sure it worked. Again, not ONE phone call from you and it took my husband going in today and sitting in your waiting room for over an hour for you to produce the phone. No I’m sorry, no let me give a discount.....yes, people make mistakes, yes things fall through the cracks but normally an apology or some kind of good customer service goes along with it, but not from you guys.
