I had gone onto his website and booked an appointment online for noon time on Saturday 9/11. Unfortunately, there was a mishap with the online booking and I didn’t get serviced on my appointment day. Peter is awesome!! He usually starts at 7am so emergency repairs are available! I have called him twice in 5 months to fix the same iPhone 10. He will drive right to you and had most repairs done in about 20 minutes!!! This most recent time was an emergency, he showed up within an hour!! We contacted Peter for his services when my daughter’s iphone XS cracked. The phone had mechanical issues as well. Thought the phone was a complete loss, but Peter pulled through and worked on it until it was perfect. DONT give up and just bring your iphone to Apple; they’ll likely tell you you need a new one and to scrap the phone. Such a great experience! Peter came to my job because I work a bunch. I am a general manager at the McDonalds in town. I called the store and no answer. On the voice-mail it said you can text. If I could leave 10 stars I would. This old iPhone 6s was headed for junkyard dog status according to Verizon and 2 of my local fix phone stores. A perfect service. They came at my first available time, punctual to the minute, they fixed my phone in 30 minutes (including an additional problem they located on the spot), they charged me the best price I could find around, they explained to me everything they were doing, they gave me additional advice for the future and they were as polite as I ever seen a service provider. They drove one hour to my house and they were very grateful for my business. Oh, and they called back to advise me the metering software may take a few hours to catch up with the new battery installed, and not to worry. If all service providers were like them, we we would be living in Paradise.
