They are seriously what businesses should strive to be- Came with a crack so bad on the iPhone screen it wouldn’t display the picture sometimes. He fixed it while I waited at the store! I just sat down and watched part of an avengers movie for maybe 30ish minutes and it was good as new. The price was very reasonable, especially for that expedient of a service (in comparison to mobile phone stores where it takes WEEKS and costs MORE) and was less than what I thought it was going to be. The staff was super friendly and it was just a great atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for future repairs!

I shattered the glass on my iPhone 11 and they had it finished with that plastic coating on it within an hour! I originally called a couple days prior, and they straight up gave me a price. When I walked in (no appointment) a few days later, it was the same price I was told over the phone. I really appreciate their professionalism and did not waste my time. My phone was fixed in about an hour, during the repair the camera lens that was scratched broke so they replaced the back of the phone at no cost to me. We had to pay about 200 dollars to get my ps4 fixed, and it took about 3 weeks. The problem is that they only fixed one problem and i had two that i listed. Also for some reason they created a new problem that wasnt a problem before and we had to take it back again. Got it back and it is STILL broken and we have given up on it. Do not recommend for ps4 repairs

Ava got my phones charger port fixed quickly with just some tweezers saving me a 100 dollar replacement, would reccommend.Turns out it was just dirt and not a broken part, got it done no charge.

They had the parts needed for repair, completed the repair in a fast timeframe, were knowledgeable and super friendly.

These guys were remarkable! Nate originally assisted me and Whalen did the repairs. Whalen went above and beyond to be on phone with me while fixing. I had to call him back several time to give him some information from my son. He was very very patient and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They will be fixing any of my phones in the future!!!

Im sorry I meant to post 1 star to your other store in Cherrydale area. Although he was a wonderful, personable cashier, I didnt like the prices of the unlocked cells he had available 550 or 600, I went to best buy and got an unlocked cell for 120.00 I originally went to spectrum store they directed me to your store on woodruff, I wondered why when there was a cpr store around the corner from where I lived. I will repost a 1 star review to the other store instead so sorry.

They would not change my cell phone battery because I had my own battery.

I brought my iPhone to have a cracked screen replaced. The whole experience with this CRP location was exceptional. My phone was ready to go right on time, for exactly the price they estimated. It looks brand new. This location has also done a great job with safety precautions. Social distancing, mask wearing, and sanitizing stations are all clearly marked.

I brought my daughters iPhone 7 in for a cracked screen replacement. I did not have her code to unlock the phone, but left it anyway because there was nothing else wrong with the phone. When I picked it up, I still did not have the code, but the new touch screen looked fine and the phone was powered up. As soon as I got home, my daughter let me know immediately that the HOME button was not functioning. The thumb print is still recognized but pressing the home button does nothing.I called the store and returned the phone for them to take a look. They offered to fix it but for an additional charge. I was not happy, but the GM did reach out to me and explained the importance of having your code. All is good. I have used them a lot over the years and they have always provided fantastic service.Lesson learned - Have your code!

I dropped off two phones. One with a broke screen and one with a broke back plate. They fixed both quickly at a reasonable price. They also have cases and a sanitizing station. I will be going back for sure. Great experience.

Do not come to this location. Go to any other place. I used to work for CPR and they did great work and treated the customers fairly. I recently moved near this area decided to get my phone fixed after it getting cracked and they fixed it and correctly the screen was popping off I had to go in to get it fixed again. At which point the screen started to flash and when I came in to get that fixed they gave me problems. Go anywhere else they treat you fairly but this place sucks.

I’ve had my Phone screen replaced twice by CPR on Woodruff. They are fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They also have a good selection of cases and screen protectors that accommodate most phones. Will be going back to them with any phone problems (hopefully not too soon).

Did not honor promise of if we are unable to successfully repair your device, there is no charge.Reply: Did return to store and on your 2nd attempt to fix, the blinking screen continued. Sent email as requested of the blinking screen and received email advising to return to store for refund. Did this and it was refused. Cant keep back and forth to store. It was not successfully fixed and the written warranty was not honored.UPDATE: This matter came before the Court as a Bench Trial June 9, 2021. The Defendant was mailed a Summons and notice of hearing on May 12, 2021 but did not appear. After a review of the record, the testimony and credibility of the Plaintiff as well as the pleadings, the Court finds by a preponderance of the evidence for the Plaintiff. Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff $179.99 plus $80 court costs.The warranty states Repair. The service was a repair not just a purchase of a product. The refund was initially approved as warranty stated but CPR refused to honor the warranty as stated.

Brian and Jared helped me so much these past two days! Not only with replacing my screen on my iPhone 8 Plus but also taking the time to show me things on the phone that a certain cell phone store said I didn’t have on my phone, preventing the trade in. They also recommended which cell phone store to go to with the best customer service just to make sure my trade in went smoothly. I have always gone to CPR for years now. The warranty on the screen protectors are great and they really help you with anything you need. When I was struggling with the cell phone service store, Brian said I could even give them their store number and to ask for him directly. Jared even helped me put my phone case back on my phone when I was struggling 😂 These guys are THE BEST and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know! Thank you CPR for being awesome! ❤️

Had a screen replaced on a Google Pixel and had them apply liquid glass to the screen for protection. The screen no longer functions so I brought it in to be replaced. The associate told me that it was not covered under warranty because it was scratched and proceeded to ring me up for a new screen. Luckily I remembered the liquid glass and mentioned that the scratches should be under warranty. The associate then agreed that it had liquid glass and I would need to make a claim. So why didnt he mention it before he tried to charge me $300? He knew it had the liquid glass and didnt mention it, hoping I wouldnt remember and hed get the commission. Shady.

My laptop keyboard was on the blink. And CPR got it back up and running. Thanks guys.

I called to get a quote to fix the broken screen on my IPhone. I also called another cell phone repair store for a quote. I ended up going with the other place simply based on the friendliness and helpfulness of the associate I spoke with on the phone

Took friend here to get their cracked screen replaced on an Iphone XR. Cost $164 + tax, 172 and some change. Had it repaired in 2 hours. Not bad for an Iphone.

Excellent service. I made an appointment at their Web page but went to the office one hour earlier, I didnt have to wait for my appointment time. Brian immediately took care of my cell phone problem and save me $300 which was the price of a new cell phone. Before going to CPR I went to my carrier and also to apple. They didnt give me any alternative except to buy a new phone. CPR is wonderful. I highly recommend it. Thank you Brian you save me lots of money and help me immensely.

We purchased a new screen protector and case for our new phone. Brian and his staff were very helpful; they were informative and efficient. I had visited the store before for another circumstance, and I found them equally helpful at that time. I have a couple of items backordered, so I certainly will be going back.

They are locally own and do not honor repairs from other cpr stores, even with a receipt! The one in Greer closed down permanently and they did horrible repair work. The cpr store in Florida will not honor any work from other cpr store. Horrible horrible company, find another retailer and stay away from these cons!

Very knowledgeable, fast & friendly. Repaired my i-phone XR quickly and for less (using non OEM parts) than the quotes I got from other places in town. The only knock on them is that they didnt have the case I needed in a solid color; only clear. But I guess you cant stock every case. He did have something suitable though. Like I said, very knowledgeable & eager to find a solution. I definitely recommend them!

Cracked my camera on my iphone x, they replaced the part quickly, but unfortunately quick and accurate service do not correlate, picked my phone up in a hurry and then apple pay, face id, and my flashlight did not work, never dropped the phone once i picked it up but could hear a rattle, tried to take it back but they said it was not their fault and i must have done something... also wish i would have been given a heads up that the new back glass did not have the apple logo (now cant trade it in). Save yourself the hassle and either get insurance through your provider or apple care (if you have apple products)

I just brought my phone to Nate a few hours ago, I was expecting to have the charging port replaced but Nate cleaned the port (free of charge!) and now my phone works as it should. Big thanks to CPR and Nate B.

Brought in an iPone 6 that my 89 year old mom had disabled by entering a wrong passcode more than 10 times. I was in a panic to get the phone fixed and back to her as she is quarantined in an assisted living facility. The CPR tech took the phone about 1:30 PM yesterday and I had it repaired by 3:00 PM. Wow. Just Wow. Fast doesnt begin to describe it. Made the appointment online, showed up a little late (thanks to the wonderful Woodruff Rd. traffic) and Brian G. still able to fit me in and back out in 10mins for an iPhone battery replacement. CPR did it cheaper and faster than anyone else quoted me in town, and with the Lifetime battery warranty along with 800+ stores across the US they have me covered regardless of where my travel takes me. First time using CPR and enjoyed the experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Went there on a Sunday after church as I sat on my phone. I expected to have to leave my phone and pick up on Monday. They had it fixed in no time and I was on my way.

If I could I would rate this store a -100. Terrible customers service. I have been waiting on a part for my sons laptop for 4 weeks, which only takes 2 weeks to come in. I paid half of the cost upfront. I had to call in the 3 weeks later to see, if my part came in no luck. In the same week i had to come to the store and see whats going on with my part. I talked with one of the employees and they explained my part was at the Anderson location for the last few days and they are shipping it to the store right now. I waited an extra week, which was week 4. Came in today and no part. On top of that, the same employee I talked with last week did not know anything about our conversation on the issue. I had to remind him. WOW!!!! Like I said 4 weeks later and STILL NO PART... PRICELESS.... Now, my son has no laptop for the 1st week of school....
