Poor customer service. The two women are not helpful at all. They dont greet the customers with a smile. They dont want to answer questions and they treat their customers like they are bothering them. Why else would they sigh before answering a question. The heavy lady with the freckles across her nose is the ring leader, the other lady follow s suit. Cricket is a good service, but those two employees are not! Rozshonda Mickel is the lady with the freckles that I mentioned. How was she able to write a review about the customer service that Im complaining about?

I received the BEST customer service from representative Shemond G at the Greenville, MS today. Id recommend her service to EVERYONE. Miss Shemond deserves a raise after the services she has provided.

I went to this location to get a family member a phone. My saleswoman, whose name I can’t recall, Maybe Chrissy or something, was extremely rude, made various mistakes trying to rush through the sale, and entered the incorrect name after she had me write it out on paper then caught attitude for her mistakes. It resulted in an additional $216 authorization that didn’t fall off for 4 days all because of someone rushing like they had to put out a fire. When I reached out to Rozshonda, the manager to advise of the concern, she had contracted COVID-19, and I didn’t feel comfortable having her deal with these issues when she needed to focus on her health. I called back a couple days later to ask for Rozshonda’s manager and I have not gotten a phone call to this day. This store should get better trained employees as I have seen numerous times of police being called to this location because of altercations between customers and staff employees. It’s the customer that keeps the doors open and the attitude should reflect such. If you don’t like people or your job then maybe you shouldn’t work with the public. Spend your money other places where your dollars spend are appreciated. This establishment needs to retrain or replace the staff.
