We bought a new phone in March of this year and were told there was a $300.00 discount. We never got the discount. After months of haggling with the folks there, we finally find that this discount depended on an upgrade to unlimited data. That would have been an important detail to include in the sales pitch.

Kayla, was exceptionally helpful. I’ve been coming to this Verizon store for 10 years and this was easily the best experience getting a new phone I’ve ever had. She took her time to make sure I left with a better plan and a better phone at the best possible price. Overall, I’m leaving a very satisfied customer.

I shattered my phone screen and within 30 minutes Jessica had set me up with a new phone and phone case. It was super laid back and easy, as well as a very comfortable environment. Jessica knew every answer to each of my questions without hesitating. 10/10 would recommend.

Needed some help with a text that was not sent on my phone. Went in to the Augusta St (Greenville,SC) store and the nicest, well groomed, most courteous, customer friendly employee welcomed me....his name is HUNTER FOLEY. He was also very helpful in explaining some other questions I had about my phone, It was so refreshing to work with someone who is not wearing tattoos and piercings all over their body, and has a nice haircut. I must say, as many times as Ive been in this store, he is by far the best employee Ive ever been in contact with; in the past Ive had some bad experiences with Verizon employees, but not today.! I will surely visit this store again, but only if Hunter Foley is there. Keenan is the best. I had a horrible time with Verizon on the phone trying to place a order it place the order on pending and would not clear. I had to cancel my order and saw Keenan the next day. Verizion had the phone on pending so I was not able to get the phone. Keenan got on the phone w verizion and got it done. He was able to get me the phone also helped me transfer all my data over. I had to go to a verizion corporation after to get the other phone on the account and they would not help at all. Highly would recommend this location and Keenan to help
